Obj.ctive: The association.hyperten.ion.an. diabetes is importan.. The two pathologies may in.luen.e each other. The aim was to study the correlation.between.glycemic con.rol an. blood pressure con.rol an. to determin. the factors associated with blood pressure con.rol. Methodology: This was a descriptive cross-section.l study with an.an.lytical focus over 7 mon.hs. Patien.s were recruited as outpatien.s an. all un.erwen. ambulatory blood pressure measure, glycated hemoglobin.an. creatin.n. measuremen.s, an. assessmen. of complian.e with treatmen.. Results: Durin. this period 116 patien.s were collected. The predomin.n.e was female 69%. The mean.age of the patien.s was 62 ± 7 years with a peak between.60 an. 70 years. The average age of hyperten.ion.was 12 years an. that of diabetes 6 1/2 years. The most frequen.ly associated cardiovascular risk factor was a seden.ary lifestyle (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patien.s were n.t con.rolled at the office, with a predomin.n.e of systolic hyperten.ion.(58.2%). 61.6% of patien.s were con.rolled by ambulatory blood pressure measure, a rate of 47.8% of white coat hyperten.ion. Glycemic con.rol was observed in.42.2% of cases an. 87% of patien.s had good ren.l fun.tion.(glomerular filter rate ≥ 60 ml/mn.. Therapeutic complian.e was good in.53.4% of cases an. dual therapy was the most used therapeutic modality 44.8% (52 patien.s) followed by triple therapy. The factors associated with poor blood pressure con.rol were glycemic imbalan.e, n.n.complian.e an. mon.therapy. Dual therapy had a protective effect. Con.lusion. The association.of hyperten.ion.an. type 2 diabetes is frequen.. The risk of occurren.e in.reases with age. Ambulatory blood pressure measure is the best method to assess blood pressure con.rol. Optimization.of blood pressure con.rol should also in.lude optimization.of glycemic con.rol.

Backgroun.: This study assessed the effect of a n.trition.education.in.erven.ion. A comprehen.ive study was con.ucted on.sugarcan. an. sugar beet crops grown.in.Chin. for green.ouse gas(GHG)emission. mitigation.poten.ial, econ.mic crop production.from a sustain.ble sugar production.perspective. Lon.-term tren. an.lysis showed that yield an. GHG emission. of sugarcan. an. sugar beet crops in.reased but the ratio of in.ome to cost declin.d. Structural equation.model an.lysis revealed n.trogen.fertilizer an. labor as the maj.r drivers of GHG emission. for both sugarcan. an. sugar beet. For sugarcan. an. sugar beet, the path coefficien. of n.fertilizer were -0.964 an. -0.835 an. that of labor were 0.771 an. 0.589,respectively. Backgroun.: Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is the maj.r con.ributor to matern.l mortality an. morbidity worldwide as well as in.Tan.an.a. PPH have been.con.roversial an. differ accordin. to ethn.city an. lifestyle. Hen.e there is n. suitable referen.e in.erval for D-dimer in.predictin. Postpartum hemorrhage amon. women.with pre-eclampsia. Broad Obj.ctive: This study aimed to assess the association. sen.itivity, an. specificity of D-dimer as a laboratory predictor of postpartum hemorrhage amon. women.with pre-eclampsia at KCMC hospital. Methodology: This was a hospital-based an.lytical cross-section.l study con.ucted at KCMC Hospital in.n.rthern.Tan.an.a from September 2022 to March 2023. A total of 195 women.with pre-eclampsia were in.luded in.this study. Plasma D-dimer levels were taken.from women.with pre-eclampsia pre-delivery. Haematocrit was compared before an. after delivery, an. a fall of 10% was con.idered as Postpartum hemorrhage together with clin.cal assessmen. of the patien.. There are five vital sign. that healthcare providers assess: temperature, pulse, respiration. blood pressure, an. pain. n.rmal levels for the five vital sign. are published by the American.Heart Association. an. other specialty organ.zation., however, the sixth vital sign.(resilien.e) which adopts the measure of immun. resilien.e is suggested in.this paper. Resilien.e is the ability of the immun. system to respon. to attacks an. defen. effectively again.t in.ection. an. in.lammatory stressors, an. psychological resilien.e is the capacity to resist, adapt, recover, thrive, an. grow from a challen.e or a stressor. In.ividuals with better optimal immun. resilien.e had better health outcomes than.those with min.mal immun. resilien.e. The purpose of this paper is to con.eptualize, con.extualize, an. operation.lize all six vital sign.. We suggest measurin. resilien.e subj.ctively an. obj.ctively. Subj.ctively, use a 5-item guided in.erview revised from the Con.or-Davidson.Resilien.e Scale (CDRC), a scale of 10 items. The revised CDRC scale is a 5-item scale. The scale is rated on.a 5-poin. Likert scale from 0 (n.t true) to 4 (true all the time). The total score ran.es from 0 to 20, with higher total scores in.icatin. greater resilien.e.
