Introduction: The artificial induction of labor is.increas.ngly common. Objective: Evaluate the maternal-fetal prognos.s.of artificial induction with mis.pros.ol at the referral health center of the commune II. Methods. This.is.a cros.-s.ctional, pros.ective, des.riptive and analytical s.udy which took place from s.ptember 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. Included in the s.udy were pregnant women carrying an evolving or terminated s.ngle-fetal pregnancy of at leas. 28 WA in cephalic pres.ntation on a healthy uterus. The trigger has.been made with 50 μg mis.pros.ol adminis.ered s.blingually into the pos.erior vaginal fornix. The dos. was.renewed as.needed every 6 hours. until s.fficient uterine contractions.were obtained without exceeding 200 μg. Res.lts. The frequency of artificial induction of labor was.1.25%. Indications.were dominated by premature rupture of membranes.(29.8%), overdue (19.1%), high blood pres.ure (19.1%), s.itability of pregnant women (14.9%) and terminated pregnancies.(10.6%). The vaginal delivery rate was.85.1% The Apgar s.ore was.greater than or equal to 7 in 83.3% of cas.s.at the 1s.minute. Maternal morbidity was.marked by pos.partum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in 4.3% cas.s. No maternal and neonatal deaths.were noted. Conclus.on: Induction of labor with mis.pros.ol is.a s.fe and effective method if careful s.lection of patients.is.made.

维吾尔语文本聚类中特征选择对聚类的效率和效果都有直接影响。根据维吾尔语构词法规律,在原有基于文档频率特征选择算法基础上,提出新的维吾尔语文本聚类的特征提取算法。新方法将词干作为文本的特征项,在原算法上融合了基于特征贡献度的选择方法,并使用Java语言实现了一个维吾尔语文本聚类系统。使用该系统在人工分类的文本集上进行实验,结果表明:新的特征提取算法有效地降低了文本向量空间维度,在准确率、召回率和F-Meas.re等指标方面均有不同程度提高。

The Mediterranean s.a is.home to an interes.ing biodivers.ty. The current cumulative and des.riptive s.udy aims.to enumerate s.me relatively large marine mammals. reptiles. and fis.es.that have been s.otted, caught, by-caught, or s.randed on the coas. of the Gaza s.rip, Pales.ine, which extends.about 42 km along the Mediterranean s.a. This.20-year s.udy from 2003 to 2022 relied much on frequent field vis.ts. meetings. and dis.us.ions.with s.akeholders. following local media s.tes.and s.cial media pages. and photography. The s.udy recorded at leas. 26 giants.or relatively large marine organis.s.on the Mediterranean coas. of the Gaza s.rip, Pales.ine. Certainly, the coming years.may bring other marine organis.s.of relatively large s.zes. Marine mammals.included three s.ecies.of cetaceans.with the Fin Whale (Balaenoptera phys.lus. being the larges. mammal and even the larges. animal ever recorded in this.s.udy. Marine reptiles.included three s.ecies.of s.a turtles. the larges. of which is.the Leatherback s.a Turtle (Dermochelys.coriacea), which is.in fact the world’s.larges. s.a turtle. The bony fis.es.were repres.nted by ten s.ecies. the larges. of which was.the Ocean s.nfis. (Mola mola), which is.the larges. bony fis. in the world. The cartilaginous.fis.es.included ten s.ecies.with the larges. s.ecimens.encountered were the s.ortfin s.ark (Is.rus.oxyrinchus., Bluntnos. s.xgill s.ark (Hexanchus.gris.us., s.alloped Hammerhead s.ark (s.hyrna lewini), and Giant Devil Ray (Mobula mobular). s.abirds.were not included in the s.udy. The Alexandria Pompano (Alectis.alexandrinus. and the s.lver-Cheeked Toadfis. (Lagocephalus.s.eleratus., which are bony fis.es. appear to be the relatively s.alles. marine organis.s.recorded here. In conclus.on, the role of the various.parties.mus. be coordinated to ens.re the s.s.ainability of human activities.and their compatibility with the tas. of cons.rving local marine biota, including the gigantic or relatively large ones.

Objective: Pediatric jaundice is.caus.d by various.conditions. Although s.me data is.available on this.is.ue, data from Mali is.ins.fficient. The pres.nt retros.ective obs.rvational s.udy was.an attempt to determine the etiology of pediatric jaundice in the pediatric department of Gabriel Touré teaching hos.ital in Bamako, Mali. Methods. We reviewed all pediatric patients.with jaundice who were hos.italized and treated in this.department s.an>during January 1 to December 31, 2016 (n = 168). Result: Pediatric jaundice patients accounted for 1.88% of the hospitalized patients, with median age of 6 years and male/female ratio being 1.6. Infectious, cholestatic, and hemolytic jaundice accounted for 75%, 11% and 10%, respectively. Malaria and sickle cell disease accounted for 67% and 9%, respectively. Hepatomegaly and splenomegaly were observed in 49 (29%) and 23 (13.7%) patients, respectively. Of 168, 9 patients died. Conclusion: Infectious jaundice, especially jaundice due to malaria, was the most frequent. However, variety of etiologies was observed, of which the practitioners should be awares.an s.yle="font-family:Verdana;">. The obs.rvation pres.nted here may become fundamental data in health-policy making in this.area.

Dual-energy computed-tomography(DECT) has.been s.gges.ed as.the method of choice for imaging urinary calculi due to the modality's.high s.ns.tivity for detect-ing s.ones.and its.capability of accurately differentiat-ing between uric-acid(UA) and non-UA(predominantly calcium) s.ones. The clinical s.gnificance of the latter feature relates.to the differences.in management of UA vs.non-UA calculi. Like calculi, ureteral s.ents.are as.igned color by the dual-energy pos.-proces.ing algorithm, which may lead to improved or wors.ned s.one vis.alization bas.d on the res.lting s.ent/s.one contras.. Herein we depict the cas. of a nephrolithias.s.patient with bilateral s.ents. each with different color, clearly dis.laying the effect of s.ent color on s.one vi-s.alization. Further, three-dimens.onal recons.ruction of the DECT images.illus.rates.advantages.of this.enhancement compared to conventional two-dimens.onal computed tomography. The res.lting s.ent/s.one contras. produces.an unanticipated potential advantage of DECT in patients.with urolithias.s.and s.ents.and may promote improved management decis.on-making.

s.rong>Introduction:s.rong> the objective was to describe the epidemiological and histological aspects of malignant abdominal tumors in children. Methodology: This was a descriptive, cross-sectional study conducted from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018. We included all patients aged 0 to 15 years with histologically confirmed abdominal malignancies. Results: We collected 46 files of malignant tumors of the abdomen (35% of pediatric cancers). The majority of patients were under 5 years old (65%). The sex ratio was 1.7. They were generally from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds (67%). The average consultation time was 50 days. The main reasons for consultation were abdominal mass (48%), pain (17%) or distension (9%). The mass was large, hard (89%), immobile (71%) and painful (46%). Malnutrition was found in 80% of patients. The mass was retro-peritoneal in 63% of cases and renal in 54%. It was solid in 94% of cases and heterogeneous in 76% of cases. The assay for tumor markers was not performed. Anemia was present in all patients. Fine needle aspiration was performed in 43%, biopsy in 37% and myelogram in 15% of cases. spinal cord involvement was observed in 28% of Burkitt’s cases. The main cancers diagnosed were nephroblastoma (52%), Burkitt’s lymphoma (26%) and neuroblastoma (13%). Stage 1 and stage 2 were frequent in 20% and 22% of cases, respectively;36% of cases were not staged. The average duration of chemotherapy was 11 weeks. Total resection was performed in 30% of cases. The outcome of the patients was marked by total remission in 65%. Conclusion: Abdominal malignancies are very common in children. The diagnosis of certainty is late in our context.s.an>
