现代政党制度旨在通过规范权力分配、整合社会利益、建构国家认同、输送人才和监督权力来服务国家治理。但西方竞争型政党制度在一些实践中发生了对治理本位的偏移,体现在政府权威性式微、利益集团垄断权力、共同体意识淡化、民主赤字困境等方面。在实现现代化的历史进程中,中国共产党团结带领包括各民主党派、无党派人士在内的全国各族人民,践行中国新型政党制度。这一制度彰显国家治理本质特征,以超大规模国家治理为目的、以现代化治理能力为核心、以人民整体利益为基础、以凝聚共识为需要、以民主监督为重点,成为推动中国式现代化,建设中华民族现代文明的重要制度保障,为人类政治文明提供重要参考价值。

人力资源合理配置不仅是化解资源稀缺性与需求无限性之间矛盾的有效途径,也是建设高质量教育发展体系的重要保障。人力资源合理配置涉及事、岗、人三个要素,存在着“依事设岗,以岗选人、人适其岗,用人治事、以事成人”的底层逻辑。然而,当前人力资源管理部门在教师资源配置管理实践中未完全理顺“事、岗、人”之间的基本逻辑关系,陷入岗位分类粗放,“事”与“岗”未实现相互映射,“因岗定编”与“依编定岗”的因果关系倒置,乡村教师资源区域性整体供给与学校具体需求相脱节等配置管理困境,乡村教师资源浪费、错配、低效等问题依然突出。为此,应遵循人力资源配置底层逻辑,因事设岗,构建精细化的专业技术岗位体系;按岗配人,基于学校岗位体系分类分步改革编制制度;技术更迭,探索信息技术支撑的区域教师资源配置机制。

Lagoons are ecosystems for biodiversity and the livelihoods of coastal communities. The main objective of the study was to analyze the variability of arsenic concentrations in gastropods and bivalves in the Aby and Tendo lagoons, taking into account spatial, seasonal and hydrological variations. The study was carried out in four stages spread over two successive hydroclimatic cycles, including two seasons during the rainy season and two more during the dry season. The samples were taken in two areas of the Aby and Tendo lagoons. Arsenic levels were measured by ICP-MS. The results showed that mean arsenic concentrations in the muscles of organisms in Aby Lagoon ranged from 0.01 to 1.26 μg As/g, with a mean and median of 0.17 and 0.06 μg As/g, respectively. Fish had the highest levels of arsenic, followed by crustaceans, while molluscs and plants had lower and comparable concentrations of As. Arsenic concentrations in tilapia and jawbones varied significantly between sites and seasons, with higher concentrations at Tendo and during the rainy season. Arsenic concentrations in gastropods and bivalves were significantly higher than those of other species, with averages of 0.74 and 1.03 mg As/kg, respectively.

采用水提醇沉法提取刺玫根粗多糖,以Sevage法和TCA法脱蛋白,进一步分级醇沉法分离纯化得到较纯的60%醇沉物(RDRP)进行结构鉴定和活性评价。苯酚浓硫酸法测定出刺玫根多糖RDRP总糖含量为94.1%;高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定表明主要含有重均分子量为13.1 kDa,相对分散度为1.2的多糖;通过高效离子色谱法和红外光谱测定,鉴定刺玫根多糖为由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖等5种单糖组成的含有α-构型的中性吡喃多糖。环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠模型实验结果表明,与模型组相比,刺玫根多糖各剂量组小鼠的脾脏和胸腺指数明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);血细胞分析仪检测发现白细胞数、红细胞数、血小板显著升高(P<0.05);ELISA法检测血清中免疫相关蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA以及细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6与IL-2的分泌水平,结果显示,与模型组比较,刺玫根多糖组显著上调小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM浓度水平(P<0.01)及IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6的含量(P<0.01);Western blot法测定各组TLR4、MyD88、TRAF-6和NF-κB p65蛋白的表达水平,发现刺玫根多糖各剂量组脾脏中TLR4、TRAF-6蛋白极显著上升(P<0.01),高剂量组的MyD88蛋白极显著上升(P<0.01),其他组呈现上升趋势;刺玫根多糖各剂量组NF-κB p65蛋白均有上升趋势,因此其免疫调节作用机制可能与TLR/NF-κB通道有关。本研究初步阐明刺玫根多糖的基本结构特征和其免疫调节作用及其机制,为刺玫根多糖的开发应用提供一定价值的实验依据。

A recent study by Adams and colleagues published in Nature unveiled more than one hundred genes that are involved in micronucleus formation,1 which is a biomarker for genomic instability and associated with aging,cancer,and other disorders.2 As an outstanding achievement,the authors identified DSCC1(DNA Replication And Sister Chromatid Cohesion 1)as a critical gene protecting against early developmental defects,genomic instability,reduced proliferative capacity,cohesinopathy-related phenotypes,and tumor development in vivo.

利用2013—2021年我国A股民营企业的数据,实证检验了控制权转移对企业金融化的影响。研究发现:民营企业控制权转移到其他民营企业,可显著降低金融资产占比、提高货币资金占比,即对企业投机动机产生抑制作用、对“蓄水池”动机产生促进作用;东部地区、实际控制权大的民营企业,控制权转移对企业金融化的影响更加明显;两职合一民营企业的控制权转移对金融资产占比的抑制作用更加明显,两职分离民营企业的控制权转移对货币资金占比的促进作用更加明显;民营企业间的控制权转移可通过缓解委托代理问题、提高实体投资效率、整合产业链供应链渠道对企业金融化发挥作用;控制权转移对企业金融化的作用仅在短期有效,在长期作用并不明显。

The evaluation of disease severity through endoscopy is pivotal in managing patients with ulcerative colitis,a condition with significant clinical ***,endoscopic assessment is susceptible to inherent variations,both within and between observers,compromising the reliability of individual *** study addresses this challenge by harnessing deep learning to develop a robust model capable of discerning discrete levels of endoscopic disease *** initiate this endeavor,a multi-faceted approach is embarked *** dataset is meticulously preprocessed,enhancing the quality and discriminative features of the images through contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization(CLAHE).A diverse array of data augmentation techniques,encompassing various geometric transformations,is leveraged to fortify the dataset’s diversity and facilitate effective feature extraction.A fundamental aspect of the approach involves the strategic incorporation of transfer learning principles,harnessing a modified ResNet-50 *** augmentation,informed by domain expertise,contributed significantly to enhancing the model’s classification *** outcome of this research endeavor yielded a highly promising model,demonstrating an accuracy rate of 86.85%,coupled with a recall rate of 82.11%and a precision rate of 89.23%.
