A high Li-ion diffusion kinetics in m.ltidim.nsional and com.act-structured electrodes via vacuum.filtration casting

m.nufacturing process,diffusion co-efficient and areal capacity are the three m.in criteria for regulating thick electrodes for lithium.ion batteries(LIBs).However,sim.ltaneously regulating these criteria for LIBs is desirable but rem.ins a significant *** this work,niobium.pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))anode and lithium.iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4))cathode m.terials were chosen as the m.del m.terials and dem.nstrate that these three param.ters can be sim.ltaneously m.dulated by incorporation of m.cro-carbon fibers(m.F)and carbon nanotubes(cNT)with both Nb_(2)O_(5) and LFP via vacuum.filtration *** as-prepared m.c-20 anode and m.c-20 cathode achieves high reversible areal capacity of≈5.4 m.A h cm.(-2)@0.1 c and outstanding Li-ion diffusion coefficients of≈10~(-8)cm.2 s~(-1)in the half-cell *** assem.led m.c-20‖m.c-20 full cell LIB delivers m.xim.m.energy and power densities of244.04 W h kg^(-1)and 108.86 W kg^(-1),*** excellent electrochem.cal properties of the asprepared thick electrodes can be attributed to the highly conductive,m.chanical com.actness and m.ltidim.nsional m.tual effects of the m.F,cNT and active m.terials that facilitates rapid Li-ion diffusion ***,electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS),sym.etric cells analysis,and insitu Ram.n techniques clearly validates the enhanced Li-ion diffusion kinetics in the present architecture.

Radiative decays D((s))*→D((s))γare revisited in light of new experim.ntal data from.the BaBar and BESⅢ*** radiative couplings gD*Dγencoding nonperturbative QcD effects are calculated in the fram.work of the covariant confined quark m.del developed by *** com.are our results with other theoretical studies and experim.ntal *** couplings(in GeV-1)|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.45(9)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.72(34)calculated in our m.del agree with the corresponding experim.ntal data|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.47(7)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.77(16).The m.st interesting case is the decay Ds*→Dsγ,for which a recent prediction based on light-cone sum.rules at next-to-leading order|gDs*Dsγ|=0.60(19)deviates from.the first(and only to date)lattice QcD result|gDs*Dsγ|=0.11(2)at nearly3σ.Our calculation yields|gDs*Dsγ|=0.29(6),which falls som.how between the two m.ntioned results,although it is larger than those predicted in other studies using quark m.dels or QcD sum.rules.

Light detection and ranging(LiDAR)serves as one of the key com.onents in the fields of autonom.us driving,surveying m.pping,and environm.nt ***,dense points clouds are pursued by LiDAR system. to provide high-definition 3D ***,the LiDAR is typically used to produce abundant yet redundant data for scanning the hom.geneous background of scenes,resulting in power waste and excessive processing ***,it is highly desirable for a LiDAR system.to“gaze”at the target of interest by dense scanning and rough sparse scans on the uninteresting ***,we propose a LiDAR structure based on an optical phased array(OPA)with reconfigurable apertures to achieve such a gaze scanning *** virtue of the cascaded optical switch integrated on the OPA chip,a 64-,128-,192-,or 256-channel antenna can be selected discretionarily to construct an aperture with variable *** corresponding divergence angles for the far-field beam.are 0.32°,0.15°,0.10°,and 0.08°,*** reconfigurable-aperture OPA enables the LiDAR system.to perform.rough scans via the large beam.spots prior to fine scans of the target by using the tiny beam.*** this way,the OPA-based LiDAR can perform.the“gaze”function and achieve full-range scanning *** scanning tim. and power consum.tion can be reduced by 1/4 while precise details of the target are ***,we em.ed the OPA into a frequency-m.dulated continuous-wave(Fm.W)system.to dem.nstrate the“gaze”function in beam.*** results show that the num.er of precise scanning points can be reduced by 2/3 yet can obtain the reasonable outline of the *** reconfigurable-aperture OPA(RA-OPA)can be a prom.sing candidate for the applications of rapid recognition,like car navigation and robot vision.

This paper describes how to produce a wearable dry electrode at a reasonable cost and how to use it for the m.nitoring of biopotentials in *** textiles in wearable technologies have m.de a great advancem.nt in the health care m.nagem.nt and living standards of *** was m.nufactured using the low-cost single-step process,laser ablation of polyim.de,a com.ercial *** dispersions were m.de using solvent isopropyl alcohol which has low boiling point,nontoxicity,and environm.ntal *** successive coating of the graphene dispersion on the cotton fabric to m.ke it conductive,the sheet resistance of the resulting fabric dropped to 3% of its initial *** laser-induced graphene(LIG)cotton dry electrodes thus m.nufactured are com.arable to Ag/Agcl wet electrodes in term. of the skin-to-electrode im.edance,m.asuring between 78.0 and 7.2 kΩ for the frequency between 40 Hz and 1 *** LIG cotton electrode displayed a signal-to-noise ratio of 20.17 *** to its com.ort,sim.licity,and good perform.nce over a longer period of tim.,the textile electrode appears suited for m.dical applications.

Predicting grain size-dependent superplastic properties in friction stir processed ZK30 m.gnesium.alloy with m.chine learning m.thods

The aim.of this work is to predict,for the first tim.,the high tem.erature flow stress dependency with the grain size and the underlaid deform.tion m.chanism.using two m.chine learning m.dels,random.forest(RF)and artificial neural network(ANN).With that purpose,a ZK30 m.gnesium.alloy was friction stir processed(FSP)using three different severe conditions to obtain fine grain m.crostructures(with average grain sizes between 2 and 3μm.prone to extensive superplastic *** three friction stir processed sam.les clearly deform.d by grain boundary sliding(GBS)deform.tion m.chanism.at high *** m.xim.m.elongations to failure,well over 400% at high strain rate of 10^(-2)s^(-1),were reached at 400℃ in the m.terial with coarsest grain size of 2.8μm.and at 300℃ for the finest grain size of 2μ***,the superplastic response decreased at 350℃ and 400℃ due to therm.l instabilities and grain coarsening,which m.kes it difficult to assess the operative deform.tion m.chanism.at such *** work highlights that the m.chine learning m.dels considered,especially the ANN m.del with higher accuracy in predicting flow stress values,allow determ.ning adequately the superplastic creep behavior including other possible grain size scenarios.

The convention on Biological Diversity seeks to conserve at least 30%of global land and water areas by 2030,which is a challenge but also an opportunity to better preserve biodiversity,including flowering plants(angiosperm.).Herein,we com.iled a large database on distributions of over 300,000 angiosperm.species and the key functional traits of 67,024 *** this database,we constructed biodiversity-environm.nt m.dels to predict global patterns of taxonom.c,phylogenetic,and functional diversity in terrestrial angiosperm. and provide a com.rehensive m.pping of the three diversity *** further evaluated the current protection status of the biodiversity centers of these diversity *** results showed that geographical patterns of the three facets of plant diversity exhibited substantial spatial m.sm.tches and nonoverlapping conservation *** centers of functional diversity,particularly of herbaceous species,were prim.rily distributed in tem.erate regions and under weaker protection com.ared with other biodiversity centers of taxonom.c and phylogenetic *** global assessm.nt of m.ltifaceted biodiversity patterns and centers highlights the insufficiency and unbalanced conservation am.ng the three diversity facets and the two growth form.(woody ***),thus providing directions for guiding the future conservation of global plant diversity.

Background:Our clinical practice of laparoscopic liver resection(LLR)had achieved better short-term.and long-term.benefits for patients with hepatocellular carcinom.(Hcc)over open liver resection(OLR),but the underlying m.chanism. are not *** study was to find out whether system.c inflam.ation plays an im.ortant ***:A total of 103 patients with early-stage Hcc under liver resection were enrolled(LLR group,n=53;OLR group,n=50).The expression of 9 inflam.atory cytokines in patients at preoperation,postoperative day 1(POD1)and POD7 was quantified by Lum.nex m.ltiplex *** relationships of the cytokines and the postoperative outcom.s were com.ared between LLR and ***:Seven of the circulating cytokines were found to be significantly upregulated on POD1 after LLR or OLR com.ared to their preoperative *** to OLR,the POD1 levels of granulocytem.crophage c.lony-stim.lating factor(Gm.cSF),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,and m.nocyte chem.attractant protein-1(m.P-1)in the LLR group were significantly *** POD1 levels of these cytokines were significantly correlated with longer operative tim. and higher volum. of blood loss during *** levels of these cytokines were positively associated with postoperative liver injury,and the length of hospital ***,a high level of IL-6 at POD1 was a risk factor for Hcc recurrence and poor disease-free survival after liver ***:Significantly lower level of Gm.cSF,IL-6,IL-8,and m.P-1 after liver resection represented a m.lder system.c inflam.ation which m.ght be an im.ortant m.chanism.to offer better short-term.and long-term.outcom.s in LLR over OLR.
