A facile and scalable approach to synthesize silicon composite anodes has been developed by encapsulating Si particles via in situ polymerization and carbonization of phloroglucinol-formaldehyde gel, followed by incorporation of graphene nanoplatelets. As a result of its structural integrity, high packing density and an intimate electrical contact consolidated by the conductive networks, the composite anode yielded excellent electrochemical performance in terms of charge storage capability, cycling life and coulombic efficiency. A half cell achieved reversible capacities of 1,600 mAh·g-1 and 1,000 mAh·g-1 at 0.5 A·g-1 and 2.1 A·g-1, respectively, while retaining more than 70% of the initial capacities over 1,000 cycles. Complete lithium-ion pouch cells coupling the anode with a lithium metal oxide cathode demonstrated excellent cycling performance and energy output, representing significant advance in developing Si-based electrode for practical application in high-performance lithium-ion batteries.

Since collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment （CPFR） was first proposed in 1998, numerous studies have focused on exploring its implementation in retailing contexts. While a considerable body of research has emphasized reduced costs, increased sales and improved forecasting ability, there has been a lack of research on the importance of each of the various factors which affect such implementations. in order to find out the critical success factors affecting CPFR implementation, this paper first collected related influence factors regarding adopting CPFR or business to business （B2B） information systems, and further constructed a factor table with a three-layer hierarchical structure. A pair wise analytic hierarchy process （AHP） questionnaire was designed and distributed to experts who were familiar with implementing CPFR in the retailing industry. After questionnaires were returned, we found out the weights of each impact factor by using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （fuzzy AHP） approach. The importance of each critical impact factor was investigated, and the paths of the critical success factors were also analyzed. The results of this study can provide more precise information with regard to allocating optimal resources for retailers implementing CPFR.

BACKGROUND Phlegmonous gastritis(PG)is a rare bacterial infection of the gastric submucosa and is related to septicemia,direct gastric mucosal injury,or the direct influence of infection or inflammation in neighboring ***,we present a patient who had spontaneous biloma caused by choledocholithiasis and then PG resulting from bile leakage after biloma *** SUMMARY A 79-year-old man with a medical history of hypertension had persistent diffuse abdominal pain for 4 *** examination showed stable vital signs,icteric sclera,diffuse abdominal tenderness,and muscle *** tests showed hyperbilirubinemia and *** computed tomography(CT)of the abdomen showed a dilated common bile duct and left subphrenic *** subphrenic abscess drainage revealed bilious fluid,and infected biloma was *** abdominal CT for persistent epigastralgia after drainage showed gastric wall ***(EGD)showed an edematous,hyperemic gastric mucosa with poor *** gastric mucosal culture yielded Enterococcus *** was diagnosed based on imaging,EGD findings,and gastric mucosal *** patient recovered successfully with antibiotic *** PG should be considered in patients with intraabdominal infection,especially from infected organs adjacent to the stomach.

in cryptography,oblivious transfer(OT)is an important multiparty cryptographic primitive and protocol,that is suitable for many upperlayer applications,such as secure computation,remote coin-flipping,electrical contract signing and exchanging secrets ***,some nogo theorems have been established,indicating that one-out-of-two quantum oblivious transfer(QOT)protocols with unconditional security are ***,some one-out-of-two QOT protocols using the concept of Crepeau’s reduction have been demonstrated not to conform to Lo’s no-go theorem,but these protocols require more quantum resources to generate classical keys using all-or-nothing QOT to construct one-out-of-two *** paper proposes a novel and efficient one-out-of-two QOT which uses quantum resources directly instead of wasting unnecessary resources to generate classical *** proposed protocol is not covered by Lo’s no-go theorem,and it is able to check the sender’s loyalty and avoid the attack from the ***,the entangled state of the proposed protocol is reusable,so it can provide more services for the participants when *** with otherQOT protocols,the proposed protocol is more secure,efficient,and flexible,which not only can prevent external and internal attacks,but also reduce the required resources and resource distribution time.

BACKGROUND： Dysfunctional autonomic cardiac regulation is thought to be associated with high mortality in epileptic patients. OBJECTiVE： To explore changes in sympathetic and parasympathetic activities in epileptic patients with repetitive generalized tonic-clonic seizures by observing interictal heart rate. DESiGN, TiME AND SEi-i＇iNG： A case-control study was performed at the Buddhist Tzu Chi General Hospital from July 2006 to May 2009. PARTiCiPANTS： A total of 30 patients, comprising 15 males and 15 females, who presented with chronic epilepsy and repetitive generalized tonic-clonic seizures according to international League Against Epilepsy guidelines （iLAE, 1989）, were selected. in addition, 30 matched, healthy volunteers were selected as controls. METHODS： Lead i electrocardiogram was performed in the epilepsy and control groups for 5 minutes during a daytime interictal period. Frequency-domain analysis of heart rate variability was performed using fast Fourier transformation. MAiN OUTCOME MEASURES： Heart rate interval, high frequency （HF; 0.15-0.45 Hz） power, low frequency （LF; 0.04-0.15 Hz） power, and LF/（HF ＋ LF） expressed in normalized units （LF%）. RESULTS： Compared with the control group, the epilepsy group exhibited a significantly lower mean heart rate interval and HF power, but a significantly greater LF% （P〈 0.01）. There was no significant difference in LF power between the groups （P = 0.17）. CONCLUSiON： Patients with chronic epilepsy exhibited faster heart rates during interictal periods, which could contribute to hiclher sympathetic and lower parasympathetic activities.

A 28-year-old man presented with anemia symptoms and intermittent tarry stool passage for three days. No stigmata of hemorrhage were identified using esophagogastroduodenoscopy, ileocolonoscopy, and contrast-enhanced computed tomography. He then developed massive tarry stool passage with profound hypovolemic shock and hypoxic respiratory failure. Emergent angiography revealed active bleeder, probably from the jejunal branches of the superior mesenteric artery, but embolization was not performed due to possible subsequent extensive bowel ischemia. His airway was secured via endotracheal intubation with ventilator support, and emergent antegrade singleballoon enteroscopy was performed at 8 h after clinical overt bleeding occurrence; the procedure revealed a 2-cm pulsating subepithelial tumor with a protrudingblood plug at the distal jejunum. Laparoscopic segmental resection of the jejunum with end-to-end anastomosis was performed after emergent endoscopic tattooing localization. Pathological examination revealed a vascular malformation in the submucosa with an organizing thrombus. He was uneventfully discharged 5 d later. This case report highlights the benefit of early deep enteroscopy for the treatment of small intestinal bleeding.

Energy metabolism reprogramming was recently identified as one of the cancer *** of the underlying mechanisms of energy metabolism reprogramming is mitochondrial dysfunction caused by mutations in nuclear genes or mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA).in the past decades,several types of somatic mtDNA alterations have been identified in gastric ***,the role of these mtDNA alterations in gastric cancer progression remains *** this review,we summarize recently identified somatic mtDNA alterations in gastric cancers as well as the relationship between these alterations and the clinicopathological features of gastric *** causative factors and potential roles of the somatic mtDNA alterations in cancer progression are also *** suggest that point mutations and mtDNA copy number decreases are the two most common mtDNA alterations that result in mitochondrial dysfunction in gastric *** two primary mutation types(transition mutations and mononucleotide or dinucleotide repeat instability)imply potential causative *** dysfunction-generated reactive oxygen species may be involved in the malignant changes of gastric *** search for strategies to prevent mtDNA alterations and inhibit the mitochondrial retrograde signaling will benefit the development of novel treatments for gastric cancer and other malignancies.
