This work presents the development of hierarchical niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))-based composite nanofiber membranes for integrated adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB)pollutants from aqueous *** Nb_(2)O_(5) nanorods were vertically grown using a hydrothermal process on a base electrospun nanofibrous membrane made of polyacrylonitrile/polyvinylidene fluoride/ammonium niobate(V)oxalate hydrate(Nb_(2)O_(5)@PAN/PVDF/ANO).They were characterized using field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,and Fourier transform infrared(FTiR)*** composite nanofibers possessed a narrow optical bandgap energy of 3.31 eV and demonstrated an MB degradation efficiency of 96%after 480 min contact *** pseudo-first-order kinetic study was also conducted,in which Nb_(2)O_(5)@PAN/PVDF/ANO nanofibers have kinetic constant values of 1.29×10^(-2) min^(-1) and 0.30×10^(-2) min^(-1) for adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of MB aqueous solutions,*** values are 17.7 and 7.8 times greater than those of PAN/PVDF/ANO nanofibers without Nb_(2)O_(5) *** their outstanding photocatalytic performance,the developed membrane materials exhibit advantageous characteristics in recycling,which subsequently widen their practical use in environmental remediation applications.

The objective of this study was to assess the regulatory framework for health data in indonesia in order to understand the policy context and explore the possibility of expanding the adoption and implementation of the FAiR Guidelines,which state that data should be Findable,Accessible,interoperable and Reusable(FAiR),in *** the FAiR Guidelines were not explicitly mentioned in any of the policy documents relevant to the indonesian digital health sector,six out of the eight documents analysed contained FAiR Equivalent *** particular,indonesia’s Population identification Number(NiK)has the potential,as a unique identifier,to support the integration and interoperability(findability)of data,which is crucial to all other aspects of the FAiR *** is also a plan to build standards and protocols into the implementation of information systems in each ministry and government agency to improve data accessibility(accessibility),the integration of the various information systems is planned/ongoing(interoperability),and the need for a standardised arrangement for health information systems related to health data following the community standard is recognised(reusability).The documents at the core of indonesia’s digital health/e Health policy have the highest FAiR Equivalency Score(FE-Score),showing some degree of alignment between the indonesian digital health implementation vision and the FAiR *** indicates that indonesia’s digital health sector is open to using the FAiR Guidelines.

BACKGROUND Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common cause of pain and disability,predominantly affecting the *** current management of knee OA falls short of completely stopping disease progression,particularly in Kellgren-Lawrence(KL)grade 3 and 4 knee *** such,joint replacement is often recommended,although only 15%-33%of candidates accept *** therapeutic options are still needed to prevent the progression of joint damage and delay the need for knee *** To investigate the effect of adjunctive platelet rich plasma(PRP)and hyaluronic acid(HA)after arthroscopic debridement in KL grade 3 and 4 knee *** This retrospective cohort study used the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score and WOMAC sub-scores(pain,stiffness,and function)to assess 21 patients,grouped according to medical record data of treatment received:Arthroscopic debridement(n=7);arthroscopic debridement with PRP(n=7);or arthroscopic debridement with HA(n=7).WOMAC scores and sub-scores at baseline and at 3 mo and 5 mo posttreatment were *** three-group data were statistically analyzed using the tests of paired t,one-way analysis of variance,and post hoc least significant *** All three treatment groups showed significant improvements in WOMAC score and sub-scores from before treatment to 3 mo and 5 mo after ***,the arthroscopic debridement with PRP treatment group,in particular,showed a significantly lower WOMAC pain score than the group who received arthroscopic debridement alone at 5 mo after the procedure(P=0.03).CONCLUSiON Compared to arthroscopic debridement alone,adjunctive PRP after arthroscopic debridement significantly lessened the patients’pain symptom.

Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate health-promoting behaviors among hypertensive patients with and without ***:A cross-sectional study using multistage cluster sampling in indonesia was *** health-promoting behaviors were assessed using Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile 2 and analyzed using independent t-test,point-biserial correlation,and logistic ***:A total of 116 participants joined this *** score of health-promoting behaviors in adults with and without hypertension was 2.90 and 2.79,*** patients with comorbidities had significantly higher results than those without comorbidities,with the following results for the considered subscales:total score(t=-2.00,P=0.047);health responsibility(t=-3.46,P=0.001);and nutrition(t=-2.82,P=0.006).Positive correlations were found between health responsibility(r_(pb)=0.260,Pition(r_(pb)=0.255,Ping behaviors(r_(pb)=0.185,Pisting *** gender indicated a significant outcome for the existing comorbidity in hypertensive patients(odds ratio=4.314,P=0.027,95%confidence interval=1.185-15.706).Conclusions:Hypertensive patients with comorbidities showed higher engagement in health-promoting behaviors and the male gender was a significant predictor for existing comorbidity among patients with hypertension.
