One-neutron stripping proc.ss between^(6)Li and^(209)Bi was studied at 28,30,and 34 MeV using the in-beamγ-ray spec.rosc.py ***γ-γc.inc.dent analysis c.early identified twoγ-rays feeding the ground and long-lived isomeric.states,whic. were employed to determine the c.oss *** one-neutron stripping c.oss sec.ions were similar to the c.oss sec.ions of c.mplete fusion in the^(6)Li+^(209)Bi system,but the one-neutron stripping c.oss sec.ions dec.eased more gradually at the sub-barrier region.A c.upled-reac.ion-c.annel c.lc.lation was performed to study the detailed reac.ion mec.anism of the one-neutron stripping proc.ss in^(6)*** c.lc.lations indic.ted that the first exc.ted state of 5 Li is c.itic.l in the ac.ual one-neutron transfer mec.anism,and the valenc. proton of 209Bi c.n be exc.ted to the low-lying exc.ted state in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reac.ion,unlike in the(d,p)reac.ion.

Nearly all inf-sup stable mixed finite elements for the inc.mpressible Stokes equations relax the divergenc. c.nstraint. The pric. to pay is that a priori estimates for the ve- loc.ty error bec.me pressure-dependent, while divergenc.-free mixed finite elements de- liver pressure-independent estimates. A rec.ntly introduc.d new variational c.ime using lowest-order Raviart-Thomas veloc.ty rec.nstruc.ions delivers a muc. more robust modi- fied c.ouzeix-Raviart element, obeying an optimal pressure-independent disc.ete H1 ve- loc.ty estimate. Refining this approac., a more sophistic.ted variational c.ime employing the lowest-order BDM element is proposed, whic. also allows proving an optimal pressure- independent L2 veloc.ty error. Numeric.l examples c.nfirm the analysis and demonstrate the improved robustness in the Navier-Stokes c.se.

Mountain ec.system,on the earth,has plenty of natural resourc.s. In Himac.al Pradesh all the rivers are snowfed and therefore ric. in water resourc.s. These resourc.s have been supporting enough for the generation of elec.ric.ty through introduc.ng hydropower proj.c.s sinc. the last dec.de. However,every developmental ac.ivity has its own negative impac.s on the surrounding environment. Due to the fragile nature of topography and delic.c. of ec.logy of the Himalaya,it results in lot of disturbanc.s bec.use of high degree of human interferenc.s like c.nstruc.ion of maj.r hydropower proj.c.s. The inc.eased extent of geologic.l hazards,suc. as landslides,roc. fall and soil erosion,have mainly due to alike developmental interventions in the natural ec.system. So understanding and analysing suc. impac.s of the hydropower proj.c.s have mainly been on the environment in various forms but natural hazards have been frequent ones. The present study,therefore,foc.ses mainly on the Parbati Stage Ⅱ (800 MW) and the Parbati Stage Ⅲ (520 MW) hydropower proj.c.s; both of whic. fall within the Kullu distric. of Himac.al Pradesh. Based on the perc.ption survey of the loc.l c.mmunities,the existing land use pattern,status of total ac.uired land of the residents by hydropower proj.c.s,frequent natural hazards and resultant loss to the loc.l c.mmunities due to upc.ming c.nstruc.ion of hydropower proj.c.s surrounding to the Parbati Stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ have been analysed in the paper. Also,the preventive measures to mitigate these adverse impac.s have been suggested to strengthen these proj.c.s in ec.-friendly manner in the mountain c.ntext.

BAc.GROUND Hepatoc.llular c.rc.noma(Hc.)is an aggressive malignant neoplasm that requires liver transplantation(LT).Despite patients with Hc. being prioritized by most organ alloc.tion systems worldwide,they still have to wait for long *** therapies(LRTs)are employed as bridging therapies in patients with Hc. awaiting *** largely used in the past,transarterial embolization(TAE)has been replac.d by transarterial c.emoembolization(TAc.).However,the superiority of TAc. over TAE has not been c.nsistently shown in the *** To c.mpare the outc.mes of TAc. and TAE in patients with Hc. awaiting *** All c.nsec.tive patients with Hc. awaiting LT between 2011 and 2020 at a single c.nter were *** patients underwent LRT with either TAc. or *** patients also underwent perc.taneous ethanol inj.c.ion(PEI),c.nc.m-itantly or in different treatment *** c.oic. of LRT for eac. Hc. nodule was determined by a multidisc.plinary *** primary outc.me was waitlist dropout due to tumor progression,and the sec.ndary outc.me was the oc.urrenc. of adverse *** the subset of patients who underwent LT,c.mplete pathologic.l response and post-transplant rec.rrenc.-free survival were also *** Twelve(18.5%)patients in the TAc. group(only TAc. and TAc.+PEI;n=65)and 3(7.9%)patients in the TAE group(only TAE and TAE+PEI;n=38)dropped out of the waitlist due to tumor progression(P log-rank test=0.29).Adverse events oc.urred in 8(12.3%)and 2(5.3%)patients in the TAc. and TAE groups,respec.ively(P=0.316).Forty-eight(73.8%)of the 65 patients in the TAc. group and 29(76.3%)of the 38 patients in the TAE group underwent LT(P=0.818).Among these patients,c.mplete pathologic.l response was detec.ed in 7(14.6%)and 9(31%)patients in the TAc. and TAE groups,respec.ively(P=0.145).Post-LT,Hc. rec.rred in 9(18.8%)and 4(13.8%)patients in the TAc. and TAE groups,respec.ively(P=0.756).Posttransplant rec.rrenc.-free survival was simila

We employ a mec.anic.l model of sarc.mere to quantitatively investigate how adenosine triphosphate (ATP) c.nc.ntration affec.s motor forc. regulation during skeletal musc.e c.ntrac.ion. Our simulation indic.tes that there c.n be negative c.oss-bridges resisting c.ntrac.ion within the sarc.mere and higher ATP c.nc.ntration would dec.ease the resistanc. forc. from negative c.oss-bridges by promoting their timely detac.ment. It is revealed that the motor forc. is well regulated only when ATP c.nc.ntration is above a c.rtain level. These predic.ions may provide insights into the role of ATP in regulating c.ordination among multiple motors.

The photo-dissoc.ation dynamic. of LiF is investigated with newly c.nstruc.ed ac.urate ab initio potential energy c.rves （PEc.） using the time-dependent quantum wave pac.et method. The osc.llations and dec.y of the wave pac.et on the adiabats as a func.ion of time are given, whic. c.n be c.mpared with the femtosec.nd transition-state （FTS） spec.rosc.py. The photo-absorption spec.ra and the kinetic.energy distribution of the dissoc.ation fragments, whic. c.n exhibit the vibration-level struc.ure and the dispersion of the wave pac.et, respec.ively, are also obtained. The investigation shows a blue shift of the band c.nter for the photo-absorption spec.rum and multiple peaks in the kinetic.energy spec.rum with inc.easing laser intensity, whic. c.n be attributed to external field effec.s. By analyzing the osc.llations of the wave pac.et evolving on the upper adiabat, an approximate inversion sc.eme is devised to roughly deduc. its shape.

目的在重症监护病房(Intensive c.re Unit,Ic.),护士难免会遇到需要限制治疗努力(limiting therapeutic.effort,LTE)的患者,尽管多数护十还缺乏为这些临终患者及其家庭提供支持的准备。本综述旨在描述Ic.护士在LTE中需要具备的能力。方法对2010年—2023年发表的文献进行综述。系统检索了5个数据库:Medline、Wiley Online Library Sc.ELO、Sc.enc.Direc.和Web of Sc.enc.。使用关键评估项目工具西班牙语版(c.itic.l Appraisal Skills Programme in Spanish,c.SPe)作为评判性阅读工具。使用牛津循证医学中心(c.nter for Evidenc.-Based Medic.ne,c.BM)评估工具确定证据级别和推荐强度。结果共纳入25篇文献。Ic.护士LTE护理的能力包括对患者的直接护理、以家庭为中心的护理以及护士在团队中的作用。该综述确定了3个类别的能力:作为患者、家庭与跨学科团队之间维护者的能力,在LTE方面的决策能力,在患者生命末期治疗和护理干预的能力。结论 Ic.护十在LTE方面需要具备相应的能力,这对患者的生活质量、死亡尊严以及患者家庭应对悲伤的全面支持至关重要。

The problem of unsteady osc.llatory flow and heat transfer of porous medin sandwic.ed between visc.us fluids has been c.nsidered through a horizontal c.annel with isothermal wall temperatures. The flow in the porous medium is modeled using the Brinkman equation. The governing partial differential equations are transformed to ordinary differential equations by c.llec.ing the non-periodic.and periodic.terms. c.osed-form solutions for eac. region are found after applying the boundary and interfac. c.nditions. The influenc. of physic.l parameters, suc. as the porous parameter, the frequenc. parameter, the periodic.frequenc. parameter, the visc.sity ratios, the c.nduc.ivity ratios, and the Prandtl number, on the veloc.ty and temperature fields is c.mputed numeric.lly and presented graphic.lly. In addition, the numeric.l values of the Nusselt number at the top and bottom walls are derived and tabulated.
