i.enti.i.ati.n of carri.rs of fragi.e X syndrome(FXS) wi.h the subsequent prenatal di.gnosi. and knowledge of FXS-associ.ted geneti. profi.es are essenti.l for i.terventi.n i. speci.i. populati.ns. We report the results of carri.r screeni.g of 39,458 East Asi.n adult women and prenatal di.gnosi. from 87 FXS *** prevalence of FXS carri.rs and full mutati.n fetuses was esti.ated to be 1/581 and 1/3124 i. East Asi.n populati.ns, respecti.ely. We confi.med the vali.i.y of the current threshold of CGG tri.ucleoti.e repeats for FMR1 categori.ati.n;the i.tegral ri.ks of full mutati.n expansi.n were approxi.ately 6.0%,43.8%, and 100% for premutati.n alleles wi.h 55—74, 75—89, and ≥ 90 CGG repeats, respecti.ely. The protecti.e effect of AGG(adeni.e-guani.e-guani.e nucleoti.es) i.terrupti.n i. East Asi.n populati.ns was vali.ated, whi.h i. i.portant i. protecti.g premutati.n alleles wi.h 75—89 CGG repeats from full mutati.n expansi.n. Fi.ally, fami.y hi.tory was shown not an effecti.e i.di.ator for FXS carri.r screeni.g i. East Asi.n populati.ns, and populati.n-based screeni.g was more cost-effecti.e. Thi. study provi.es an i.si.ht i.to the largest carri.r screeni.g and prenatal di.gnosi. for FXS i. East Asi.n populati.ns to date. The FXSassoci.ted geneti. profi.es of East Asi.n populati.ns are deli.eated, and populati.n-based carri.r screeni.g i. shown to be promi.i.g for FXS i.terventi.n.

Aromati. and medi.i.al plant speci.s havi.g small seeds haveﬁeld emergence problems due to low nutri.nt ***,Pi.pi.ella ani.um seeds were hydro and osmopri.ed wi.h 100 mM MgCl_(2),CaCl_(2),and ZnCl_(2),for 2,4,and 8 h each to compare thei. growth attri.utes duri.g germi.ati.n and seedli.g establi.hment *** seeds were used as *** hydro and osmo pri.ed seeds were dri.d for 48 h before,they were sown i. plasti. trays i. growth room condi.i.ns to see the i.pact of treatments on seedli.g emergence and *** maxi.um root length(12.90 cm),fresh wei.ht(256.30 mg plant^(-1)),and mean emergence ti.e(MET)were recorded from 8 h MgCl_(2) pri.ed ***,the maxi.um(97.50,and 98.00%)emergence percentage was observed usi.g 8 h MgCl_(2) pri.ed seeds and nontreated seeds(control treatment).The evaluati.n of parameters li.e chlorophyll contents and electri.al conducti.i.y showed the 8 h MgCl_(2) pri.i.g as the opti.um *** evaluati.n of parameters li.e chlorophyll contents and electri.al conducti.i.y showed the 8 h MgCl_(2) pri.i.g as the opti.um *** result suggests MgCl_(2) pri.i.g worked synergi.ti.ally and i.proved seed-li.g growth attri.utes under greenhouse *** chlorophyll content ranged 25.94–35.69 SPAD *** hi.hest chlorophyll content was obtai.ed from the seedli.gs obtai.ed from 4 h CaCl_(2) treatment,whi.h were stati.ti.ally si.i.ar to the chlorophyll contents of the seedli.gs obtai.ed after 8 h MgCl_(2) treatment and nontreated seeds(control treatment).All other treatments showed i.hi.i.i.n i. the chlorophyll contents and growth attri.utes of the *** conclusi.n,MgCl_(2) osmopri.i.g treatments were si.ni.cantly promoti.e and better compared to hydro-pri.i.g and osmopri.i.g treatments i.cludi.g control treatment i. terms of ani.e seeds germi.ati.n and emergence.

基于文化遗产理念从“包含过去历史痕迹的物体”到“丰富人类生活的历史资源”的认知演变,如何做好文化遗产保护传承成为时代焦点问题。本文简要梳理了韩国文化遗产保护与管理机构概况,以及文化遗产保护体系的发展历程;从文化遗产领域行业需求和高等教育供给角度,分享韩国文化遗产学科专业领域发展过程和经验做法,重点剖析了国立公州大学、韩国国立文化遗产大学等文化遗产领域代表性高校在专业设置、核心课程、人才培养等方面内容。通过上述研究,重新认识文化遗产在韩国社会中的重要性,并讨论了文化遗产保护和管理的未来方向。

A si.ulati.n of suspended sedi.ent movement relati.g to ti.al and wave forci.g duri.g a wi.ter monsoon i. November 1983 i. the Huanghai.and East Chi.a Seas conti.ental shelf i. attempted by usi.g the model descri.i.g the cohesi.e/non-cohesi.e sedi.ent resus-pensi.n generated by i.teracti.ns between currents and *** si.ulati.n showed that sedi.ent concentrati.n was i.creased by resuspensi.n at shallow depths duri.g the strong storm condi.i.ns due to hi.h bottom stress i.teracted between currents and waves. Thi. result i. i. general agreement wi.h observati.ns i. hori.ontal di.tri.uti.n of suspended sedi.ent di.tri.uti.n. At three current meter moori.g posi.i.ns off the southern Shandong Peni.sula resuspensi.n occurred only at a depth of 22 m,nearest coastal posi.i.n and at deeper parts at depths of 51 and 80 m wave-current i.teracti.n effects were not si.ni.i.ant. i. has shown that the present model si.ulati.n demonstrated the capabi.i.y of reproducti.n of suspended sedi.ent movement under wi.terti.e extreme event reasonably well.

The rapi. growth of modern vehi.les wi.h advanced technologi.s requi.es strong securi.y to ensure customer *** key system that needs protecti.n i. the passi.e key entry system(PKES).To prevent attacks ai.ed at defeati.g the PKES,we propose a novel radi. frequency(RF)fi.gerpri.ti.g *** method extracts the cepstral coeffi.i.nt feature as a fi.gerpri.t of a radi. frequency *** feature i. then analyzed usi.g a convoluti.nal neural network(CNN)for devi.e *** evaluati.n,we conducted experi.ents to determi.e the effecti.eness of di.ferent cepstral coeffi.i.nt features and the convoluti.nal neural network-based *** experi.ental results revealed that the Gammatone Frequency Cepstral Coeffi.i.nt(GFCC)was the most compelli.g feature compared to Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coeffi.i.nt(MFCC),i.verse Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coeffi.i.nt(i.FCC),Li.ear-Frequency Cepstral Coeffi.i.nt(LFCC),and Bark-Frequency Cepstral Coeffi.i.nt(BFCC).Addi.i.nally,we experi.ented wi.h evaluati.g the effecti.eness of our method i. compari.on to exi.ti.g approaches that are si.i.ar to ours.
