为了扩大杂志的影响，推动《中国普通外科杂志》的发展、充分利用学术平台为广大普通外科工作者服务，我刊从2015年第1期开始与AME Publishing Company合作共同打造“AME科研时间专栏”。2014年，AME中文平台——“科研时间”的诞生，为广大从事临床和基础研究的科研工作者提供了更多科研交流和学习分享的机会，一经推出得到了广大读者的喜爱，引起了广大临床工作者的不同反响；其学术前沿、科研与临床、医学与人文等内容更是让读者耳目一新。欢迎广大读者关注我们“AME科研时间专栏”，给我们提出宝贵的建议和意见，以便于将这个专栏建设得更好，成为读者喜闻乐见的一个栏目。原发性肝癌是国人最常见的肝脏恶性肿瘤，其患者病死率在消化系统恶性肿瘤中居第3位。尽管近几十年来，随着研究与诊疗技术的进展，肝癌的生存率有所提高，但远非令人满意。当代肝癌的外科治疗已进入一个多元化的时代，治疗手段有手术切除、肝移植术、局部消融、介入微创治疗等，但这各种方法的适应证有部分重叠，在综合应用实施时仍有较大争议。目前倡导通过肝癌多学科团队（MDt）协作来确定最佳的个体化综合治疗方案，以期最大程度地提高肝癌患者治愈率、生存率与生活质量。希望本期推荐的文章对读者有所启发。

AIM:to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of our new cytoreductive surgery(CRS)and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion(HIPEC)***:Retrospective review of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies who were suitable candidates for CRS and HIPEC between 12/1/2009 and 10/1/*** clinicopathologic data were reviewed with a special focus on the surgical outcome and the postoperative morbidity and ***:Fourteen patients were *** age was 64 years;seven were *** primary tumors were:colonic(29%),appendiceal(36%),peritoneal mesothelioma(14%),gastric(7%),adenocarcinoma of unknown primary(7%),and gastrointestinal stromal tumor(7%).Eleven patients(79%)received CRS/HIPEC,three for *** patients that did not undergo CRS/HIPEC had an average peritoneal cancer index(PCI)of *** eight patients that underwent curative CRS/HIPEC had an average PCI of 10 and a completeness of cytoreduction score of 0(87.5%) or 1(12.5%).Postoperative morbidity was 36%;the worst adverse event was Grade 3 *** rate was 0%.CONCLUSION:CRS with HIPEC is safe and feasible at tertiary institutions with fledgling *** is an accurate predictor of surgical outcomes.

AIM:to evaluate the alterations of the retinal microvasculature and foveal avascular zone in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCt-A).MEtHODS:A retrospective study of PD patients examined in the Ophthalmology Department of the General Hospital of Athens,“Georgios Gennimatas”from March 2021 to March 2022 was *** 44 patients with PD were included and 18 healthy controls were examined,hence a total of 124 eyes were enrolled in the *** foveal and parafoveal superficial and deep capillary plexus vascular density(fSCP-VD,fDCP-VD,pSCP-VD,pDCP-CD)and foveal avascular zone(FAZ)were quantified with *** coherence tomography(OCt)was used to measure macular *** statistical analysis was conducted by using a mixed effect linear regression ***:After adjustment for age and gender,the mean parafoveal superficial capillary plexus vascular density(pSCP-VD)and mean parafoveal deep capillary plexus vascular density(pDCP-VD)were significantly decreased in individuals with PD(Pth)by-2.35(95%CI-3.3,-1.45)and-7.5(95%CI-10.4,-4.6)***-VD and fDCP-VD didn’t approach statistical *** FAZ area and perimeter were significantly decreased(Pth)by-0.1 mm^(2)(95%CI-0.13,-0.07)and-0.49 mm^(2)(95%CI-0.66,-0.32)*** didn’t approach statistical *** retinal thickness(CRt)was significantly decreased in individuals with PD(Ptemporal retinal thickness(tRt)was decreased(P=0.025)by-11μm(95%CI-22,-1.5)while nasal retinal thickness(NRt)only approached statistical significance(P=0.066).CONCLUSION:the mean pSCP-VD,pDCP-VD,CRt and tRt are significantly decreased and FAZ is altered in individuals with *** findings can be potentially used as biomarkers for the diagnosis and evaluation of early PD.
