Under the present changing climate conditions and the observed temperature increase,it is of high importance to understand its effects on aquatic microbial life,and organisms’adaptations at the biochemical *** adjust to temperature or salinity stress and avoid cell damage,organisms alter their degree of fatty acids(FAs)***,temperature is expected to have strong effects on both the quantity and quality of FAs in aquatic *** we review some recent findings about FAs sensitivity to climate change in contrasting ***,heat waves may induce changes in the relative abundance of polyunsaturated FAs(PUFA).However,the impact of the exposure to warming waters is different in temperate and polar *** cold marine waters,high concentration of omega-3(ω3)FAs such as eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)is promoted due to the activation of the desaturase *** this way,cells have enough energy to produce or activate antioxidant protection mechanisms and avoid oxidative stress due to heat ***,under high irradiance and heat wave conditions in temperate environments,photosystems’protection is achieved by decreasing EPA concentration due to desaturase *** FAs are transferred in aquatic food ***,any alteration in the production of essential FAs by phytoplankton(the main source ofω3)due to climate warming can be transferred to higher trophic levels,with cascading effects for the entire aquatic ecosystem.

Stress is now a serious disease that exists due to changes in working life and food ecosystems around the *** general,it is difficult for a person to know if they are under *** to previous research,temperature,heart rate variability(HRV),humidity,and blood pressure are used to assess stress levels with the use of *** the development of sensor technology and wireless connectivity,people around the world are adopting and using smart *** this study,a bio signal detection device with Internet of Things(IoT)capability with a galvanic skin reaction(GSR)sensor is proposed and built for real-time stress *** proposed device is based on an arduino controller and Bluetooth *** evaluate the performance of the system,physical stress is created on 10 different participants with three distinct tasks namely reading,visualizing the timer clock,and watching *** analysis is performed for identifying the three different levels of stress and obtaining the threshold values as if the person GSR voltage i.e.,relaxed for1.44 *** addition,LabVIEW is used as a data acquisition system,and a Blueterm mobile application is also used to view the sensor reading received from the device through Bluetooth communication.

Wearable monitoring devices are in demand in recent times for monitoring daily activities including ***,it is widely utilizing for preventing injuries of athletes during a practice session and in few cases,it leads to muscle *** present,emerging technology like the internet of things(IoT)and sensors is empowering to monitor and visualize the physical data from any remote location through internet *** this study,an IoT-enabled wearable device is proposing for monitoring and identifying the muscle fatigue condition using a surface electromyogram(sEMG)***,the EMG signal is utilized to display muscle *** controller,Wi-Fi module,and EMG sensor are utilized in developing the wearable *** Time-frequency domain spectrum technique is employed for classifying the threemuscle fatigue conditions including meanRMS,mean frequency,etc.A real-time experiment is realized on six different individuals with developed wearable devices and the average RMS value assists to determine the average threshold of recorded *** threshold level is analyzed by calculating the mean RMS value and concluded three fatigue conditions as>2V:Extensive);1–2V:Moderate,andarning alarm system was designed in LabVIEW with three color LEDs to indicate the different states of muscle ***,the device is interfaced with the cloud through the internet provided with a Wi-Fi module embedded in wearable *** data available in the cloud server can be utilized for forecasting the frequency of an individual to muscle fatigue.

During space missions,astronauts live in a confined technological environment,completely isolated and deprived of the variety and variation found in the environment on *** circumstance has a strong impact on the psycho-physiological states of the *** in light of the plans for long-duration missions,new research needs to be carried *** goal of this study,conducted at Xiangtan Central Hospital in China,was to test whether multicolour lighting can improve people’s psychological state in an isolated and confined environment over a period of seven *** participants(10 male and 10 female)were randomly divided into two groups:one group that was exposed to multicolour lighting and a control group,which was exposed to a static,monotonous white *** participants’psychological state was recorded on the first day,the fourth day,and the seventh *** results of the control group showed that the participants’negative emotions and anxiety continued to increase over time,whereas the group randomly exposed to multicolour lighting that changed every three hours did not show any significant increase in negative emotions and ***,the random change of light colour in the isolated environment appeared to help the participants increase their sense of surprise,thereby counteracting ***,during this experiment,it was observed that when people who are accustomed to being connected to social networks were deprived of this,they experienced insomnia and unaccustomed reactions,in particular on the first days of *** article contributes to future space exploration and to social and psychological support of life in isolated and confined environments.

The most prominent ion channel localized in plant vacuoles is the slow activating SV type. Slow vacuolar （SV） channels were discovered by patch clamp studies as early as 1986. In the following two decades, numerous studies revealed that these calcium- and voltage-activated, nonselective cation channels are expressed in the vacuoles of all plants and every plant tissue. The voltage-dependent properties of the SV channel are susceptible to modulation by calcium, pH, redox state, as well as regulatory proteins. In arabidopsis, the SV channel is encoded by the AtTPC1 gene, and even though its gene product represents the by far largest conductance of the vacuolar membrane, tpcl-loss-of-function mutants appeared not to be impaired in major physiological functions such as growth, development, and reproduction. In contrast, the fou2 gain-of-function point mutation D454N within TPC1 leads to a pronounced growth phenotype and increased synthesis of the stress hormone jasmonate. Since the TPC1 gene is present in all land plants, it likely encodes a very general function. In this review, we will discuss major SV channel properties and their impact on plant cell physiology.

Coronavirus(COVID-19)has impacted nearly every person across the globe either in terms of losses of life or as of *** current coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic is a rare/special situation where people can express their feelings on Internet-based social *** media is emerging as the biggest platform in recent years where people spend most of their time expressing themselves and their *** research is based on gathering data from Twitter and analyzing the behavior of the people during the COVID-19 *** research is based on the logic expressed by people in this perspective and emotions for the suffering of COVID-19 and *** this research,we have used a Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network model with Convolutional Neural Network using Keras python deep-learning library to determine whether social media platform users are depressed in terms of positive,negative,or neutral emotional out bust based on their Twitter *** results showed that the model has 88.14%accuracy(representation of the correct prediction over the test dataset)after 10 epochs which most tweets showed had neutral *** evaluation shows interesting results in positive(1),negative(–1),and neutral(0)emotions through different visualization.

Pollen Tube Growth: a Delicate Equilibrium Between Secretory and Endocytic Pathways

Although pollen tube growth is a prerequisite for higher plant fertilization and seed production, the processes leading to pollen tube emission and elongation are crucial for understanding the basic mechanisms of tip growth. It was generally accepted that pollen tube elongation occurs by accumulation and fusion of Golgi-derived secretory vesicles （SVs） in the apical region, or clear zone, where they were thought to fuse with a restricted area of the apical plasma membrane （PM）, defining the apical growth domain. Fusion of SVs at the tip reverses outside cell wall material and provides new segments of PM. However, electron microscopy studies have clearly shown that the PM incorporated at the tip greatly exceeds elongation and a mechanism of PM retrieval was already postulated in the mid-nineteenth century. Recent studies on endocytosis during pollen tube growth showed that different endocytic pathways occurred in distinct zones of the tube, including the apex, and led to a new hypothesis to explain vesicle accumulation at the tip; namely, that endocytic vesicles contribute substantially to V-shaped vesicle accumulation in addition to SVs and that exocytosis does not involve the entire apical domain. New insights suggested the intriguing hypothesis that modulation between exo- and endocytosis in the apex contributes to maintain PM polarity in terms of lipid/protein composition and showed distinct degradation pathways that could have different functions in the physiology of the cell. Pollen tube growth in vivo is closely regulated by interaction with style molecules. The study of endocytosis and membrane recycling in pollen tubes opens new perspectives to studying pollen tube-style interactions in vivo.
