An explicit function expression for the bias voltage or/and temperature dependences of tunnel magnetoresistance ratio and resistances were obtained with a unique set of intrinsic parameters. Two of these intrinsic parameters are the Curie temperature TC and the density of state (DOS) for itinerant majority and minority electrons ξ(ρM/ρm), which are the eigen parameters of ferromagnetic electrodes. Others are the spin-dependent matrix-element ratio (i.e., |Td|2/|TJ|2 ) and the anisotropic-wavelength-cutoff energy ECγ of spin-wave spectrum in magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ), which are the structure parameters of an MTJ. These intrinsic parameters can be predetermined using the experimental measurement or, in principle, using the first-principle calculation method for an MTJ with the three key layers of FM/I/FM. Furthermore, a series of experimental data for an MTJ, for example, a spin-valve-type MTJ of Ta (5 nm)/Ni79Fe21(25 nm)/lr22Mn78(12 nm)/Co75Fe25(4 nm)/AI(0.8 nm)-oxide/Co75Fe25(4 nm)/Ni79Fe21(20 nm)/Ta (5 nm) in this work, can be self-consistently evaluated and explained using such concise explicit function formulations.

In solving integral equations with logarithmic kernel which arises from the boundary integral equation reformulation of some boundary value problems for the two dimensional Helmholtz equation, we combine the Galerkin method with Beylkin's ([2]) approach, series of dense and nonsymmetric matrices may appear if we use traditional method. By appealing the so-called periodic quasi-wavelet (PQW in abbr.) ([5]), some of theme matrices become diagonal, therefore we can the a algorithm with only O(K(m)2) arithmetic operations where m is the highest level. The Galerkin approximation has a polynomial rate of convergence.

In this paper we seek the solutions of the time dependent Ginzburg-Landau model for type-Ⅱ superconductors such that the associated physical observables are spatially periodic with respect to some lattice whose basic lattice cell is not necessarily rectangular. After appropriately foring the gange, the model can be formulated as a system of nonlinear parabolic partial differential equations with quasi-periodic boundary conditions. We first give some results concerning the existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions and then we propose a semiimplicit finite element scheme solving the system of nonlinear partial dmerential equations and show the optimal error estimates both in the L2 and energy *** also report on some numerical results at the end of the paper.

Zr(IV) was extracted by tri-n-butyl phosphate in kerosene from concentrated nitric acid solutions and the formation of the third phase during extraction was experimentally investigated. Zirconia powders were prepared by using the loaded organic phase as the bulk solution precipitated with aqueous ammonia or NaOH solution. The powder prepared was characterized with TEM, XRD,EDAX and TG-DTA. Effects of some conditions on powder preparation were studied and it was shown that nanosized particles could be obtained from this extraction system but conditions should be carefully controlled for powder purity and particle size.

In this paper we introduce a primal-dual potential reduction algorithm for positive semi-definite programming. Using the symetric preserving scalings for both primal and dual interior matrices, we can construct an algorithm which is very similar to the primal-dual potential reduction algorithm of Huang and Kortanek [6] for linear programming. The complexity of the algorithm is either O(nlog(X0 · S0/ε) or O(nlog(X0· S0/ε) depends on the value of ρ in the primal-dual potential function, where X0 and S0 is the initial interior matrices of the positive semi-definite programming.

Based on systematic analyses of 72 samples of different basic-ultrabasic rocks, the present paper discusses the relationship between melt structure and Cu and Au mineralization. It is found that if the NBO/T, NBO, M2+, FeO and MgO values are relatively high and the T, M3+, Fe2O3 and CaO values are low the basic-ultrabasic melt will be favourable to Cu (Ni) mineralization, but if the former are low and the latter are high it is favourable to Au metallization. Cu ions occupy dominantly octahedra in basic-ultrabasic melt and the higher the NBO/T, NBO and M2+ values, the more the octahedra in the melt. Au element mainly takes the form of Au+ ions in basic-ultrabasic melt and the Au+ ions constitute tetrahedral sites together with Fe3+ ions. Therefore, low M2+ and high Fe3+, i.e. high oxygen fu-gacity, can promote the enrichment of Au+ ions and Au mineralization. Components NT (other than Au+), Al2O3 and SiO2 in basic-ultrabasic melt have no effect on metallogenetic species. As mentioned above, in relevant diagrams distribution areas of the characteristic values of ore-free melt and those of ore-forming melt are overlapped in different degrees, which possibly indicates that not all the magmas have mineralizing ability. It can be well distinguished whether basic-ultrabasic rocks are favourable to Cu or Au mineralization or they are just ore-free rocks by analysing integrated diagrams of the characteristic values of the magmatic melt structure.
