A structural topological optimization meth.d for multi-displacement constraints and any initial topology configuration

In density-based topological design, one expects th.t th. final result consists of elements eith.r black （solid material） or wh.te （void）, with.ut any grey areas. Moreover, one also expects th.t th. optimal topology can be obtained by starting from any initial topology configuration. An improved structural topological optimization meth.d for multidisplacement constraints is proposed in th.s paper. In th. proposed meth.d, th. wh.le optimization process is divided into two optimization adj.stment ph.ses and a ph.se transferring step. Firstly, an optimization model is built to deal with.th. varied displacement limits, design space adj.stments, and reasonable relations between th. element stiffness matrix and mass and its element topology variable. Secondly, a procedure is proposed to solve th. optimization problem formulated in th. first optimization adj.stment ph.se, by starting with.a small design space and advancing to a larger deign space. Th. design space adj.stments are automatic wh.n th. design domain needs expansions, in wh.ch.th. convergence of th. proposed meth.d will not be affected. Th. final topology obtained by th. proposed procedure in th. first optimization ph.se, can approach.to th. vicinity of th. optimum topology. Th.n, a h.uristic algorith. is given to improve th. efficiency and make th. designed structural topology black/wh.te in both.th. ph.se transferring step and th. second optimization adj.stment ph.se. And th. optimum topology can finally be obtained by th. second ph.se optimization adj.stments. Two examples are presented to sh.w th.t th. topologies obtained by th. proposed meth.d are of very good 0/1 design distribution property, and th. computational efficiency is enh.nced by reducing th. element number of th. design structural finite model during two optimization adj.stment ph.ses. And th. examples also sh.w th.t th.s meth.d is robust and practicable.

库欣综合征(Cush.ng syndrome，CS)是以高皮质醇血症为特征的内分泌代谢疾病，高皮质醇血症可诱发高凝状态，导致静脉血栓栓塞(venous th.omboembolism，VTE)风险增加。无论是垂体来源的库欣病(Cush.ng disease，CD)，还是肾上腺来源的非促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic h.rmone，ACTh.依赖性CS，手术均是一线治疗选择。在手术和疾病本身的双重影响下，VTE风险进一步增加，甚至导致肺栓塞，严重威胁患者生命安全。此外，高凝状态的CS患者的心血管病和VTE发生率乃至病死率均高于正常人群，未经治疗的活动性CS患者的VTE发生率较普通人群升高了17.8倍。近年来，CS高凝状态与VTE之间的关系引起了越来越多临床医师的重视。进一步了解CS高凝状态的临床流行病学特点、病理生理机制和VTE及肺栓塞的临床防治，可以为CS患者预防性抗凝药物规范化使用提供参考。.; Cush.ng syndrome (CS) is an endocrine-metabolic disorder ch.racterized by h.percortisolism. Elevated cortisol levels can induce a h.percoagulable state, increasing th. risk of venous th.omboembolism (VTE). Both.pituitary-origin Cush.ng disease (CD) and adrenal-origin non-adrenocorticotropic h.rmone (ACTh.-dependent CS are primarily treated with.surgery. Th. dual impact of surgery and th. underlying disease furth.r elevates th. risk of VTE, potentially leading to pulmonary embolism, wh.ch.poses a severe th.eat to patient survival. Additionally, CS patients in a h.percoagulable state h.ve a h.gh.r incidence of cardiovascular diseases and VTE, and even mortality compared with.th. general population. Untreated active CS patients h.ve a 17.8-fold increased risk of VTE compared to th. general population. In recent years, th. relationsh.p between th. h.percoagulable state in CS and VTE h.s garnered increasing attention from clinicians. A better understanding of th. clinical epidemiological ch.racteristics, path.ph.siological mech.nisms, and clinical prevention and treatment of VTE and pulmonary embolism in CS can provide valuable references for th. standardized use of proph.lactic anticoagulant th.rapy in CS patients.

RFFsNet-SEI:a multidimensional balanced-RFFs deep neural network framework for specific emitter identification

Energy metabolism is fundamental for *** encompasses th. utilization of carboh.drates,lipids,and proteins for internal processes,wh.le aberrant energy metabolism is implicated in many *** th. present study,using th.ee-dimensional(3D)printing from polycarbonate via fused deposition modeling,we propose a multi-nuclear radiofrequency(RF)coil design with.integrated 1h.birdcage and interch.ngeable X-nuclei(^(2)h.^(13)C,^(23)Na,and^(31)P)single-loop coils for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS).Th. single-loop coil for each.nucleus attach.s to an arc bracket th.t slides unrestrictedly along th. birdcage coil inner surface,enabling convenient switch.ng among various nuclei and animal *** to a commercial 1h.birdcage coil,th. proposed 1h.birdcage coil exh.bited superior signal-excitation h.mogeneity and imaging signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).For X-nuclei study,prominent peaks in spectroscopy for ph.ntom solutions sh.wed excellent SNR,and th. static and dynamic peaks of in vivo spectroscopy validated th. efficacy of th. coil design in structural imaging and energy metabolism detection simultaneously.

A growing number of studies h.ve demonstrated th.t repeated exposure to sevoflurane during development results in persistent social abnormalities and cognitive ***,an active fragment of th. activity-dependent neuroprotective protein(ADNP),h.s been implicated in social and cognitive ***,th. potential of davunetide to attenuate social deficits following sevoflurane exposure and th. underlying developmental mech.nisms remain poorly *** th.s study,ribosome and proteome profiles were analyzed to investigate th. molecular basis of sevoflurane-induced social deficits in neonatal *** neuropath.logical basis was also explored using Golgi staining,morph.logical analysis,western blotting,electroph.siological analysis,and beh.vioral *** indicated th.t ADNP was significantly down-regulated following developmental exposure to *** adulth.od,anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)neurons exposed to sevoflurane exh.bited a decrease in dendrite number,total dendrite length.and spine ***,th. expression levels of h.mer,PSD95,synaptoph.sin,and vglut2 were significantly reduced in th. sevoflurane ***-clamp recordings indicated reductions in both.th. frequency and amplitude of miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents(mEPSCs).Notably,davunetide significantly ameliorated th. synaptic defects,social beh.vior deficits,and cognitive impairments induced by *** analysis revealed th.t loss of ADNP led to dysregulation of Ca^(2+)activity via th.
