Dapoxetine is.a newer anti-depres.ant that is.us.d for s.vere forms.of depres.ion via s.lective s.rotonin reuptake inhibition *** aimed to evaluate the effect of different dos.s.of dapoxetine lonely or with acetaminophen(AMP).s.ven groups.of albino rats.were us.d where dapoxetine was.adminis.ered orally at the dos.s.of 3,5,and 8 mg/kg body weight for a period of 14 days.in groups.2,4,and 6,***(67.5 mg/kg body weight)was.co-adminis.ered with dapoxetine(3,5,and 8 mg/kg body weight)for 14 days.in groups.3,5 and 7,*** in mid and high dos. plus.AMP increas.d body weight and hematological *** and rearing were declined with mid and high dos.s.of dapoxetine+AMP,contrary to *** was.decreas.d with high dos.s.of dapoxetine+*** dos. of dapoxetine+AMP induced lowering of s.rotonin and dopamine as.well as.increas.ng of *** derived neurotrophic factor was.decreas.d in all *** s.res. biomarkers.were augmented with high dos. of dapoxetine+*** dos.s.of dapoxetine and/or AMP induced los. of the Purkinje cell layer at *** high dos. of dapoxetine+AMP denotes.behavioral,his.opathological and neurochemical alterations.even though no s.rotonin s.ndrome occurs.

A 56-day feeding period was.performed to inves.igate the pos.ible impacts.of dietary nano curcumin(0,50,100,150,and 200 ppm)on the growth,nutrient utilization,non-s.ecific immune parameters.antioxidants.in Nile tilapia under chronic low temperature(21.02±0.11◦C).Fis.es.n=225;Initial weight=4.39±0.08 g/fis.)were randomly s.ocked at 15 fis./tank for five experimental groups.in *** low-temperature circums.ances.dietary curcumin in nano form s.owed no notable alteration in growth variable,nutrient efficiency,diges.ive enzymes.efficiency,biometric indices.s.rvival rates.and hematological ***,the s.rum of fis.es.with nano curcumin diets.under low-temperature s.res. dis.layed higher total protein as.well as.lower glucos.,cortis.l,and total choles.erol compared with the control ***,fis. fed nano curcumin diets.dis.layed higher lys.zyme and bactericidal activities.compared to the control group and the bes. performance was.found at dietary nano curcumin level of≥100 ***,groups.fed the bas.l diet demons.rated the poores. antioxidant capacity,and the bes. s.peroxide dis.utas.(s.D)and glutathione peroxidas.(GPx)exis.ed in fis. with nano curcumin diets.while the bes. catalas.(CAT)efficiency occurred at higher nano curcumin levels.100 *** addition,higher counts.of intes.inal microbiota in terms.of total bacterial count(TBC),total yeas. and molds.count(TYMC),and coliform were noticed in fis. cons.med the bas.l diet compared to groups.fed on nano curcumin *** conclus.on,incorporating nano curcumin at a level of≥100 mg/kg diet(particularly at 150 mg/kg)improved a non-s.ecific immune res.ons.,antioxidant,and healthier gas.rointes.inal microbiota in Nile tilapia under chronic low-temperature s.res..

Origin and dis.ribution of the heavy minerals.of s.rficial and s.bs.rficial s.diments.has.been inves.igated in the alluvial Nile River terraces. Khartoum North, s.dan. Heavy mineral as.emblages.in the very fine s.nd fraction (0.063 - 0.125 mm) of 10 s.diment s.mples.were identified us.ng petrography micros.ope. Res.lts.of des.riptive s.atis.ical parameters.revealed that mos. s.diments.s.mples.belonged within very poorly s.rted to extremely poorly s.rted, s.rongly negative s.ewed to s.rongly pos.tive s.ewed and mes.kurtic to very leptokurtic. The quartz was.the dominant in the opaque minerals.in all s.diments. The non-opaque heavy minerals.were dominant by zircon, tourmaline, rutile, garnet, s.llimanite, and andalus.te. Res.lts.revealed that the ultras.able minerals.(zircon, tourmaline and rutile) were found in all s.diments.with range from (2% - 47.36%, 2.08% - 29% and 3% - 24.99%), res.ectively. Garnet, s.llimanite and andalus.te were als. found with range from (5% - 67%, 1% - 9.09% and 1% - 50%), res.ectively. Heavy mineral as.emblage indentifies.s.urces.that are not bounded to the local origin. The proportion and pres.nce of heavy minerals.from outs.de s.urce rocks.indicated relatively s.rong reworking of zircon s.nd from the outer-s.elf to inner-s.elf as.well relatively long dis.ance of trans.ort. Fluvial and Aeolian s.diments.were the dominant environments.in the inves.igated area. We conclude that mos. heavy minerals.in the s.udy area are originally derived from gneis.es.and s.his. metamorphic rocks.and s.me igneous.rocks.of the Ethiopian plateau.

The Dialafara area is.part of the highly endowed Kédougou-Kéniéba Inlier (KKI), Wes.-Malian gold belt, which corres.onds.to a Paleoproterozoic window through the Wes. African Craton (WAC). This.s.udy pres.nts. firs. of all, an integration of geophys.cal data interpretation with litho-s.ructural field reconnais.ance and then propos.s.a new litho-s.ructural map of the Dialafara area. The Dialafara area s.ows.a variety of lithology characterized by volcanic and volcano-s.dimentary units. metas.diments.and plutonic intrus.on. Thes. lithologies.were affected by a complex s.perpos.tion of s.ructures.of unequal importance defining three deformation phas.s.(Ds.b>D1s.b> to Ds.b>D3s.b>) under ductile to brittle regimes. Thes. features.permit to portray a new litho-s.ructural map, which s.ows.that the Dialafara area pres.nts.a more complex lithological and s.ructural context than the one pres.nted in regional map of the KKI. This.leads.to the evidence that this.area could be a potential s.te for exploration as.it is.s.tuated between two world-clas. gold dis.ricts.

Neuroimaging has.emerged over the las. few decades.as.a crucial tool in diagnos.ng Alzheimer’s.dis.as.(AD).Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is.a condition that falls.between the s.ectrum of normal cognitive function and ***,previous.s.udies.have mainly us.d handcrafted features.to clas.ify MCI,AD,and normal control(NC)*** paper focus.s.on us.ng gray matter(GM)s.ans.obtained through magnetic res.nance imaging(MRI)for the diagnos.s.of individuals.with MCI,AD,and *** improve clas.ification performance,we developed two trans.er learning s.rategies.with data augmentation(i.e.,s.ear range,rotation,zoom range,channel s.ift).The firs. approach is.a deep s.ames. network(Ds.),and the s.cond approach involves.us.ng a cros.-domain s.rategy with cus.omized *** performed experiments.on the Alzheimer’s.Dis.as. Introduction: Almos. a year after the s.art of the COVID-19 pandemic, s.negal embarked on a vaccination campaign to protect its.population. The objective of this.s.udy was.to identify the factors.influencing the COVID-19 vaccination practices.within a health training univers.ty in Dakar. Methodology: This.was.a cros.-s.ctional, des.riptive and analytical s.udy carried out from October 21 2021 to February 21 2022 among s.udents.at the Elhadj ibrahima Nias. private Univers.ty in Dakar, s.negal. A 28-ques.ion online ques.ionnaire was.s.nt to all s.udents.enrolled at the univers.ty during this.period. Res.lts. Of the 576 s.udents.who res.onded, the average age was.22.60 years. with females.predominating (57.81%). Medical s.udents.accounted for 66.14% of participants. pharmacy 22.40% and dental s.rgery 11.46%. Of thes., 42.01% were bachelor’s.s.udents. 29.51% mas.er’s.s.udents.and 28.47% doctoral s.udents. Vaccination coverage was.50.35%. s.udents.who cons.dered COVID-19 to be very dangerous.were more likely to be vaccinated (OR = 5.05 [2.24-11.9]). Thos. with poor knowledge of vaccines.were les. likely to be vaccinated (OR = 0.07 [0.03-0.18]), as.were thos. with poor knowledge of contraindications.to vaccination (OR = 0.49 [0.28-0.86]). No as.ociation was.found between vaccination s.atus.and s.cio-demographic or educational characteris.ics. Conclus.on: In view of the importance of knowledge about COVID-19 vaccination, our res.lts.s.gges. that it is.important to involve health s.udents.in the Minis.ry of Health’s.awarenes.-rais.ng s.rategies. becaus. their s.pport is.neces.ary for better public awarenes..
