Artificial induction of labor (AIL) is the set of techniques intended to induce childbirth in order to reduce maternal-fetal mortality. the aim of this paper was to study the maternal and fetal prognosis after the artificial induction of labor with misoprostol. It was a descriptive prospective study conducted from September 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019 at the maternity unit of the Referral Health Center (RHC) in commune I of Bamako. It was about any pregnant woman at term who had received misoprostol as part of the artificial induction of labor. 102 cases of artificial induction with misoprostol 200 μg were collected out of 3641 deliveries, or a frequency of 2.8%. the age group 28 - 32 years accounted for 56.86% with an average age of 28.8 years. Multiparous represented 54.90% of the number. the history of diabetes and hypertension involved 37.25% of the pregnant women. the main indication was premature rupture of membranes (PRM) (40.2%). Induction was performed between the 37th and 41sttyle="font-family:Verdana;"> week of amenorrhea (69.6%). the trigger index according to BISHOP was greater than 7 (50.98%). Induction was done only with 3/4 of misoprostol tablet 200 μg (43.14%). the average labor time was 7 hours (89.22%). the vaginal birth concerned 92.16% of pregnant women. An APGAR10 was noted in 97.85% of newborns after 05 minutes. AIL with misoprostol was practiced at the Center. the main indication was the premature rupture of the membranes. It improves the maternal and fetal prognosis.

Role of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Management of Female Infertility at the Department of Gynecology of Hôpital du Mali

Infertility is a socio-cultural drama in Africa, especially in Mali and remains difficult for couples to overcome. Laparoscopy, also called minimally invasive surgery or keyhole surgery, is an operative technique that permits to explore the pelvis and perform an appropriate therapeutic procedure. the objective of our work was to assess the role of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of female infertility at Hopital du Mali. It was a retrospective descriptive study that was conducted over a period of 5 years (January 2013 to December 2018). Any patients followed for infertility and who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology department over a period of two (2) years were included. the outcome of laparoscopic surgery was evaluated in terms of conception of pregnancy. We had collected 103 infertile patients out of 2984, with a frequency of 3.45%. the mean age of our patients was 30.2 years. Housewives and out-of-school women accounted for 68.93% and 54.37% respectively. Nulligravida represented 41.75%. Regarding infertility, it was primary in 41.75% and secondary in 58.25%, with an average duration of 6.2 years. Systematic chlamydial serology was positive in 62.14% of our patients. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) revealed bilateral tubal obstruction in 53.33% of cases. Laparoscopy found tubal adhesions in 97.80% of cases. Adhesiolysis was the main procedure performed with 84.47% bilateral tubal patency achieved in the methylene blue test. Among our patients who had contracted a pregnancy (22.99%), 85% had carried their pregnancies to term. tubal damage was the main cause of infertility. Adhesiolysis remains the main laparoscopic procedure for treatment.

to study the epidemio-clinical aspects, and the therapeutic attitudes of genital prolapse (GP) in the gynecology department of Hôpital du Mali (HDM). this is a descriptive retro-prospective study over five (5) years from January 2015 to December 2019, conducted in the gynecology department of HDM. We had collected 100 cases of GP out of 989 surgeries, with a frequency of 9.89%. the age group of 60 years and over accounted for 33% of our patients, with a mean age of 50 years. Multiparous were the most affected (89%). the notion of obstructed labor was observed in 52% of patients. the most found reason for consultation was the feeling of lump in a vagina, with 65%. Grade III according to BADEN-WALKER classification system (BWCS) concerned 72% of our patients. triple perineal surgery and hysterectomy involved 56% of our patients. Spinal anesthesia was performed in 96% of cases. Per and postoperative complications were dominated by urinary retention in 4% and by infection of the surgical site in 2%. the average hospital stay was 3.2 days. We recorded 88% of satisfied patients after the intervention. No deaths were recorded during the study. the management of genital prolapse remains essentially surgical;it requires a semiological analysis and a mastery of the surgical technique.

Effects of Chemical treatment on the Physical Properties of typha

Plant-based concretes are produced from plant aggregates and a binder.Plant fibers are mainly composed of saccharides(sugars)and these sugars can decrease the concentration of Ca2+ions in the cement pore solution and delay the formation of hydration products.to improve the interfacial bond between fibers and matrix a chemical treatment is widely used.this study investigates the effect of sodium hydroxide treatment on physical and hygroscopic properties of typha aggregates.In particular,a 5%sodium hydroxide solution is used to treat these aggregates and their bulk and absolute densities,porosity,water content and water absorption are evaluated accordingly.Results indicate that bulk and absolute densities increase after treatment from 56.44 kg/m^(3) to 122.57 kg/m^(3) and 541.93 kg/m^(3) to 555.17 kg/m^(3),respectively.NaOH treatment reduces porosity of typha from 89.58%to 77.92%and decreases water content from 1.4%to 1%.the treatment with sodium hydroxide reduces substantially the water absorption of the aggregates.

trong>Summary:trong> We attempted to determine the obstetric prognosis of women without antenatal care in the Health District of Commune V of Bamako, Mali. Materials and Methods: We undertook this retrospective case-control study from January 1 to March 31, 2017. Of all women having given birth to during this period in this district, we compared characteristics and obstetric outcomes between women without antenatal care (study group) vs. those with antenatal care (age/parity matched control). Results: 13.8% of women were without antenatal care (23.45 ± 9.56 years of age: 13 - 42). Study group (without antenatal care), compared with control, was significantly more likely to be household helpers (OR = 2.5 [2.0 - 3.4]) and single (OR = 2.3 [1.8 - 2.8]). Study group women were more significantly likely to have the following poor obstetric outcomes: premature rupture of the membranes, post-maturity, low birth weight, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, uterine rupture, fetal death, anemia, fetal malposition, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection and maternal death. Study group showed a higher risk of early neonatal death, low Apgar score, and transfer to Neonatology institute. Conclusion: In accordance with the previous reports in any other countries, no prenatal checkup causes higher poor outcome of both mothers and infants/neonates also in this area.

种群的空间分布格局和种间关联性的研究对预测群落演替趋势和植被重建具有重要意义。文中以古尔班通古特沙漠东南部三种类型沙丘上的优势灌木种群为研究对象,在0-20m尺度上利用空间点格局分析法,基于均质泊松模型HPP和异质泊松模型IPP,采用单变量相关函数g(r)对三种类型沙丘上的灌木的空间分布格局进行研究。同时,基于完全随机模型CSR和先决条件模型AC,采用双变量g_(12)(r)函数研究了三种沙丘上灌木间的种间关联性。结果表明:1)三种沙丘上的优势灌木在均质泊松模型HPP下以聚集分布为主,在剔除生境异质性后的异质泊松模型IPP下在中小尺度上以聚集分布为主,在较大尺度上以随机分布为主;2)三种沙丘上灌木的聚集强度的大小顺序为:半固定沙丘>流动沙丘>固定沙丘;3)三种沙丘上,大多数灌木之间的种间关联性随着空间尺度的增而减小。其中,固定沙丘上的灌木在完全随机模型CSR下在0-20m空间尺度上为负关联关系,在去除生境异质性的AC模型下以正关联关系为主;半固定沙丘上的灌木在CSR模型下在0-20m尺度上主要呈现正关联关系,在AC模型下中小尺度上为正关联关系,大尺度上趋于无关联性;流动沙丘上的灌木在CSR模型下在小尺度上主要以正关联为主,在大尺度上趋于无关联性;在AC模型下灌木之间虽也以正关联为主,但随着尺度的增加最后趋于无关联性或负关联关系。研究结果可为该地区固沙植被的演替和植被的生境适应性的研究提供一定的理论基础。

Robust Fractional-Order Proportional-Integral Observer for Synchronization of Chaotic Fractional-Order Systems

In this paper, we propose a robust fractional-order proportional-integral(FOPI) observer for the synchronization of nonlinear fractional-order chaotic systems. the convergence of the observer is proved, and sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) approach by using an indirect Lyapunov method. the proposed FOPI observer is robust against Lipschitz additive nonlinear uncertainty. It is also compared to the fractional-order proportional(FOP) observer and its performance is illustrated through simulations done on the fractional-order chaotic Lorenz system.

在本论文里，我们制备了基于有序介孔氧化钴和介孔氧化铜纳米层的无酶葡萄糖传感器。与传统的常规方法比较，这些传感器表现出较多的优点，比如制备方法简单、响应速度较快、成本较低、线性范围宽。在文献综述部分总结了介孔材料的最新进展，重点强调了介孔金属氧化物的制备和应用，还对无酶葡萄糖传感器的制备做了介绍。本论文包括以下几个部分： (1)采用硬模板法用SBA-15作为模板制备有序介孔CoO。在碱性介质中，我们考察了介孔CoO对葡萄糖的直接催化效果。与非介孔的CoO相比较，介孔CoO由于具有较大的比表面积，对葡萄糖有更好的催化效果。我们发展了一种基于介孔CoO的无酶葡萄糖传感器。该传感器具有快速响应、灵敏、选择性好等特点。 (2)我们用介孔SiO膜为模板制备了介孔CuO纳米膜。采用电镜方法表征了介孔CuO纳米膜。用CuO作为电极材料，我们制备了一个基于CuO的无酶传感器。所发展的无酶葡萄糖传感器有较高的灵敏度(33.53μA mMcm)、较低的检出限(1.4μM)、快速的响应时间(<3s)和宽的线性范围(1-30μM)。

Web services have gained popularity in recent years and provide a new model of web,which facilitates interaction of scientific and business applications through the Internet.More often,several services with similar functionality are available from a large and changing number of service providers.Quality of Service(QoS)is the dominant factor in service selection and is of great importance to users.In this paper,we propose a model for QoS measurement and web services selection.the model consists of QoS model,QoS monitoring,QoS comparison and service selection with a QoS feedback mechanism.the most suitable service is to take into account the agreed QoS,monitoring is done during invocation phase and if any deviation is recorded,next suitable service is selected.Finally the model is proved to be feasible and effective by simulation experiments.
