Dear edi.or,Vacci.es are the most ef.i.i.nt and ef.ecti.e means to prevent i.f.cti.us di.eases,but i.provi.g the long-term protecti.e ef.i.acy i. sti.l a major challenge i. contemporary vacci.e development.1 The wani.g i.muni.y vari.s dependi.g on the di.ersi.i.ati.n of.the pathogen and the number of.booster doses.1 Strategi.s to overcome thi. warrant i. usi.g adjuvants that ampli.y the i.mune response,and dri.e the producti.n of.memory B and T cells or long-li.ed plasma cells that recogni.e the pathogen f.r durable protecti.n.2–4 Although exi.ti.g adjuvants have achi.ved promi.i.g results,research on generati.g durable protecti.e i.muni.y i. lacki.g i. promoti.g vacci.e development and stayi.g ahead of.global pandemi.s such as coronavi.us di.ease 2019(COVi.-19).The preci.ely desi.ned nanoadjuvants can enhance lymph node targeti.g and i.crease anti.enpresenti.g cell(APCs)uptake,achi.vi.g the co-deli.ery of.adjuvants and anti.ens and acti.ati.g i.nate and adapti.e i.mune responses.5 Previ.usly,we reported a manganese nanoadjuvant(MnARK)and receptor-bi.di.g domai.(RBD)monomer anti.en f.rmulated nanovacci.e.6 MnARK transported anti.ens to lymph nodes,acti.ated the STi.G pathway,eli.i.ed strong neutrali.i.g abi.i.i.s and i.creased i.mune memory T cell percentage agai.st the i.f.cti.n of.severe acute respi.atory syndrome coronavi.us 2(SARS-CoV-2).6 Regardi.g the long-term protecti.n potenti.l of.MnARK f.r subuni. vacci.e development,we f.rther explored the durable i.mune regulati.n abi.i.i.s of.MnARK to a SARS-CoV-2 RBD di.er anti.en,whi.h has been used i. an approved COVi.-19 subuni. vacci.e Zf.001 wi.h alumi.um adjuvant(alum).7,8 TEM result revealed that RBD di.er could i.teract wi.h BSA on MnARK surf.ce and epi.ope can be well preserved(Supplementary f.0}.1a).The si.e and zeta potenti.l of.MnARK-RBD di.er nanovacci.e was~58 nm and-14 mV,respecti.ely(Supplementary f.0}.1b,c).

Wi.h the rapi. development of.network technology and the automati.n process f.r 5G, cyberattacks have become i.creasi.gly complex and threateni.g. i. response to these threats, researchers have developed vari.us network i.trusi.n detecti.n systems(Ni.S) to moni.or network traf.i.. However, the i.cessant emergence of.new attack techni.ues and the lack of.system i.terpretabi.i.y pose challenges to i.provi.g the detecti.n perf.rmance of.Ni.S. To address these i.sues, thi. paper proposes a hybri. explai.able neural network-based f.amework that i.proves both the i.terpretabi.i.y of.our model and the perf.rmance i. detecti.g new attacks through the i.novati.e appli.ati.n of.the explai.able arti.i.i.l i.telli.ence(XAi.method. We ef.ecti.ely i.troduce the Shapley addi.i.e explanati.ns(SHAP) method to explai. a li.ht gradi.nt boosti.g machi.e(Li.ht GBM) model. Addi.i.nally, we propose an autoencoder long-term short-term memory(AE-LSTM) network to reconstruct SHAP values previ.usly generated. f.rthermore, we def.0}e a threshold based on reconstructi.n errors observed duri.g the trai.i.g phase. Any network f.ow that surpasses the speci.i.d threshold i. classi.i.d as an attack f.ow. Thi. approach enhances the f.amework's abi.i.y to accurately i.enti.y attacks. We achi.ve an accuracy of.92.65%, a recall of.95.26%, a preci.i.n of.92.57%,and an f.-score of.93.90% on the dataset NSL-KDD. Experi.ental results demonstrate that our approach generates detecti.n perf.rmance on par wi.h state-of.the-art methods.
