Metal-organic framework/organosilica hybrid membranes on tubular ceramic substrates have shown great potential for the implementation of membrane technology in practical gas separation proj.cts due to their higher permeance compared to commercial ***,the selectivities of the reported membranes are ***,we have incorporated urea-modulated metal-organic frameworks into organosilica membranes to greatly enhance its separation *** urea-modulated metal-organic frameworks exhibit less-defined edges of crystallographic facets and high defect *** can be well-dispersed in the organosilica layer,which substantially suppresses the interfacial defects between metal-organic frameworks and organosilica,which is beneficial for improving the selectivity of membranes for gas *** results have shown that the enhanced ideal selectivity of H_(2)/CH_(4) was 165 and that of CO_(2)/CH_(4) was 43,with H_(2) permeance of about 1.25×10^(−6) mol·m^(−2)·s^(−1)·Pa^(−1) and CO_(2) permeance of 3.27×10^(−7) mol·m^(−2)·s^(−1)·Pa^(−1) at 0.2 MPa and 25℃.In conclusion,the high level of hybrid membranes can be used to separate H_(2)(or CO_(2))from the binary gas mixture H_(2)/CH_(4)(or CO_(2)/CH_(4)),which is important for gas separation in practical ***,the simple and feasible modulation of metal-organic framework is a promising strategy to tune different metal-organic frameworks for membranes according to the actual demands.

Phytic acid(PA)in grain seeds reduces the bioavailability of nutrient elements in monogastric animals,and an important obj.ctive for crop seed biofortification is to decrease the seed PA ***,we employed CRISPR/Cas9 to generate a PA mutant population targeting PA biosynthesis and transport genes,including two multi-drug-resistant protein 5(MRP5)and three inositol pentose-phosphate kinases(IPK1).We characterized a variety of lines containing mutations on multiple IPK and MRP5 *** seed PA was more significantly decreased in higher-order mutant lines with multiplex ***,such mutants also exhibited poor agronomic *** the population,we identified two lines carrying single mutations in ipk1b and ipk1c,*** mutants exhibited moderately reduced PA content,and regular agronomic performance compared to the wild *** study indicates that moderately decreasing PA by targeting single GmIPK1 genes,rather than multiplex mutagenesis toward ultra-low PA,is an optimal strategy for low-PA soybean with a minimal trade-off in yield performance.

Medical-action recognition is crucial for ensuring the quality of medical *** advancements in deep learning,RGB camera-based human-action recognition made huge ***,RGB cameras encounter issues,such as depth ambiguity and privacy *** this paper,we propose a novel lidar-based action-recognition algorithm for medical quality ***,point-cloud data were used for recognizing hand-washing actions of doctors and recording the action’s *** improved anchor-to-j.int(A2j.network,with pyramid vision transformer and feature pyramid network modules,was developed for estimating the human *** addition,we designed a graph convolution network for action classification based on the skeleton ***,we evaluated the performance of the improved A2j.network on the open-source ITOP and our medical pose estimation ***,we tested our medical action-recognition method in actual wards to demonstrate its effectiveness and running *** results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively recognize the actions of medical staff,providing satisfactory real-time performance and 96.3% action-classification accuracy.

Water quality and habitat drive phytoplankton taxonomic and functional group patterns in the Yangtze River

Background Although phytoplankton are important primary producers in food webs, they are relatively less studied in large rivers compared to other types of systems. To fill this research gap, we studied phytoplankton taxonomic and functional composition and their relationships with water quality, habitat, climate, and land use across 30 river sections in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River during 2017–*** Maj.r observed phytoplankton groups were cyanobacteria, bacillariophyta, and chlorophyta. Phytoplankton total abundance, total biomass, and species richness significantly decreased in the dry season compared to the wet season, with the species and functional composition differing significantly between seasons. Phytoplankton species differences between seasons were mainly contributed by Oscillatoria sp., Pseudanabaena sp., and Melosira granulata. The dfferences in phytoplankton functional groups between seasons were mainly contributed by P（including Closterium sp., Melosira sp.）, Lo（including Merismopedia sp., Peridinium sp., Ceratium sp., and Gymnodinium sp.）, and j.including Pediastrum sp., Tetraedron sp., Crucigenia sp., Scenedesmus sp., and Coelastrum sp.）. The variance partitioning showed that water quality（NO3-N, total suspended solids, turbidity） and habitat（water flow, river bank and river channel conditions） were critical factors in shaping phytoplankton patterns, followed by climate and land *** Results indicated that there was significant seasonal variation of phytoplankton in the Yangtze River, with water quality and habitat primarily driving phytoplankton patterns. Our study contributes to the understanding of natural and anthropogenic factors that drive seasonal successional processes of phytoplankton in the Yangtze River. These findings have important implications for environmental management as well as towards the ecological restoration of large rivers.
