In today’s fourth industrial revolution,various blockchain technologies are being actively researched.A blockchain is a peer-to-peer data-sharing structure lacking central *** a user wishes to access stored data,she/he must employ a private key to prove ownership of the data and create a *** the private key is lost,blockchain data cannot be *** solve such a problem,public blockchain users can recover the key using a wallet ***,key recovery in a permissioned blockchain(PBC)has been but little *** PBC server is Honest-but-Curious(HBC),and should not be able to learn anything of the user;the server should simply recover and store the *** server must also be resistant to malicious ***,key recovery in a PBC must satisfy various security ***,we present a password-protected secret sharing(PPSS)key recovery system,protected by a secure password from a malicious key storage server of a *** describe existing key recovery schemes and our PPSS scheme.

Blockchain technology provides transparency and reliability by sharing transactions and maintaining the same information through consensus among all ***,single-signature applications in transactions can lead to user identification issues due to the reuse of public *** address this issue,group signatures can be used,where the same group public key is used to verify signatures from group members to provide anonymity to ***,in dynamic groups where membership may change,an attack can occur where a user who has left the group can disguise themselves as a group member by leaking a partial *** problem cannot be traced back to the partial key *** this paper,we propose assigning different partial keys to group members to trace partial key leakers and partially alleviate the damage caused by partial key *** schemes have shown that arbitrary tracing issues occurred when a single administrator had exclusive key generation and tracing *** paper proposes a group signature scheme that solves the synchronization problem by involving a threshold number of TMs while preventing arbitrary tracing by distributing authority among multiple TMs.

BACKGROUND The rupture of a splenic artery aneurysm(SAA)in pregnancy is an uncommon ***,it is associated with high mortality rates in pregnant women and fetuses even after surgical *** the endovascular treatment of SAAs is currently preferred as it can improve the outcomes even in emergent cases,the endovascular treatment of a ruptured SAA during pregnancy has not been reported until *** SUMMARY We report a case of a 33-year-old woman with the sudden onset of epigastric pain due to a ruptured SAA at the mid-portion of the splenic artery at 18 wk of *** emergent initial resuscitation,the patient was diagnosed with a ruptured SAA through digital *** upon diagnosis,she underwent emergent endovascular embolization of the splenic artery for the rupture on the ***,surgery was performed to remove the hematoma under stable *** the fetus was found to be dead during resuscitation,the woman recovered without complications and was discharged 15 d *** Endovascular treatment might be a valuable alternative to surgery/lead to safer surgery for selected pregnant patients with ruptured SAAs.

Hierarchical core-shell-like MnO2 nanostructures （NSs） were used to anchor MnO2 hexagonal nanoplate arrays （HNPAs） on carbon cloth （CC） fibers. The NSs were prepared by a novel one-step electrochemical deposition method. Under an external cathodic voltage of -2.0 V for 30 min, hierarchical core-shell-like MnO2-NS-decorated MnO2 HNPAs （MnO2 NSs@MnO2 HNPAs） were uniformly grown on CC with reliable adhesion. The phase purity and morphological properties of the samples were characterized by various physicochemical techniques. At a constant external cathodic voltage, growth of MnO2 NSs@MnO2 HNPAs on CC was carried for different time periods. When utilized as a flexible, robust, and binder-free electrode for pseudocapacitors, the hierarchical core-shell-like MnO2 NSs@MnO2 HNPAs on CC showed clearly enhanced electrochemical properties in 1 M Na2SO4 electrolyte solution. The results indicate that the MnO2 NSs@MnO2 HNPAs on CC have a maximum specific capacitance of 244.54 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g with excellent cycling stability compared to that of bare MnO2 HNPAs on CC （112.1 F/g at 0.5 A/g current density）. We believe that the superior charge storage performance of the pseudocapacitive electrode can be mainly attributed to the hierarchical MnO2 NSs@MnO2 HNPAs building blocks that have a large specific surface area, offering additional electroactive sites for efficient electrochemical reactions. The facile and single-step approach to growth of hierarchical pseudocapacitive materials on textile based electrodes opens up the possibility for the fabrication of high-performance flexible energy storage devices.

The use of chemotherapeutic regimens for the treatment of pancreatic cancer is still limited because pancreatic cancer is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage as a refractory disease in which symptoms are difficult to recognize in the early ***,at advanced stages,there are important challenges to achieve clinical benefit and symptom resolution,even with the use of an expanded spectrum of anticancer ***,a point of reduced susceptibility to conventional chemotherapies by breast cancer susceptibility gene(BRCA)mutations led to a new perspective for overcoming the resistance of pancreatic cancer within the framework of increased genome ***(ADP-Ribose)polymerase(PARP)-1 is an enzyme that can regulate intrinsic functions,such as response to DNA ***,in an environment where germline mutations in BRCAs(BRCAness)inhibit homologous recombination in DNA damage,resulting in a lack of DNA damage response,a key role of PARP-1 for the adaptation of the genome instability could be further ***,we summarized the key functional role of PARP-1 in genomic instability of pancreatic cancer with the BRCAness phenotype and listed clinical applications and outcomes of PARP-1 inhibitors to highlight the importance of targeting PARP-1 activity.

We observe the influence of AI occupancies in Li sites on the formation process of the garnet solid elec- trolyte of Li_7La_3Zr_2O_12 （LLZO）. A direct incorporation of AI is first promoted in a Li-insufficient garnet solid electrolyte during the calcination process of 850 ℃ and then the cubic phase of LLZO is obtained after successive annealing step of 1000 ℃. Comparing to pristine LLZO, AI incorporated LLZO shows less formation of Li_2CO_3, keeping crystallographic and physicochemical properties. This AI incorporation im- proves both the ionic conductivity and interfacial resistance to poisoning procedure.

Optical properties of single emitters can be significantly improved through the interaction with plasmonic structures,leading to enhanced sensing and imaging *** turn,single emitters can act as sensitive probes of the local electromagnetic field surrounding plasmonic structures,furnishing fundamental insights into their physics and guiding the design of novel plasmonic ***,the interaction of emitters in the proximity to a plasmonic nanostructure causes distortion,which hinders precise estimation of position and polarization state and is one of the reasons why detection and quantification of molecular processes yet remain fundamentally challenging in this era of ***,we investigate axially defocused images of a single fluorescent emitter near metallic nanostructure,which encode emitter positions and can be acquired in the far-field with high sensitivity,while analyzing the images with pattern matching algorithm to explore emitter-localized surface plasmon interaction and retrieve information regarding emitter *** distortion in defocused images of fluorescent beads and quantum dots near nanostructure was observed and analyzed by pattern matching and finite-difference time-domain methods,which revealed that the distortion arises from the emitter interaction with *** matching algorithm was also adopted to estimate the lateral positions of a dipole that models an emitter utilizing the distorted defocused images and achieved improvement by more than 3 times over conventional diffraction-limited localization *** improvement by defocused imaging is expected to provide a way of enhancing reliability when using plasmonic nanostructure and diversifying strategies for various imaging and sensing modalities.
