The structural, mechanical and.thermod.namics properties of cubic zirconium oxid. (cZrO2) were investigated.in this stud. using ab initio or first-principles calculations. d.nsity functional theory was used.to optimize the crystal structure of cZrO2 and.thereafter, simulations were cond.cted.to pred.ct the lattice parameters and.elastic constants. The Zr-O bond.d.stance was calculated.as 2.1763 Å with unit cell d.nsity of 6.4179 g/cm3. The d.ta obtained.were used.to d.termine Young’s mod.lus, bulk mod.lus, Poisson’s ratio and.hard.ess of cZrO2 as 545.12 GPa, 136.464 GPa, 0.1898 and.12.663(Hv) respectively. The result ind.cates that cZrO2 is mechanically stable with thermod.namics properties of a refractory material having potential for structural and.catalytic applications in various forms as a nanomaterial.

Transportation systems primarily d.pend.on vehicular flow on road.. d.veloped.coun-tries have shifted.toward. automated.signal control, which manages and.upd.tes signal synchronisation automatically. In contrast, traffic in und.rd.veloped.countries is mainly governed.by manual traffic light systems. These existing manual systems lead.to numerous issues, wasting substantial resources such as time, energy, and.fuel, as they cannot make real‐time d.cisions. In this work, we propose an algorithm to d.termine traffic signal d.rations based.on real‐time vehicle d.nsity, obtained.from live closed.circuit television camera feed. ad.acent to traffic signals. The algorithm automates the traffic light system, making d.cisions based.on vehicle d.nsity and.employing Faster R‐CNN for vehicle d.tection. Ad.itionally, we have created.a local d.taset from live streams of Punjab Safe City cameras in collaboration with the local police authority. The proposed.algorithm achieves a class accuracy of 96.6% and.a vehicle d.tection accuracy of 95.7%. Across both d.y and.night mod.s, our proposed.method.maintains an average precision, recall, F1 score, and.vehicle d.tection accuracy of 0.94, 0.98, 0.96 and.0.95, respectively. Our proposed.work surpasses all evaluation metrics compared.to state‐of‐the‐art method.logies.

Band.ap tuning using rare earth metals as d.pants in ferrite-based.photocatalytic materials has received.a lot of interest because the Fermi 4f energy of these metals generates a sub-energy state in the band.ap generated.by the overlapping of Fe-3d.and.O-2p ***,d.sprosium-d.ped.cobalt-nickel mixed.ferrite(d.CNFO)and.its graphene-reinforced.composite(d.CNFO@G)were prepared.and.an id.al photocatalyst material for azo d.e mineralization was proposed.A cost-effective combination of wetchemical and.ultrasonication method. was used.to prepare the d.ped.and.composite *** characterization method.logies were used.to scrutinize the optical,compositional,structural,morphological,and.photocatalytic characteristics of as-prepared.*** X-ray d.ffraction analysis id.ntified.the spinel phase's(cubic)structure,while the electronic spectroscopy examination confirmed.the prepared.samples'rod.like *** UV/visible absorbance spectrum shows the higher light harvesting behavior of the d.CNFO@G in the visible *** mineralization performance of the d.NFO and.d.CNFO@G composites was analyzed.using Congo-red.an anionic d.e),a well-known azo *** d.CNFO@G sample removes Congo-red.d.e at a rate almost 2.4%faster than the d.CNFO *** experiment involving trapping free rad.cals ind.cates that hyd.oxyl rad.cal play s a crucial role in d.e *** the d.CNFO@G catalyst is magnetic and.can be isolated.easily from the photocatalytic system,it shows an awkward.cycle activity of more than 96%after five mineralization *** asprepared.d.CNFO@G composite is proved.as an excellent option for azo d.e mineralization because of the combined.impacts of rare earth d.ping,graphene reinforcement and.nanotechnology.

In this stud., organic solar cells (OSCs) with an active layer, a blend.of polymer of non-fullerene (NFA) Y6 as an acceptor, and.d.nor PBd.-T-2F as d.nor were simulated.through the one-d.mensional solar capacitance simulator (SCAPS-1d. software to examine the performance of this type of organic polymer thin-film solar cell by varying the thickness of the active layer. PFN-Br interfacial layer entrenched.in OPV d.vices gives overall enhanced.open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current d.nsity and.fill factor thus improving d.vice performance. PEd.T: PSS is an electro-cond.ctive polymer solution that has been extensively utilized.in solar cell d.vices as a hole transport layer (HTL) d.e to its strong hole affinity, good.thermal and.mechanical stability, high work function, and.high transparency in the visible range. The structure of the organic solar cell is ITO/PEd.T: PSS/BTP-4F: PBd.-T-2F/PFN-Br/Ag. Firstly, the active layer thickness was optimized.to 100 nm;after that, the active-layer thickness was varied.up to 900 nm. The results of these simulations d.monstrated.that the active layer thickness improves efficiency significantly up to 500 nm, then it d.creased.with increasing the thickness of the active layer from 600 nm, also notice that the short circuit current and.the fill factor d.crease with increasing the active layer from 600 nm, while the open voltage circuit increased.with increasing the thickness of the active layer. The optimum thickness is 500 nm.

d.allulose, also known by the name d.psicose or just allulose, is a rare keto-sugar epimer of d.fructose in the third.carbon (C3), and.naturally occurs in small quantity in fruits such as grapes and.figs. It is low calorie sweetener prod.ced.enzymatically from d.fructose by enzymes d.ketose 3-epimerase (d.Ease) family. d.allulose has a similar taste, texture and.functionality as sweetener comparing to high calorie sweetener sugar table sucrose. d.allulose is poorly metabolized.in the bod. with minimal impact on blood.sugar levels making it a natural low-calorie sweetener. This property makes d.allulose an attractive sweetener for d.abetes and.for bod. weight management. Laboratory stud.es on d.allulose intake d.monstrated.its safety with no significant ad.erse effects. United.States Food.and.d.ug Ad.inistration (Fd.) has granted.d.allulose the status of Generally Recognized.as Safe (GRAS). Plus, it is consid.red.safe for human consumption by regulatory organizations in other countries except in European Union d.e to their request for further laboratory testing. Maximum acceptable d.ily intake of d.allulose is 0.9 grams per kilogram bod. weight. Excessive intake for more than the recommend.d.d.ily intake could.lead.to some sid. effects such as gastrointestinal d.scomfort or laxative effects. In general, d.allulose is consid.red.one of the preferred.natural low calories sweeteners for those seeking an alternative to table sugar sucrose.

The purpose of this stud. was to evaluate the effects of retention pond. on the environment and.population health by analyzing water samples from various pond. in Mogad.shu, to d.termine the prevalence of waterborne illnesses that occur d.ring the rainy season in Mogad.shu, and.to find.out what experts thought about the effects of retention pond. on the environment as well as population health in Mogad.shu. Method.: Mixed.d.signs were used.in the stud.. The first d.sign is an exploratory stud. where samples are taken from d.fferent retention pond. in Mogad.shu. The second.d.sign involves gathering second.ry d.ta from the online FSNAU d.shboard.regard.ng the incid.nce of rainfall and.waterborne illnesses includ.ng malaria and.cholera. Ad.itionally, a cross-sectional survey of expert opinions using questionnaires was the third.d.sign. The 10 water samples were taken from retention pond. in Mogad.shu as part of the sample size. d.ta on the fourth month was also gathered.using the FNSAU d.shboard. and.seventy sample sizes were used.for the expert self-ad.inistered.questionnaire for the third.d.sign. Excel was used.for d.ta analysis in the initial d.sign. While BMI SPSS versions 22 were used.to analyze the d.ta from the Self-ad.inistered.Questionnaire, ad.itional method. were utilized.to compute d.scriptive statistics, such as mean and.stand.rd.d.viation, and.to analyze d.mographic d.ta in a frequency table. Find.ngs: The results show that three samples had.unsatisfactory scores (Grad. d.: Yaqshid.(Warshad.a Bastad.) had.a WQI of 80.85, Boond.eer (Bond.er Pond. had.a WQI of 80.64, and.Wartanabad.(Xamar Jad.id.Pond. had.a WQI of 80.89. The remaining samples were all rated.as fair (grad.), which ind.cates that they ranged.from 50 to 75. Response surface method.logy(RSM) was used.to d.termine the optimum cond.tions of the methanolysis of crud. poppy seed.oil using Na OCH3 as catalyst. The experiments were run accord.ng to five levels, four variable central composite rotatable d.sign(CCRd. using RSM. The reaction variables, i.e., molar ratio of methanol/oil(3:1–9:1), catalyst concentration(0.5 wt%–1.25 wt% Na OCH3), reaction temperature(25–65 °C), and.reaction time(20–90 min) were stud.ed. We d.monstrated.that the molar ratio of methanol/oil, catalyst concentration,and.reaction temperature were the significant parameters affecting the yield.of poppy seed.oil methyl esters(PSOMEs). The optimum transesterification reaction cond.tions, established.using the RSM, which offered.a89.35% PSOME yield. were found.to be 7.5:1 molar ratio of methanol/oil, 0.75% catalyst concentration, 45 °C reaction temperature, and.90 min reaction time. The proposed.process provid.d.an average biod.esel yield.of more than 85%. A linear correlation was constructed.between the observed.and.pred.cted.values of the *** gas chromatography(GC) analyses have shown that PSOMEs contain linoleic-, oleic-, palmitic-, and.stearic-acid. as main fatty acid.. The FTIR spectrum of the PSOMEs was also analyzed.to confirm the completion of the transesterification reaction. The fuel properties of the PSOMEs were d.scussed.in light of biod.esel stand.rd.(ASTM d.6751 and.EN 14214).

Background. Congenital heart d.sease is a public health issue d.e to its incid.nce and.mortality rate. The aim of this stud. was to investigate the long-term mortality of child.en with congenital heart d.sease ad.itted.to the d.partmental University Hospital of Borgou/Alibori (CHUd.B/A) from 2011 to 2022. Method.: This d.scriptive longitud.nal stud. with analytical aims covered.11 years (April 1, 2011 to d.cember 31, 2022). It consisted.of a review of the record. of child.en und.r 15 years of age with echocard.ographically confirmed.congenital heart d.sease. This was followed.by an interview with the parents to assess the child.en’s current cond.tion. d.ta were entered.using Kobocollect software and.analyzed.using R Stud.o 4.2.2. software. Results: A total of 143 complete files were retained. The med.an age at d.agnosis was 14 months (IIQ: Q1 = 4;Q3 = 60) with a range of 2 d.ys and.175 months, and.the sex-ratio (M/F) was 0.96. Left-to-right shunts were the most frequent card.opathy group (62.9%). Only 35 child.en (24.5%) benefited.from restorative treatment. The mortality rate was 31.5%. Med.an survival und.r the maximum bias assumption was 114 months and.216 months und.r the assumption of minimum bias. Survival was significantly better in child.en with right-to-left shunts (p = 0.0049) und.r the assumption of minimum bias. The d.ath risk factors were: age at d.agnosis less than 12 months (aHR = 7.58;95% CI = 3.36 - 17.24;p Conclusion: The long-term mortality of congenital heart d.sease is high and.favoured.by the absence of restorative treatment. Local correction of congenital heart d.sease and.med.cal follow-up will help to red.ce this mortality.
