To evaluate and optimise insulation coordination concepts for state of the art high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission systems,appropriate test voltage shapes are required for laboratory imitation of occurring *** especially transient voltages in the monopolar modular multilevel converter(mmC)-HVDC links show an extensive deviation from commonly applied switching impulse shapes,this study focusses on the analysis of over-voltages subsequent to direct current pole to ground ***,novel methods for synthetic laboratory test voltage generation are *** on simulated transients occurring during fault scenarios in different symmetrical monopolar±320 kV mmC-HVDC schemes,curve fitting,and related analysis techniques are used in order to compare simulated over-voltages with standard test voltage ***,these techniques further allow the identification of novel relevant impulse ***,design considerations for the generation of non-standard impulses based on single-stage circuits are derived and *** synthetically generated voltages may,later on,provide the basis for future investigations on related dielectric effects caused by those non-normative over-voltages.

BACKGROUND Nutrition is one of the fundamental needs of both patient and non-patient *** trends promote enteral feeding as a superior route,with the most common enteral access being the percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG)as the first-line procedure,with surgical access including Witzel gastrostomy,Stamm Gastrostomy,Janeway gastrostomy(JG)as secondary *** To describe cases and technique of laparoscopic Janeway gastrostomy(LJG)and perform a systematic review of the *** We successfully performed two LJG procedures,after which we conducted a literature review of all documented cases of LJG from 1991 to *** surveyed these cases to show the efficacy of LJG and provide comparisons to other existing procedures with primary outcomes of operative time,complications,duration of gastrostomy use,and application *** data were then extracted and assessed on the basis of the Reference Citation Analysis(https://***/).RESULTS We presented two cases of LJG,detailing the simplicity and benefits of this *** subsequently identified 26 articles and 56 cases of LJG and extrapolated the data relating to our outcome *** could show the potential of LJG as a viable and preferred option in certain patient populations requiring enteral access,drawing reference to its favorable outcome profile and low complication *** The LJG is a simple,reproducible procedure with a favorable complication *** its technical ease and benefits relating to the gastric tube formed,we propose this procedure as a viable,favorable enteral access in patients with the need for permanent or palliative gastrostomy,those with neurologic disease,agitation or at high risk of gastrostomy dislodgement,or where PEG may be infeasible.

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the newly-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low-lying 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

小学数学教师有关学生错误的知识的评价模型为包含内容与认知维度的二维结构.其中,认知维度包括“预测学生错误”“运用数学和课程相关知识识别和描述某个特定数学主题的错误”“分析与阐释学生错误的原因”“处理与纠正学生错误的策略”4个分维度,内容维度以《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》为确立依据,依据模型开发测试工具,通过对来自东、中、西部地区8个省市701名小学数学教师的实测数据进行验证.结果表明:评价模型具有良好的信效度;小学数学教师有关学生错误的知识的整体表现不佳;在认知与内容分维度上表现迥异.

The brassinosteroid （BR） receptor, BR insensitive 1 （BRI1）, plays a critical role in plant development, but whether BRI1-mediated BR signaling is involved in plant defense responses to herbivores was largely unknown. Here, we examined the function of BRI1 in the resistance of Nicotiana attenuata （Solanaceae） to its specialist insect herbivore manduca sexta. Jasmonic acid （JA） and JA-isoleucine conjugate （JA-Ile） are important hormones that mediate resistance to herbivores and we found that after wounding or simulated herbivory NaBRI1 had little effect on JA levels, but was important for the induction of JA-Ile. Further experiments revealed that decreased JAR （the enzyme for JA-Ile production） activity and availability of Ile in NaBRI1-silenced plants were likely responsible for the low JA-Ile levels. Consistently, m. sexta larvae gained more weight on NaBRI1-silenced plants than on the control plants. Quantification of insect feeding-induced secondary metabolites revealed that silencing NaBRI1 resulted in decreased levels of carbon-rich defensive secondary metabolites （hydroxygeranyllinalool diterpene glycosides, chlorogenic acid, and rutin）, but had little effect on the nitrogen-rich ones （nicotine and trypsin proteinase inhibitors）. Thus, NaBRI1-mediated BR signaling is likely involved in plant defense responses to m. sexta, including maintaining JA-Ile levels and the accumulation of several carbon-rich defensive secondary metabolites.

Intermetallics for structural applications at high temperatures must show a sufficient high temperature strength which is controlled by creep processes. In the first section the creep behaviour of single-phase intermetallic alloys is overviewed with respect to stress and temperature dependence and effects of composition and microstructure. It is shown in particular that creep deformation is controlled by diffusion. The second section refers to multiphase intermetallic alloys, and both particulate and non-particulate alloys are regarded. Data are presented for single-phase and multiphase alloys based on B2 phases and lesscommon phases and the consequences of diffusion control for alloy design are discussed.

Dear Editor,The atypical chemokine receptor ACKR3 has recently been reported to act as an opioid scavenger with unique negative regulatory properties towards different families of opioid ***,we show that conolidine,a natural analgesic alkaloid used in traditional Chinese medicine,targets ACKR3,thereby providing additional proof of a correlation between ACKR3 and pain modulation and opening alternative therapeutic avenues for the treatment of chronic pain.
