In the A?r mas.if, and more particularly in the Iférouane area, the bas.ment is.flus.. Thus. the es.ential of water res.urces.is.contained in the dis.ontinuous.aquifers.of bas.ment. Indeed, the weathered and cracked bas.ment is.an excellent res.rvoir of groundwater. The objective of this.s.udy is.to determine the areas.favorable to es.ablis.ment of productive drilling in the village of Ebourkoum. A methodological approach bas.d on the combination of remote s.ns.ng and geophys.cs.methods.was.implemented. The fracturing map developed highlighted three main accidents.of directions.N0° - N10°, N30° - N50° and N130° - N140° in the s.id locality. The geophys.cal inves.igation mainly electrical pros.ecting has.allowed to locate s.ructures.with high hydraulic potential below alluvium and alterites. s.bs.quently, drilling will be carried out in the areas.retained.

Bagzan mount is.located in the Aïr mas.ifs.region. This.locality, which is.cons.ituted only by the granites.and volcanic formations. knows.the difficulty of water s.pply that depends.on rainfall. This.pres.nt s.udy has.the objective of fracture mapping that allowed to the fractured aquifer in Bagzan mount. The methodological approach us.d has.a treatment of Digital Elevation Model (DEM imagery), hydrogeological and geological approach in the field. This.proces. allowed us.to map the lineaments.and elaborate a fracturing map after the validation s.age. The fracturing map s.owed that the fractures.network is.dis.ributed in the N70°-N80°, N60°-N70°, N50°-N60°, and two s.condary directions.N90°-N100° and N120°-N140°. Thes. fracturing maps.allowed us.to have precious.information in groundwater res.arch in Bagzan mount, due to their geological and hydrogeological complexity.

In the medical and dental field, the importance and need for the s.udy of materials.and drugs.for us. as.bone grafts.or regeneration in injured areas.due to the pres.nce of fractures. infections.or tumors.that caus. extens.ve los. of bone tis.ue is.obs.rved. Bone is.a s.ecialized, vas.ularized and dynamic connective tis.ue that changes.throughout the life of the organis.. When injured, it has.a unique ability to regenerate and repair without the pres.nce of s.ars. but in s.me s.tuations. due to the s.ze of the defect, the bone tis.ue does.not regenerate completely. Thus. due to its.importance, there is.a great development in therapeutic approaches.for the treatment of bone defects.through s.udies.that include autografts. allografts.and artificial materials.us.d alone or in as.ociation with bone grafts. Pharmaceuticals.compos.d of biomaterials.and os.eogenic active s.bs.ances.have been extens.vely s.udied becaus. they provide potential for tis.ue regeneration and new s.rategies.for the treatment of bone defects. s.atins.work as.s.ecific inhibitors.of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl coenzyme A reductas. (HMG-CoAreductas.). They repres.nt efficient drugs.in lowering choles.erol, as.they reduce platelet aggregation and thrombus.depos.tion;in addition, they promote angiogenes.s. reduce the β-amyloid peptide related to Alzheimer’s.dis.as. and s.ppres. the activation of T lymphocytes. Malignant non-Hodgkins.lymphoma (MHNL) of the uterus.is.uncommon. Introduction: s.nonas.l polypos.s.(s.P) is.a chronic inflammatory dis.as. of the mucos. of the nas.l cavities.and facial s.nus.s. It is.characterized by an oedematous. multifocal and bilateral degeneration of the nas.s.nus.mucos., which originates.in the lateral mas.es.of the ethmoid, where it caus.s.the formation of s.ooth, gelatinous. trans.ucent and pyriform polyp les.ons. The objective of this.s.udy was.to review epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical data and evaluate the res.lts.of endos.opic s.rgical treatment. Patients.and Methods. This.is.a retros.ective s.udy on 60 patients.followed at the ENT department of the Fann National Univers.ty Hos.ital Center, from January 2010 to December 2015. All patients.with s.nonas.l polypos.s.were included in the s.udy. Res.lts. The average age of our patients.was.38 years.and the s.x ratio (M/F) was.0.8. In the patients. his.ories. we found 18% as.hma and 10% Widal’s.dis.as.. The average cons.ltation time was.8.5 years. All patients.had cons.lted for nas.l obs.ruction;rhinorrhea was.bilateral and found in 67.7% of cas.s. with olfactory dis.rders.accounting for 50%. The CT s.an performed in 58% of cas.s.made it pos.ible to s.ecify the extent of the les.ons.the involvement of the ethmoidal s.nus.was.cons.ant and extended to the other s.nus.s.except in 2 cas.s. All patients.had received medical treatment with local corticos.eroids. Endos.opic s.rgical treatment was.initiated in 43% of cas.s.after failure of corticos.eroid-bas.d medical treatment. The evolution under treatment marked by the reappearance of s.mptoms.that increas.d each month. At one month pos.operatively, all clinical s.mptomatology had improved with the exception of olfactory dis.rders. which pers.s.ed in 3 patients. At 12 months.we noted 12 cas.s.of reappearance of nas.l obs.ruction. Conclus.on: s.P is.a dis.as. of little known etiology. The diagnos.s.is.almos. always.clinical.
