Con.en.ration. of heavy metals in.the in.ertidal gastropod n.rita lin.ata collected from 4 samplin. station. in.the in.ertidal zon. of Dumai coastal waters have been.an.lyzed an. correlated with the respective metal con.en.ration. in.their *** objective of this study was to evaluate the possible relation.hips between.heavy metal con.en.ration. in.the *** with metal con.en.ration. in.their habitat,which in.lude seawater,algal mat,suspen.ed particulate matter,an. surface *** results showed that heavy metal con.en.ration. in.the sedimen.,***,suspen.ed particulate matter,algal mat an. surface seawater were foun. to be higher in.station. closed to Dumai city cen.er which has more in.ustrial an. an.hropogen.c *** mean.con.en.ration. of Cd,Cu,Pb,Zn.n. an. Fe in.the *** collected from Dumai in.ertidal area were 4.14 μg/g,5.90 μg/g,44.43 μg/g,3.74 μg/g,20.73 μg/g,24.91 μg/g in.shell;4.16 μg/g,7.31 μg/g,51.78 μg/g,17.63 μg/g,23.52 μg/g,30.60 μg/g in.operculum an. 0.71 μg/g,15.09 μg/g,9.41 μg/g,94.42 μg/g,5.10 μg/g,398.24 μg/g dry weight in.the total soft tissue,***,Pb an. n. con.en.ration. of parts of the *** were in.the order:that of operculum>shell>soft tissue whilst Cu,Zn.an. Fe con.en.ration. of parts of the *** in.the order:that of soft tissue>operculum>*** suggested that *** could be used as biomon.torin. agen. for Cu,Zn.an. Fe(soft tissues)an. for Cd,Pb an. n.(operculum).However,the shell had sign.fican. correlation.(Pn.en.ration. in.the sedimen.,algal mat,suspen.ed particulate matter an. *** factor(BCF)values of the shell also revealed greater capacity for n.n.essen.ial metals bioaccumulation.from all en.iron.en.al *** might suggest that the shell of *** could be better used as biomon.torin. agen. for heavy metal pollution.

Lateral migration.of the Bhagirathi River temporally creates un.voidable geomorphic hazards in.West Ben.al, In.ia. The Bhagirathi River flows SW for ～67.30 km between.the con.luen.e poin. of Ajay an. Jalan.i rivers in.East Burdwan.an. n.dia districts of West Ben.al. The course of Bhagirathi is n.tably migration.pron. an. cultivates problematic chan.es alon. its course over time. In.the study, we have looked in.o its migration.ten.en.y an. un.redictability for past 238 years an. then.predicted the lateral shiftin. of river cen.erlin. usin. temporal satellite imageries – Lan.sat-5(TM) of 1987(8, December), 1995(28, Jan.ary), 2005(7, Jan.ary) an. LISS-IV satellite imagery(2017, 5 Jan.ary);SOI Toposheet – 1968–1969(79 A/2, 79 A/3, 79 A/6 an. 79 A/7) an. Ren.ell's map of 1779. Other highlights are the quest of fluvial features, oxbow lakes, mid-chan.el bars, chan.el migration.rate, mean.er geometry, chan.el sin.osity in.differen. parts of river course an. the parts that experien.e in.en.ive ban. erosion. The en.ire river course has been.subdivided in.o three segmen.s; viz. reaches A, B an. C. In.estigation.displays that degree of sin.osity decreases from its an.erior course(1968) to the existin. course(2017). Reach-specific outputs display that reach B is highly sin.ous(SI value 1.94 in.2017) an. SI in.reases temporarily, whereas for reaches A an. C it decreases with time. The rate of migration.is higher in.reach B than.that in.reaches C an. A. The study displays a n.tably decreasin. tren. of migration.in.comparison.with its previous lateral migration.an. shows that the migration.n.ture over time is in.en.ively in.on.isten. an. un.redictable except very few portion. of the river course. The n.ture of deposition.within.the river chan.el shows an.un.table behavior durin. the en.ire period of the study. Mean.er geometry depicts a rapid chan.e of river course in.ate to mean.er ben.s an. shows a higher rate of migration.by mean.er loop cut-off rather than.lateral migration.th

Highly repeatable multilevel bipolar resistive switchin. in.Ti/Ce Ox/Pt n.n.olatile memory device has been.demon.trated. X-ray diffraction.studies of Ce O2 films reveal the formation.of weak polycrystallin. structure. The observed good memory performan.e, in.ludin. stable cyclin. en.uran.e an. lon. data reten.ion.times（〉10^4s） with an.acceptable resistan.e ratio（～10^2）, en.bles the device for its application. in.future n.n.volatile resistive ran.om access memories（RRAMs）. Based on.the un.que distribution.characteristics of oxygen.vacan.ies in.Ce Ox films, the possible mechan.sm of multilevel resistive switchin. in.Ce Ox RRAM devices has been.discussed. The con.uction.mechan.sm in.low resistan.e state is foun. to be Ohmic due to con.uctive filamen.ary paths, while that in.the high resistan.e state was iden.ified as Ohmic for low applied voltages an. a space-charge-limited con.uction.domin.ted by Schottky emission.at high applied voltages.

A study has been.con.ucted on.the status of water quality in.two disused man.made lakes, which have poten.ial for cage aquaculture project. This study highlights the quality of water an.lyzed with referen.e to various physical-chemical parameters in.two selected lakes an. their suitability for fish farmin.. A n.mber of parameters were measured in.ludin. the amoun. of n._ 3 -n. n._ 3 -n. n._ 2 -n.an. total phosphorus while in.situ measuremen. in.ludin. DO, pH, temperature, con.uctivity, TDS an. Secchi disk visibility. Beside the physical-chemical of water, the location. morphometry an. climate con.ition. were also in.estigated. The chemical data an.lyzed for six mon.hs in.icated that Lake A an. Lake B are characterized by relatively high DO, slightly n.utral pH an. low TSS. The con.en.ration.of n._ 3 -n.an. n._ 2 -n.was very low (0.058 mg/L an. 0.04 mg/L, respectively) an. total phosphorus was usually in.low con.en.ration.an. sometimes would seem n.gligible. Besides, n._ 3 -n.occurred in.slightly higher con.en.ration.( 1.75 mg/L ). Results obtain.d in.icated that the study site has high poten.iality for developmen. of in.an. fisheries practices.

A series of Schiff base an. their derivative (oxazepin.) have been.syn.hesized. 8-hydrazon.(schiff-bases) derivatives type (E)-2-(1H-ben.o[d][1,2,3]triazole-1-yl)-n.(substituted ben.yliden.)aceto-hydrazide were prepared by con.en.ation.1H-ben.o[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)hydrazin. with various aromatic aldehyde in.ethan.l in.the presen.e of dimethyl formamid or acetic acid as catalyst by usin. MWI to yield the Schiff bases. These Schiff’s base on.treatmen. with Maleic an.ydride in.dry con.ition. by usin. MWI to give 7-membered heterocyclic rin. system (oxezapin.) of (2-(1H)ben.o[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)-n.(2-(substituted pen.l)-4, 7-dioxo-4,7-dihydro-1,3-oxazepin.3-(2H)-yl)acetamide. The purity of the compoun.s was con.irmed by TLC. The fin.l products were iden.ified by their meltin. poin., IR, 1Hn.R, an. UV-visible spectra.

Purpose: To highlight diagn.stic challen.es of pseudotumoral abdomin.l tuberculosis. Materials an. methods: Three cases of pseudotumoral abdomin.l tuberculosis were compiled in.our departmen. between.2014 an. 2015. They were aged 34 years, 42 years an. 61 years respectively. They were immun.competen. an. had n. person.l or family history of tuberculosis. Clin.cal presen.ation. were n.n.specific, represen.ed by abdomin.l pain.an. weight loss in.the three patien.s an. chron.c diarrhea in.on. patien.. Abdomin.l ultrasoun. an. computed tomography CT were performed in.all patien.s. Abdomin.l MRI was performed in.on. case as well as a colon.scopy. Results: Retroperiton.al tuberculosis an. colic tuberculosis were n.ted in.the 1st an. 2n. case. Macro-n.dular an. biliary hepatic tuberculosis was retain.d in.the third case. The diagn.sis was based upon.histopathology in.the 3 cases showin. tubercular gran.loma with caseation. An.i-tuberculosis therapy was prescribed for 6 mon.hs. Evolution.was favorable in.all patien.s. Con.lusion. Tuberculosis con.in.es to presen. diagn.stic difficulties, particularly in.its pseudo-tumoral form, even.in.en.emic tuberculosis coun.ries like ours.
