In times of digitalisation, visual assistance systems in assembly are increasingly important. The design of these assembly systems needs to be highly complex to meet the requirements. Due to the increasing number of variants in production processes, as well as shorter innovation and product life cycles, assistance systems should improve quality and reduce complexity of assembly processes. However, many large kitchen manufacturers still assemble kitchen cabinets manually, due to the high variety of components, such as rails and fittings. This paper focuses on the analysis and evaluation of virtual assistance systems to improve quality and usability in individualised kitchen cabinet assembly processes at a large German manufacturer. A solution is identified and detailed.

Buechel Pappas Resurfacing Shoulder Replacement: Evolution and over 40 Years of Clinical Experience

Background: Early exploration of the semi constrained “Floating-Socket” total shoulder replacement (TSR) in 1974 led to a proliferation of various unconstrained designs that allowed resection or retention of the humeral head, depending upon the pathological process involved. Degenerative glenohumeral arthritis with mild to moderate involvement of subchondral bone allowed for a resurfacing option, while severe humeral head involvement required a partial or full humeral head replacement attached to an intramedullary stem for fixation. All components evolved from cemented to cementless application by 1982. The purpose of this paper is to describe the progression of Buechel-Pappas (B-P) shoulder replacement development from the early 1970’s in both cemented and cement less applications. Methods: Clinical evaluations of “Floating-Socket” TSR, followed by B-P stem-type, resurfacing types, bipolar-type and revision components, all of which comprise the B-P Shoulder Replacement System, were performed over a 49-year period. Results: “Floating-Socket” implants improved the results of simple, constrained ball-in-socket designs, but generally failed by glenoid component loosening in both chimpanzee and human applications. Unconstrained resurfacing-type components, both anatomical humeral head and full proximal humeral components, were quite successful, with minimal failures observed in long-term studies. Bipolar salvage implants, used for severe proximal deficiencies, revisions and massive rotator cuff arthropathy, were also very successful;providing overhead range of motion in many patients. Conclusions: Resurfacing hemiarthroplasty, in patients with intact or repairable rotator cuff mechanisms, gave the most satisfactory results and were the least technically complicated to perform, requiring minimal instrumentation. Resurfacing of full proximal humeral deficiencies, using femoral resurfacing components, gave similar clinical results to more complex semi-constrained devices,

随着信息技术在社会各领域应用的不断深入和拓展,传统农业也由此进入了以信息技术改造升级的时代。湖南是我国柑橘种植大省,一旦发生柑橘病虫害将会严重影响柑橘产量及其品质,带来重大经济损失,降低农户收益。当前常见的柑橘病虫害相关资料大多被记录于专业书籍或领域文章之中,种植柑橘的农户难以在短时间内查询到有关资料。针对上述问题,本文通过采用知识图谱相关技术构建柑橘病虫害知识库,同时通过研究深度学习模型和本体编辑器Protégé,在相关专家及文献指导下完善柑橘病虫害知识图谱,研究并实现基于知识图谱的柑橘病虫害查询系统。目前我国对覆盖柑橘全产业链的知识服务仍然处于起步阶段,缺乏成熟实用的柑橘病虫害服务系统,本文的研究对加快柑橘产业智能化服务体系建设具有重大意义。论文主要工作包括:(1)依据《农业科学叙词表》中记录的柑橘病虫害实体结构层次创建初始的模式层,并将部分柑橘病虫害数据导入Neo4j.数据库中,实现一个初始的柑橘病虫害农业知识图谱。基于《农业科学叙词表》中的病虫害实体并设计八爪鱼数据采集器从百度百科、农业书籍等多种来源获取与实体相关的数据集,将获取到半结构化数据和非结构化数据存入CSV文件中,然后进行数据清洗、降噪等处理。(2)基于Bi LSTM-CRF深度学习算法扩展知识图谱数据层。通过对数据集采用BIO标注策略训练深度学习算法,使其自动识别文本实体并依据标签信息抽取出柑橘病虫害三元组数据。实验过程中将对batch＿size和num＿epochs进行不同的取值实验,最后确定值分别取64和100。通过对多种实体识别模型Bi LSTM、Bi LSTM-CRF、LSTM、LSTM-CRF分别进行训练和比较,Bi LSTM-CRF模型效果最好,其精确率、召回率和F1值分别达到91.07%、80.95%和85.71%。(3)借助抽取的三元组数据,设计基于Protégé本体编辑器构建柑橘病虫害领域本体信息库,并在本体信息库基础上研究通过编写SWRL规则库和Pellet推理机对柑橘病虫害领域本体信息进行扩展。同时在相关领域专家指导下完成知识图谱的推理及补全。通过Neo4j.数据库的命令操作将本体信息库中的知识存入Neo4j.数据库中,实现本体库到知识图谱的转化。最后将推理出的柑橘病虫害新知识编辑成若干个自然语句,然后重新打上标注用于对数据集的扩展,并使用Bi LSTM-CRF进行训练。实验结果表明,数据扩展后的Bi LSTM-CRF模型相比于数据扩展前的Bi LSTM-CRF模型精确率、召回率和F1值分别提高了0.31%,0.59%,0.47%。(4)以柑橘病虫害知识图谱作为数据来源,采用表示层、业务处理层、数据访问层三层架构,设计并实现了一个基于知识图谱的柑橘病虫害查询系统,该系统可以有效指导柑橘种植生产,为柑橘病虫害防治提供科学依据。

随着移动通信技术和互联网经济的快速发展,中国移动、中国电信、中国联通三大运营商相继在集团、省、市三级设置电子渠道运营专业机构,电子渠道已经逐渐从过去仅作为实体渠道的补充,发展为通信运营商不可或缺的市场营销渠道和顾客服务渠道。j.移动公司近几年电子渠道运营成效显著,线上触点业务规模在疫情背景下得到迅速发展。然而,也由于j.移动公司电子渠道运营起步较晚,当前仍存在渠道触点建设、能力转化应用、客户体验及业务转型等方面的发展问题,在后疫情时代,针对j.移动公司电子渠道运营现状及存在问题开展战略研究并提出相关优化建议,具有重要的现实应用意义。本研究立足于j.移动公司电子渠道发展现状,全面介绍j.移动公司电子渠道工作当前机构设置、业务范畴、渠道建设、系统能力建设和外部渠道合作等方面的基本运营情况及存在问题,进而采用PEST分析法、PORTER五力分析法、SWOT分析法战略分析工具开展j.移动公司电子渠道运营战略,运用德尔菲法咨询专家意见并通过SPSS软件分析数据进行实证研究。根据战略分析结果,为全面提升j.移动公司电子渠道运营发展水平,本研究立足于渠道建设、能力建设、业务运营、客户维系四大电子渠道运营核心要素,提出了自有电子渠道提升规模及优化体验、深化对外互联网合作、建立大数据事件预测销售能力体系、加强线上产品融合运营、线上线下协同服务及新型工具赋能等具体工作优化建议。通过总结j.移动公司案例研究成果,可供行业内运营商完善电子渠道建设、提升行业竞争力作参考,推动运营商渠道转型及电子渠道建设往更深层次方向发展。

Machine Learning and Statistical Analysis in Groundwater Monitoring for Total Dissolved Solids Assessment in Winkler County, Texas

This research aims to develop reliable models using machine learning algorithms to precisely predict Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in wells of the Permian basin, Winkler County, Texas. The data for this contribution was obtained from the Texas Water Development Board website (TWDB). Five hundred and ninety-three samples were obtained from two hundred and ninety-eight wells in the study area. The wells were drilled at different county locations into five aquifers, including Pecos Valley, Dockum, Capitan Reef, Edward Trinity, and Rustler aquifers. A total of fourteen different water quality parameters were used, and they include Potential hydrogen (pH), Sodium, Chloride, Magnesium, Fluoride, TDS, Specific Conductance, Nitrate, Total Hardness, Calcium, Temperature, Well Depth, Sulphate, and Bicarbonates. Four machine learning regression algorithms were developed to get a good model to help predict TDS in this area: Decision Tree regression, Linear regression, Support Vector Regression, and K-nearest neighbor. The study showed that the Decision Tree produced the best model with attributes like the coefficient of determination R2 = 1.00 and 0.96 for the training and testing, respectively. It also produced the lowest score of mean absolute error MAE = 0.00 and 0.04 for training and testing, respectively. This study will reduce the cost of obtaining different water quality parameters in TDS determination by leveraging machine learning to use only the parameters contributing to TDS, thereby helping researchers obtain only the parameters necessary for TDS prediction. It will also help the authorities enact policies that will improve the water quality in areas where drinking water availability is a challenge by providing important information for monitoring and assessing groundwater quality.
