Pattern-triggered immunity(PTI)includes the different transcriptional and physiological responses that enable plants to ward off microbial ***-localized pattern-recognition receptors(PRRs)recognize conserved microbeassociated molecular patterns(MAMPs)and initiate a branched signaling cascade that culminate in an effective restriction of pathogen *** the model species Arabidopsis thaliana,early PTI events triggered by different PRRs are broadly conserved although their nature or intensity is dependent on the origin and features of the detected *** order to provide a functional basis for disease resistance in leafy vegetable crops,we surveyed the conservation of PTI events in Brassica rapa *** identified the PRR homologs present in *** genome and found that only one of the two copies of the bacterial Elongation factor-Tu receptor(EFR)might *** also characterized the extent and unexpected specificity of the transcriptional changes occurring when *** seedlings are treated with two unrelated MAMPs,the bacterial flagellin flg22 peptide and the fungal cell wall component ***,using a MAMP-induced protection assay,we could show that bacterial and fungal MAMPs elicit a robust immunity in ***,despite significant differences in the kinetic and amplitude of the early signaling *** data support the relevance of PTI for crop protection and highlight specific functional target for disease resistance breeding in Brassica crops.

High strength steels exhibit superior mechanical properties due to the unique microstructure,which successfully solves the drawback of the inevitable strength-toughness trade-off that occurs in traditional *** we investigated the effect of matrix and precipitates on mechanical properties of cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb steel after water quenching and tempering(150-500℃).The results showed that the microstructure of the present steel is noticeably tuned by changing the tempering *** excellent combination of strength(a yield strength of 1308 MPa with a total elongation of 8.2%)and toughness(charpy V-notch impact toughness of 40.5 j/cm^(2))is obtained upon tempering at 200℃.This is attributed to the lath martensite containing high dislocation density,the martensite-twin substructure,and the strengthening effects of the precipitated needle-likeε-carbides and spherical Vc *** acicularε-carbides are replaced by the rod-shaped Fe_(3)c at the tempering temperature of 350℃,resulting in the remarkable deterioration in strength,hardness,and *** carbides formed at a tempering temperature of 500℃ are beneficial to the enhancement of the elongation and toughness,but the strength decreases due to the matrix softening caused by the recovery of dislocation.

The single crystal of this compound has been grown from melt by using a conventional czochralski technique. The temperature dependent luminescence spectra were measured using a 265 nm laser as an exciting source in the range of 10-300 K. The scintillation decay time profile was measured and found to have three components. The influence of the trap centers on the luminescence properties was studied by means of thermoluminescence（TL） glow peak analysis. Low temperature TL glow peaks were measured in the temperature range of 10-300 K at the heating rate of 0.1 K/s for X-ray irradiated sample. The TL glow peak consists of two dominant peaks at 88 and 109 K. Several glow peaks with a complex nature causes the decrease in the light yield at temperatures below 250 K, and along with long scintillation decay components were observed. The trap parameters such as activation energy（E）, frequency factor（s）and order of kinetics（b） were calculated using various standard methods such as peak shape（PS）,variable heating rate（VHR）, initial rise（IR） and computerized glow curve deconvolution（cGcD）.

Binary millisecond pulsars with a massive white dwarf （WD） companion are intermediate-mass binary pulsar（IMBPs）.They are formed via the case BB Roche-lobe overflow evolution channel if they are in compact orbit with an orbital period of less than 1 *** are fairly rare in the known pulsar population;only five such IMBP have been discovered before,and one of them is in a globular *** we report six IMBPs in compact orbits PSRs j0416+5201,j0520+3722,j1919+1341,j1943+2210,j1947+2304 and j2023+2853,discovered during the Galactic Plane Pulsar Snapshot survey by using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope doubling the number of such IMBPs due to the high survey sensitivity in the short survey time of 5 minutes Follow-up timing observations show that they all have either a cO WD or an ONeMg WD companion with a mas greater than about 0.8 M⊙in a very circular orbit with an eccentricity in the order of?*** j0416+5201should be an ONeMg WD companion with a remarkable minimum mass of 1.28 M⊙.These massive WD companions lead to a detectable Shapiro delay for PSRs j0416+5201,j0520+3722,j1943+2210,and j2023+2853,indicating that their orbits are highly *** the measurement of the Shapiro delay,the pulsar mas of j1943+2210 was constrained to be 1.84-0.09+0.11M⊙,and that of PSR j2023+2853 to be 1.28-0.05+0.06M⊙.
