Amplifiers are essential building blocks of a majority of the mixed signal circuits that are used in the development of cognitive computing architectures. Their implementation and use is challenged by the second order effects that dominate the MOSFET operations with reduction in the technology size and scale. The ability to program the amplifiers once fabricated becomes an even more challenging problem as it warrants the use of multiple circuit components that lowers circuit performance and in turn outweighs the advantages of generalisation abilities. In this paper, a reconfigurable set of amplifier circuits are proposed based on quantised conductance devices in combination with MOSFET devices. The presented circuits form the basic configurations for the memristor based amplifiers, and show promising performance results in terms of power dissipation, on-chip area and THD values.

Nd Sr2Mn2O7＋δ compounds were synthesized by ceramic method under three different cooling conditions. The Nd Sr2Mn2O7＋δ samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction（XRD）. Oxygen non-stoichiometry data for the studied powders were determined by using gravimetric and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS） methods. The correlation of cooling method and oxygen as non-stoichiometry was established. The electroconductivity in samples was studied by using four-point probe method, and the strong correlation with non-stoichiometry was found out. Magnetization measurements were carried out. It was found that the magnetic and transport properties of the samples were also influenced by oxygen non-stoichiometry. The evolution of the magnetic properties could be explained by the formation of magnetic clusters in the vicinity of oxygen vacancies（OV） and strong competition between the superexchange and double exchange interactions.

经济制裁是国际政治策略中的常用方式,其主要目的是使目标国家因遭受经济损失改变政治行为。然而,某些经济制裁并不能达成预期目标,相反会影响双方的经济和贸易。如果贸易制裁的发起者和目标国家有贸易往来,双方的连带损失将会不可避免。某些情况下,经济制裁不仅会影响目标国家,也会影响发起国。本文评估了俄罗斯和乌克兰之间的冲突所带来的损失,以及欧盟和美国在2014年实施制裁后的影响。本文发现虽然俄罗斯联邦因经济制裁受到了重大影响,经济制裁的发起国也同样在出口方面遭受了严重损失。本文旨在研究经济制裁对发起国和目标国双方的影响。由于俄罗斯联邦是欧盟产品的主要进口国之一,在制裁之后,欧盟经济遭到破坏。为了满足进口需求,俄罗斯联邦找到了其他贸易伙伴,并开始了进口替代政策,即使欧盟取消一切制裁,也难以重新进入俄罗斯市场。随后通过倍差法实证研究经济制裁对欧盟向俄罗斯出口的影响,探究从2014年到2016年制裁之前和之后从欧盟出口到俄罗斯的差异,并分析制裁实施前后俄罗斯进口的变化。本文也探究了一些对俄制裁的影响因素。研究发现,经济制裁分别降低了欧盟向俄罗斯出口量和出口额的1.32%和1.20%。我们调查影响经济制裁成功的因素制裁俄罗斯联邦。为了估计经济制裁的有效性,我们采用定量SWOT模型,显示出经济制裁的力量,弱点,机遇和威胁。SWOT矩阵显示制裁政策是否成功,欧盟和美国是否通过这一政策实现了其最初的目标。虽然在过去的几年里对俄罗斯的制裁已经影响了国家的经济,造成了重大的经济衰退,但是还没有足以改变其对乌克兰的政策,恢复两国之间的贸易关系曾经是主要的经济伙伴。至于未来的俄罗斯和欧盟的贸易关系,我们认为越长时间制裁将持续越难欧盟将返回俄罗斯市场。

Ontogenes and Chromosome Nondisjunction in the D. melanogaster Meiosis

A mutation in an ontogene acts as a conditional dominant lethal: it is lethal in a certain genotype but not lethal in another. In total, 30 mutations of this type residing in the Drosophila melanogaster X chromosome have been assayed for their ability to cause meiotic nondisjunction. The level of X nondisjunction in the females heterozygous for the mutation in ontogene appears to be very high. The share of matroclinous daughters reaches 24.7% of the overall offspring and of patroclinous males, 24.9%. Neither inversion in the opposite X chromosome nor additional Y chromosome has any effect on the X nondisjunction. The balance of the XX and X0 egg cells is disturbed: exceptional daughters are prevalent in the offspring of the females with a normal opposite X chromosome and exceptional sons, in the offspring of the females with an inverted X chromosome. In addition, 12% of the matroclinous daughters of the females with a normal opposite X chromosome are homozygous for the marker of one of the maternal X chromosomes (“equational” nondisjunction). A “fading” parental effect of the mutation in ontogene on the X chromosome nondisjunction is also observed. Under experimental conditions, the mutant ontogenes reside in meiotic densely compacted X chromosomes. We infer that the ontogenes are DNA regions with controlled compaction. It is postulated that the genetic activity of ontogenes is determined by this compaction and has a biophysical (electromagnetic) nature. In a meiotic cell, ontogenes induce physical fields providing the operation of meiotic proteins. The structure of these fields is distorted in the mutants for ontogenes, thereby decreasing the efficiency of proteins and, as a consequence, causing meiotic defects.

The genes referred to as ontogenes are responsible for conditional mutations. Based on the results of the research of conditional mutations in D. melanogaster, we attempt to figure out the biological role of ontogenes. We conclude that ontogenes in the process of individual development control the construction of the living organisms of cells (cellular construction), which comprises the induction of cell division, determination of division plane, and the location of daughter cells after the division is completed. The process of morphogenesis consists of cellular construction and protein synthesis. Protein synthesis is controlled by protein-coding (Mendelian) genes. Mendelian genes are switched on by ontogenes. In terms of the two-component genome composed of Mendelian genes and ontogenes, we consider 1) the concept of biological character;2) interspecific incompatibility;3) ontogenesis;4) phylogenesis;and 5) mutagenesis. Ontogenes, which control cellular construction, possess the specific features unusual for Mendelian genes, namely, 1) the activity in germ line tissue;2) remote interaction;and 3) activity in a compacted state (heterochromatization). These specific features of ontogenes suggest that unlike the Mendelian genes with their chemical activity, ontogenes possess another type of activity (biophysical) involving induction of an electromagnetic field.
