To explore th. mech.nism of sperm dysfunction caused by dibutyl ph.h.late(DBP),th. effects of DBP on intracellular[Ca^(2+)]and[ph.,reactive oxygen species(ROS),lipid peroxidation(LPO),mitoch.ndrial permeability transition pore(mPTP)opening,mitoch.ndrial membrane potential(MMP),adenosine triph.sph.te(ATP)levels,ph.sph.rylation of protein kinase A(PKA)substrate proteins and ph.sph.tyrosine(p-Tyr)proteins,sperm motility,spontaneous acrosome reaction,and tail bending were examined in mouse *** 100μg/mL,DBP significantly increased tail bending and[Ca^(2+)]***,DBP sh.wed biph.sic effects on[ph.*** at 10–100μg/mL significantly decreased sperm ***,Ca^(2+)ionoph.re A23187 decreased[ph._(i)sperm motility,suggesting th.t DBP-induced excessive[Ca^(2+)]_(i)decreased sperm *** significantly increased ROS and *** at 100μg/mL significantly decreased mPTP closing,MMP,and ATP levels in spermatozoa,as did h.O2,indicative of ROS-mediatedmitoch.ndrial dysfunction caused by *** as well as h.O2 increased p-Tyr sperm proteins and ph.sph.rylated PKA substrate sperm *** at 1–10μg/mL significantly increased th. spontaneous acrosome reaction,suggesting th.t DBP can activate sperm ***,DBP sh.wed a biph.sic effect on intracellular signaling in *** concentrations relevant to seminal orth.-ph.h.late levels,DBP activates[ph.i,protein tyrosine kinases and PKA via ph.siological levels of ROS generation,potentiating sperm *** at h.gh.doses excessively raises[Ca^(2+)]_(i)and ROS and disrupts[ph.i,impairing th. mitoch.ndrial function,tail structural integrity,and sperm motility.

Gas h.drate(Gh. is an unconventional resource estimated at 1000-120,000 trillion *** on Gh.is ongoing to determine its geological and flow ch.racteristics for commercial production. After two large-scale drilling expeditions to study th. Gh.bearing zone in th. Ulleung Basin, th. mineral composition of 488 sediment samples was analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD). Because th. analysis is costly and dependent on experts, a mach.ne learning model was developed to predict th. mineral composition using XRD intensity profiles as input data. h.wever, th. model's performance was limited because of improper preprocessing of th. intensity profile. Because preprocessing was applied to each.feature, th. intensity trend was not preserved even th.ugh.th.s factor is th. most important wh.n analyzing mineral composition. In th.s study, th. profile was preprocessed for each.sample using minmax scaling because relative intensity is critical for mineral analysis. For 49 test data among th. 488data, th. convolutional neural network(CNN) model improved th. average absolute error and coefficient of determination by 41% and 46%, respectively, th.n th.se of CNN model with.feature-based preprocessing. Th.s study confirms th.t combining preprocessing for each.sample with.CNN is th. most efficient approach.for analyzing XRD data. Th. developed model can be used for th. compositional analysis of sediment samples from th. Ulleung Basin and th. Korea Plateau. In addition, th. overall procedure can be applied to any XRD data of sediments worldwide.

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries (AZIBs) h.ve received considerable attention owing to th.ir various advantages such.as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and h.gh.ionic ***,th.y still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth.corrosion,h.drogen evolution reaction (h.R) from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocrystal layer on th. Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving th.se ***,we propose th. use of a perovskite CaTiO_(3)(CTO) protective layer on Zn(CTO@Zn) as a promising approach.for improving th. performance of *** CTO artificial layer provides an efficient path.ay for Zn ion diffusion towards th. Zn metal because of th. h.gh.dielectric constant (εr=180) and ferroelectric ch.racteristics th.t enable th. alignment of dipole moments and redistribute th. Zn^(2+)ions in th. CTO *** avoiding th. direct contact of th. In density-based topological design, one expects th.t th. final result consists of elements eith.r black （solid material） or wh.te （void）, with.ut any grey areas. Moreover, one also expects th.t th. optimal topology can be obtained by starting from any initial topology configuration. An improved structural topological optimization meth.d for multidisplacement constraints is proposed in th.s paper. In th. proposed meth.d, th. wh.le optimization process is divided into two optimization adj.stment ph.ses and a ph.se transferring step. Firstly, an optimization model is built to deal with.th. varied displacement limits, design space adj.stments, and reasonable relations between th. element stiffness matrix and mass and its element topology variable. Secondly, a procedure is proposed to solve th. optimization problem formulated in th. first optimization adj.stment ph.se, by starting with.a small design space and advancing to a larger deign space. Th. design space adj.stments are automatic wh.n th. design domain needs expansions, in wh.ch.th. convergence of th. proposed meth.d will not be affected. Th. final topology obtained by th. proposed procedure in th. first optimization ph.se, can approach.to th. vicinity of th. optimum topology. Th.n, a h.uristic algorith. is given to improve th. efficiency and make th. designed structural topology black/wh.te in both.th. ph.se transferring step and th. second optimization adj.stment ph.se. And th. optimum topology can finally be obtained by th. second ph.se optimization adj.stments. Two examples are presented to sh.w th.t th. topologies obtained by th. proposed meth.d are of very good 0/1 design distribution property, and th. computational efficiency is enh.nced by reducing th. element number of th. design structural finite model during two optimization adj.stment ph.ses. And th. examples also sh.w th.t th.s meth.d is robust and practicable.

A new model of th. networks with.disturbances in both.master and slave systems is presented. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using a reciprocally convex approach. a novel h. synch.onization criterion for th. networks concerned is establish.d in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） wh.ch.can be easily solved by various effective optimization algorith.s. Th. demand for neodymium（NdFeB） permanent magnets for electric veh.cles and eco-friendly generators is ***,NdFeB magnets contain rare earth.elements（REEs）,wh.ch.are limited in *** th.s study,we performed an exch.nge reaction between magnesium h.lides（fluoride and ch.oride） and waste NdFeB scrap and th.n compared th. ch.racteristics of th. extracted h.lides *** compositions of th. ternary Mg fluoride（LiF:NaF:MgF2=50:40:10 in mole ratio） and ch.oride（LiCl:NaCl:MgCl2=10:50:40 in mole ratio） salts were th.rmodynamically determined for ach.eving low eutectic *** reactions between th. NdFeB scrap powder（1-2 mm） and Mg h.lide salts were carried out at 1073 and 873 K for th. fluoride and ch.oride systems,respectively,in an argon *** th. reaction,we separated Nd h.lide from th. residual salt and evaluated th. Ndextraction *** ph.se formation of th. salt was analyzed using X-ray diffraction（XRD）,and th. extraction rate of Nd was analyzed using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy（ICPOES）.Nd was extracted in th. form of Nd h.lide（NdF3or NdCl3）,and th. extraction rates in th. fluoride and ch.oride systems are 98.64% and 84.59%,***,th. fluoride system is more effective th.n th. ch.oride system for Nd *** study provides a compreh.nsive comparative analysis of th. effectiveness of fluo ride and ch.o ride systems in extracting REEs from NdFeB magnet *** study findings can be used to develop an effective meth.d for recycling magnet scraps.
