in this article,an analytical method is proposed to analyze of the linear buckling behavior of the FG porous truncated conical shells subjected to a uniform axial compressive load and resting on the Pasternak elastic *** material properties including Young’s modulus,shear modulus and density are assumed to vary in the thickness *** types of FG porous distributions including symmetric porosity distribution,non-symmetric porosity and uniform porosity distribution are *** governing equations of the FG porous truncated conical shells are obtained by using the first-order shear deformation theory(FsDT).With the help of the Galerkin method,the expressions for critical buckling loads are obtained in closed *** reliability of the obtained results is verified by comparing the present solutions with the published ***,the numerical results show the effects of shell characteristics,porosity distribution,porosity coefficient,and elastic foundation on the critical buckling load.

“路书”是传统藏文历史典籍的分类体裁之一,与丝绸之路密切相关,其主要记述了中国西藏与周边民族及其相关国家的政治社会、历史地理、民俗文化等。文章以“路书”的典范之作《邬坚巴传》为个案,详细梳理了十三世纪西藏学者邬坚巴三次赴南亚的路线、所见所闻及对“他者”文化的思考,并就赴中原会见元朝皇帝忽必烈的情况也进行了论述。提出“路书”对于研究丝绸之路沿线历史文化、中国西藏与南亚地区的文化交流、中国边疆历史地理等方面重要的学术价值。

Aim:Lung metastasis is a leading cause of death in patients with osteosarcoma(Os).No effective therapy exists that improves the five-year overall survival rate of Os patients with ***,finding novel therapeutic targets will help develop new treatment strategies for Os patients with lung ***:Based on analysis of gene expression profiles between sublines of the Dunn Os LM8 cell line with high(LM8-H)and low(LM8-L)metastatic ability,we have identified Wnt signal-related genes that play an important role in lung metastasis of *** of the genes was investigated by establishing sublines of gene knockout and assessing their metastatic ability using a mouse lung metastasis *** molecular mechanism underlying the function of the genes was further investigated by in vitro ***:We have identified that receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2(ROR2),a receptor of the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway,was involved in Os cell survival in lung capillaries during ***8-H knocked out of Ror2(H/Ror2-KO)significantly reduced lung metastasis by decreasing the viability in lung capillaries 48 h after intravenous *** vitro study revealed that ROR2 increased anoikis resistance through AKT *** of ROR2 expression in H/Ror2-KO cells restored their metastatic ability and viability in lung ***:The results demonstrate a novel ROR2 function in Os lung metastasis and may inform new treatment strategies for Os patients.

藏传佛教觉囊派高僧笃补巴·西饶坚赞在其名著《山法了义海论》“果”篇章的最后部分中,以《大般涅槃经》《大法鼓经》《金光明最胜王经》及《慈氏五论》《龙树六论》等印度佛教经论为依据,阐释佛之法、报、化三身的理论内涵及其在藏传佛教语境下的实践、教化功能。在此基础上,对如来藏佛性论中的转依理论、中道观中的般若无知理念等作了深入阐释,并由此呈现了所谓解脱成佛的理想境界。这对大乘如来藏之精义与般若中观之微旨,有综合圆融之妙,可谓中国佛教史上承前启后、卓然独树的一家之论。笔者认为,用现代学术的观点考察,笃补巴的这些论述虽然充满着信仰主义乃至神秘主义色彩,但他这种考镜源流、显微阐幽的为学态度是值得肯定的。对《山法了义海》所引佛教经论之藏、汉译文进行比较,并就其关涉义理进行研究,可知汉传、藏传佛教之交流交融;也可见中国佛教既出处有源,又自出己意,佛教的中国化就是佛教的见修行与经律论在中国的自然与人文环境中形成的新的、不同的表达方式。

文章介绍一份新近发现的吐蕃《铁券文书》,并对其进行了尝试性翻译与解读。《铁券文书》共124行,内容前半部分与吐蕃史有关,涉及一些鲜为人知的历史人物和事件;后半部分涉及该家族的后人及其丧葬制度等。根据这份《铁券文书》的内容,吐蕃赞普赤松德赞曾为古格部大臣结辛•赤旺觉布支拉克家族授予一份敕文,原因是他和他的先祖自赞普先祖达乌聂斯(达日聂斯)以来对历代赞普王室忠贞不二,且有功于赞普及王室。此“铁券”应是吐蕃解体后该家族所获《铁券文书》,其中抄录了原有敕文的部分内容,涉及家族历史人物、吐蕃历史事件等,可与其他史料相佐证,是重要的吐蕃历史文献。

BackgroundThe COViD-19 pandemic posed a danger to global public health because of the unprecedented physical,mental,social,and environmental impact affecting quality of life(QoL).The study aimed to find the changes in QoL among COViD-19 recovered individuals and explore the determinants of change more than 1 year after recovery in low-resource ***-19 patients from all eight divisions of Bangladesh who were confirmed positive by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction from June 2020 to November 2020 and who subsequently recovered were followed up twice,once immediately after recovery and again 1 year after the first *** follow-up study was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022 among 2438 individuals using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF).After excluding 48 deaths,95 were rejected to participate,618 were inaccessible,and there were 45 cases of incomplete *** statistics,paired-sample analyses,generalized estimating equation(GEE)analysis,and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to test the mean difference in participants’QoL scores between the two *** participants(n=1710,70.1%)were male,and one-fourth(24.4%)were older than *** average physical domain score decreased significantly from baseline to follow-up,and the average scores in psychological,social,and environmental domains increased significantly at follow-up(Pion approach,after adjusting for other factors,we found that older age groups(Ping female(Ping hospital admission during COViD-19 illness(Ping three or more chronic diseases(Psignificantly associated with lower physical and psychological QoL *** age and female sex[adjusted odd ratio(aOR)=1.3,95%confidence interval(Ci)1.0–1.6]were associated with reduced social domain scores on multivariable logistic regression *** or semi-urban peo

Wireless sensor Network(WsN)comprises a massive number of arbitrarily placed sensor nodes that are linked wirelessly to monitor the physical parameters from the target *** the nodes in WsN operate on inbuilt batteries,the energy depletion occurs after certain rounds of operation and thereby results in reduced network *** enhance energy efficiency and network longevity,clustering and routing techniques are commonly employed in *** paper presents a novel black widow optimization(BWO)with improved ant colony optimization(iACO)algorithm(BWO-iACO)for cluster based routing in *** proposed BWO-iACO algorithm involves BWO based clustering process to elect an optimal set of cluster heads(CHs).The BWO algorithm derives a fitness function(FF)using five input parameters like residual energy(RE),inter-cluster distance,intra-cluster distance,node degree(ND),and node *** addition,iACO based routing process is involved for route selection in inter-cluster *** iACO algorithm incorporates the concepts of traditional ACO algorithm with krill herd algorithm(kha).The iACO algorithm utilizes the energy factor to elect an optimal set of routes to Bs in the *** integration of BWO based clustering and iACO based routing techniques considerably helps to improve energy efficiency and network *** presented BWO-iACO algorithm has been simulated using MATLAB and the results are examined under varying aspects.A wide range of comparative analysis makes sure the betterment of the BWO-iACO algorithm over all the other compared techniques.

The research was first to perform the utilization of novel and cheap pectin crude extract from Krung kha Mao leaves （Cissampelos pareira L.） to immobilize cells of Lactobacillus casei subsp, rhamnosus TisTR 108 and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp, bulgaricus TisTR 1339 for lactic acid production, the optimum condition of immobilized cells was produced significantly at 5% of probability, that the highest lactic acid has been 38.50 and 33.66 g/L in steady state of whey medium for 96 and 108 h, respectively. Both strains were immobilized by 4% （w/w） of pectin crude extract from Krung kha Mao （KKM pectin） leaves, 1.52 mm inner diameters of silicone tube and 5% （v/v） inoculum for immobilization. Efficiency of lactic acid production was compared by immobilized cells ofL. casei subsp, rhamnosus TisTR 108 when KKM pectin, commercial citrus pectin, commercial apple pectin and sodium alginate were used as supporting materials to produce lactic acid 38.50, 38.76, 30.43 and 34.56 g/L, respectively, the productivity of lactic acid has been 0.40, 0.40, 0.36 and 0.36 g/L h, respectively.

本文对NR与BR橡胶之间的粘合,用不同配方组成和一种经改进的剥离试验法进行了研究。胶料配方有三种硫化体系,用炭黑(N220及N660)和白炭黑(加或不加偶联剂)作为填充剂。橡胶粘合强度的顺序为 NR-NR>BR-BR>NR-BR。在 NR与BR间,其交联体系用s、MBTs及TMTD时,能最有效地增进其界面间的粘合,加入填充剂于NR-BR配方中。所改进的粘合强度优于BR-BR。在这类体系的研究中,配方内如用白炭黑和偶联剂则显示出最高的粘合强度。再者,粘合强度与较弱被粘物的定伸强度、拉伸强度和伸长率相关联。
