Androgen receptor(AR)is a major transcription factor that plays a role in inflammatory response including interleukin-6(Il6)signaling.1 While AR regulation through paracrine loop signaling in prostate tissue is well-studied,its impact through an Il6 autocrine loop in the lung has not been wellstudied despite the organ's response to respiratory viral *** inhibition and RNA knockdown of AR identified a bZIP transcription factor mAF to be a common target of inflammation using these perturbations in lung cells.

在300~5000℃、应变速率为0.1~0.0001 s−1的条件下,在万能试验机上对Al-5.6Zn-2mg铝合金进行热压缩试验,以确定动态再结晶开始时的加工硬化速率曲线σ_(c)(ε_(c))l以及关键特征σ_(c)(ε_(c))l、σ_(p)(ε_(p))和σ_(ss)与Z系数之间的相关性。使用了四个本构模型,Arrhenius模型、改进的johnson-Cook模型(mjC)、改进的Zerilli-Armstrong模型(mZA)和开发的人工神经网络(ANN)。结果表明,ANN型模型和Arrhenius模型的相对误差的绝对平均值最低,分别为0.486%和3.36%,mZA型模型和mjC型模型的相对误差的绝对平均值较高,分别为8.84%和3.93%。由于Arrhenius模型能够处理各种因素之间的非线性关系,因此它被认为是最合适的预测模型,但在材料性质未知或实验数据有限的情况下,mjC模型可能是一种更简单的替代方法。mZA模型不适合估计热压缩时的流变应力。此外,训练最好的神经网络模型的预测性能最好,相对误差的绝对平均值为0.486%,R值为0.99。

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

社交媒体使用与青少年自杀风险的关联受到广泛关注。匹兹堡大学David教授领衔的团队在美国各地招募了60名青少年进行了为期8周的监测,通过每日3次生态瞬时评估询问青少年社交媒体使用相关的消极体验(如感到焦虑)、积极体验(如受到鼓励)及自杀意念,首次通过密集监测设计探讨青少年社交媒体体验与自杀意念间的关联,结果显示,频繁经历消极的社交媒体体验的青少年更可能报告自杀意念,而积极的社交媒体体验与自杀意念报告率降低有关。此外,未发现社交媒体的使用时间(视屏时间)与自杀意念间的显著关联。研究提示社交媒体经历可能是青少年自杀可修饰的风险因素,未来的研究应将增强青少年社交媒体的积极体验感作为改善青少年心理健康和预防自杀的目标,而不仅仅是限制视屏时间。

Removal of boric acid from seawater and wastewater using reverse osmosis membrane technologies is imperative and yet remains inadequately addressed by current commercial *** research efforts performed post-modification of reverse osmosis membranes to enhance boron rejection,which is usually accompanied by substantial sacrifice in water *** study delves into the surface engineering of low-pressure reverse osmosis membranes,aiming to elevate boron removal efficiency while maintaining optimal salt rejection and water *** were modified by the self-polymerization and co-deposition of dopamine and polystyrene sulfonate at varying ratios and *** surfaces became smoother and more hydrophilic after *** optimum membrane exhibited a water permeability of 9.2±0.1 l·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1),NaCl rejection of 95.8%±0.3%,and boron rejection of 49.7%±0.1% and 99.6%±0.3% at neutral and alkaline pH,*** water permeability is reduced by less than 15%,while the boron rejection is 3.7 times higher compared to the blank *** research provides a promising avenue for enhancing boron removal in reverse osmosis membranes and addressing water quality concerns in the desalination process.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the large Hadron Collider,as Standard model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATlAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATlAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

辣椒素是瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(transient receptor potential vanilloid 1,TRPV1)的激动剂,用于外周神经病理性疼痛的局部治疗。其作用机制是皮肤痛觉感受器可逆的去功能化和变性及随后的再生。该研究假设伤害性传入的一个亚类,肽能血管活性伤害感受器的功能加速恢复是辣椒素镇痛的潜在原因。在非干预性探索性试验中,23名患有外周神经病理性疼痛的病人接受了1次局部高浓度辣椒素治疗。评估基线疼痛等级、共病和生活质量。在受影响的皮肤中进行功能性激光散斑对比分析(热诱发神经源性血管舒张以评估肽能伤害感受器的功能特性)和定量感觉测试。治疗4周后,再次进行功能性激光散斑对比分析和问卷调查。在第2、10和12周进行电话随访。局部辣椒素治疗诱导疼痛强度显著降低,最大值出现在第4周。同时,热诱发的神经源性血管舒张平均值与治疗前相似。一半的病人不仅显示出功能恢复,而且显示出血管舒张的改善,表明神经纤维的再生。在第4周,热诱发的神经源性血管扩张改善病人比恶化的病人疼痛减轻更多。血管舒张程度与疼痛减轻显著相关。表明肽能感受器的再生可能是辣椒素诱导镇痛的机制,辣椒素对这些纤维的疾病缓解作用在应用4周后已经发生。

BACKGROUND The four components that make up the current dual-mobility artificial hip joint design are the femoral head,the inner liner,the outer liner as a metal cover to prevent wear,and the acetabular *** acetabular cup and the outer liner were constructed of 316l stainless *** the same time,the inner liner was made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene(UHmWPE).As this new dual-mobility artificial hip joint has not been researched extensively,more tribological research is needed to predict *** thickness of the inner liner is a significant component to consider when calculating the contact *** To make use of finite element analysis to gain a better understanding of the contact behavior in various inner liner thicknesses on a new model of a dual-mobility artificial hip joint,with the ultimate objective of determining the inner liner thickness that was most suitable for this particular type of dual-mobility artificial hip *** In this study,the size of the femoral head was compared between two diameters(28 mm and 36 mm)and eight inner liner thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 12 *** the finite element method,the contact parameters,including the maximum contact pressure and contact area,have been evaluated in light of the Hertzian contact *** simulation was performed statically with dissipated energy and asymmetric *** types of interaction were surface-to-surface contact and normal contact *** The maximum contact pressures in the inner liner(UHmWPE)at a head diameter of 28 mm and 36 mm are between 3.7-13.5 mPa and 2.7-10.4 mPa,*** maximum von mises of the inner liner,outer liner,and acetabular cup are 2.4–11.4 mPa,15.7–44.3 mPa,and 3.7–12.6 mPa,respectively,for 28 mm *** the maximum von mises stresses of the 36 mm head are 1.9-8.9 mPa for the inner liner,9.9-32.8 mPa for the outer liner,and 2.6-9.9 mPa for the acetabular cup.A head with a diameter of 28 mm should have an inner line
