Creatine is a naturally occurring derivative of an amino acid commonly utilized in functional foods and ***,the current industrial synthesis of creatine relies on chemical processes,which may hinder its utilization in certain ***,a biological approach was devised that employs whole-cell biocatalysis in the bacterium Corynebacterium glutamicum,which is considered safe for use in food production,to produce safe-for-consumption *** objective of this study was to identify a guanidinoacetate n-methyltransferase(GAMT)with superior catalytic activity for creatine *** employing whole-cell biocatalysis,a gamt gene from Mus caroli(Mcgamt)was cloned and expressed in *** ATCC 13032,resulting in a creatine titer of 3.37 g/***,the study employed a promoter screening strategy that utilized nine native strong promoters in *** to enhance the expression level of *** highest titer was achieved using the P1676 promoter,reaching 4.14 g/*** conditions of whole-cell biocatalysis were further optimized,resulting in a creatine titer of 5.42 g/*** is the first report of successful secretory creatine expression in ***,which provides a safer and eco-friendly approach for the industrial production of creatine.

Reconfigurable devices can be used to achieve multiple logic operation and intelligent optical sensing with low power consumption,which is promising candidates for new generation electronic and optoelectronic integrated ***,the versatility is still limited and need to be extended by the device architectures ***,we report an asymmetrically gate two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals heterostructure with hybrid dielectric layer SiO_(2)/hexagonal boron nitride(h-Bn),which enable rich function including reconfigurable logic operation and in-sensor information encryption enabled by both volatile and non-volatile optoelectrical *** the partial gate is grounded,the non-volatile light assisted electrostatic doping endowed partially reconfigurable doping between n-type and p-type,which allow the switching of logic XOR and not implication(nIMP).When the global gate is grounded,additionally taking the optical signal as another input signal,logic AnD and OR is realized by combined regulation of the light and localized gate *** on the high on/off current ratio approaching 105 and reliable&switchable logic gate,in-sensor information encryption and decryption is demonstrated by manipulating the logic ***,these results provide strong extension for current reconfigurable electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Green synthesis of ZSM-5 using silica fume and catalytic co-cracking of lignin and plastics for production of monocyclic aromatics

ZSM-5 with hierarchical pore structure was synthesized by a simple two-step hydrothermal crystallization from silica fume without using any organic ammonium *** synthesized ZSM-5 were oval shaped particles with a particle size about 2.0 μm and weak acid-dominated with proper Brønsted(B)and Lewis(L)acid *** ZSM-5 was used for catalytic co-cracking of n-octane and guaiacol,lowdensity polyethylene(LDPE)and alkali lignin(AL)to enhance the production of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylene(BTEX).The most significant synergistic effect occurred at n-octane/guaiacol at 1:1 and LDPE/AL at 1:3,under the condition,the achieved BTEX selectivity were 24%and 33%(mass)higher than the calculated values(weighted average).The highest BTEX selectivity reached 88.5%,which was 3.7%and 54.2%higher than those from individual cracking LDPE and *** synthesized ZSM-5 exhibited superior catalytic performance compared to the commercial ZSM-5,indicating potential application prospect.

Transition metal sulfide(TMS)anodes exhibit the characteristics of phase stability and high capacity for lithium/sodium-ion batteries(liBs/SIBs).However,the TMS anodes often suffer from poor electronic conductivity,low ionic diffusion and large volume expansion during li/na-ion intercalation significantly impairing the li/na-storage ***,a long chain heterostructure composed of the Co_(9)S_(8) and SnS are first reported,which can generate rich phase interfaces,and small crystal *** unique structure can facilitate the properties of reactivity,conductivity and ionic *** addition,the heterostructure surface is modified by the n-doped carbon(n-DC@(CoSn)S),successfully improving the structural *** synergistic effects of Co_(9)S_(8)/SnS heterostructure and coated carbon layer effectively increase the capacity and cycling *** n-DC@(CoSn)S anode delivers enhanced high specific capacities of 820.6 mAh·g^(−1) at 1.0 A·g^(–1) after 500 cycles for liBs and 339.2 mAh·g^(–1)at 0.5 A·g^(–1) after 1000 cycles for SIBs,*** work is expected to provide a material design idea for preparing liBs/SIBs with high capacity and long cycling life.

Fe/n-based biomass porous carbon composite(Fe/n-p Carbon) was prepared by a facile high-temperature carbonization method from biomass,and the effect of Fe/n-p Carbon on the thermal decomposition of energetic molecular perovskite-based material DAP-4 was *** porous carbonaceous materials was considered as the micro/nano support layers for in situ deposition of Fe/n ***/np Carbon was prepared simply by the high-temperature carbonization *** was found that it showed the inherent catalysis properties for thermal decomposition of *** heat release of DAP-4/Fe/n-p Carbon by DSC curves tested had increased slightly,compared from DAP-4/Fe/n-p *** decomposition temperature peak of DAP-4 at the presence of Fe/n-p Carbon had reduced by 79°C from384.4°C(pure DAP-4) to 305.4°C(DAP-4/Fe/n-p Carbon-3).The apparent activation energy of DAP-4thermal decomposition also had decreased by 29.1 J/*** possible catalytic decomposition mechanism of DAP-4 with Fe/n-p Carbon was proposed.

Tumor vaccine,a promising modality of tumor immunotherapy,needs to go through the process of tumor antigen generation and loading,antigen drainage to lymph nodes(Lns),antigen internalization by dendritic cells(DCs),DC maturation,and antigen cross-presentation to activate ***,tumor vaccines are often unable to satisfy all the steps,leading to the limitation of their application and ***,based on a smart nanogel system,an in situ nano-vaccine(CpG@Man-P/Tra/Gel)targeting Lns was constructed to induce potent anti-tumor immune effects and inhibit the recurrence and metastasis of ovarian *** CpG@Man-P/Tra/Gel exhibited MMP-2-sensitive release of trametinib(Tra)and nano-adjuvant CPG@Man-P,which generated abundant in situ depot of whole-cell tumor antigens and formed in situ nano-vaccines with CpG@*** from mannose(Man)modification,the nano-vaccines targeted to Lns,promoted the uptake of antigens by DCs,further inducing the maturation of DCs and activation of T ***,CpG@Man-P with different particle sizes were prepared and the effective size was selected to evaluate the antitumor effect and immune response in ***,combined with PD-1 blocking,the vaccine effectively inhibited primary tumor growth and induced tumor-specific immune response against tumor recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer.

Temperature sensing is of high value in the wearable healthcare,robotics/prosthesis,and noncontact physiological ***,the common mechanic deformation,including pressing,bending,and stretching,usually causes undesirable feature size changes to the inner conductive network distribution of temperature sensors,which seriously influences the ***,inspired by the transient receptor potential mechanism of biological thermoreceptors that could work precisely under various skin contortions,we propose an MXene/Clay/poly(n-isopropylacrylamide)(PnIPAM)(MCP)hydrogel with high stretchability,spike response,and deformation *** dynamic spike response is triggered by the inner conductive network transformation from the 3-dimensional structure to the 2-dimensional surface after water being discharged at the threshold *** water discharge is solely determined by the thermosensitivity of PnIPAM,which is free from mechanical deformation,so the MCP hydrogels can perform precise threshold temperature(32℃)sensing under various deformation conditions,i.e.,pressing and 15%*** a proof of concept,we demonstrated the applications in plant electronics for the real-time surface temperature monitoring and skin electronics for communicating between human and *** research opens venues for the accurate temperature-threshold sensation on the complicated surface and mechanical conditions.
