本文旨在探讨吉林省延边地区自然环境和动物体表蜱类分布及其消长规律,掌握其携带发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒(Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus,SFTSV)状况及传播病毒能力。2016年4~9月份按月采集延边州所辖8个县(市)自然环境中生长的蜱虫和放牧动物体表蜱虫进行形态学分类,对其进行构成分析。对其中部分蜱虫分组进行SFTSV核酸检测。SFTSV核酸检测方法采用了Real time RT-PCR和RT-PCR相结合的方法。结果共采集蜱虫3 446只,其中森林革蜱763只,嗜群血蜱222只,日本血蜱639只,长角血蜱515只,全沟硬蜱1 014只,其他血蜱293只;全沟硬蜱(29.43%)和森林革蜱(22.14%)为本地优势种。长角血蜱在图们市(70.88%)和珲春市(40.59%)分布较多。对部分蜱虫(1605只)SFTSV Real time RT-PCR检测结果总最低感染率为1.81%,分种最低感染率分别为嗜群血蜱8.65%、日本血蜱4.53%、长角血蜱1.59%。序列分析结果表明,本文检测到的SFTSV病毒与我国其他省份从患者身上分离到的大部分SFTSV有高度一致性(99%)且与2012年从浙江患者血清中分离到的SFTSV、2013年韩国国家疾病预防控制中心从人身上采集的长角血蜱中分离到的SFTSV处于同一分枝,把该病毒命名为YBHC-TICK1-2016/CHINA。

AIM: To compare characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer based on ***: A retrospective study was conducted on clinical and molecular data from patients(n =1658) with confirmed cases of gastric cancer in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital(Seoul, South Korea) from 2003 to 2010 after exclusion of patients diagnosed with lymphoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, and metastatic cancer in the stomach. DNA was isolated from tumor and adjacent normal tissue,and a set of five markers was amplified by polymerase chain reaction to assess microsatellite instability(MSI). MSI was categorized as high, low, or stable if ≥ 2, 1, or 0 markers, respectively, had *** was performed on tissue sections to detect levels of expression of p53, human epidermal growth factor receptor(HER)-2, and epidermal growth factor receptor. Statistical analysis of clinical and molecular data was performed to assess prognosis based on the stratification of patients by age(≤ 45 and> 45 years).RESULTS: Among the 1658 gastric cancer patients, the number of patients with an age ≤ 45 years was 202(12.2%; 38.9 ± 0.4 years) and the number of patients> 45 years was 1456(87.8%; 64.1 ± 0.3 years).Analyses revealed that females were predominant inthe younger group(P < 0.001). Gastric cancers in the younger patients exhibited more aggressive features and were at a more advanced stage than those in older patients. Precancerous lesions, such as atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, were observed less frequently in the older than in the younger group(P < 0.001). Molecular characteristics, including overexpression of p53(P < 0.001), overexpression of HER-2(P = 0.006), and MSI(P = 0.006), were less frequent in gastric cancer of younger patients. Therapeutic effect of DA-9601 on chronic reflux gastritis induced by sodium taurocholate in rats

AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effects of DA-9601 on sodium taurocholate (TCA)-induced chronic reflux gastritis in SD ***: In this study, we have investigated the therapeutic effects of DA-9601 on chronic erosive and atrophic gastritis induced by 6 mo of TCA administration (5 mmol/L in drinking water) in SD rats. RESULTS: Four weeks of DA-9601 administration (0.065%, 0.216% in rat chow), following the withdrawal of TCA treatment, resulted in a significant decrease in total length of erosions in rats in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, the indicators of atrophic gastritis, such as reduced mucosal thickness and reduction in the number of parietal cells, were improved by the administration of DA-9601 in a dose-related manner. DA-9601 also attenuated inflammatory cell infiltration and the proliferation of collagenous fiber in the gastric mucosa. The improvement in the reduction of the gastric mucus was observed in the rats receiving a high dose of DA-9601 (0.216%). The therapeutic effect of DA-9601 on experimental chronic erosive gastritis was superior to that of rebamipide (1.08% in rat chow). Biochemical analyses showed increased mucosal prostaglandin E2 and reduced glutathione levels by DA-9601 treatment. CONCLUSION: We suggest that DA-9601 is apromising agent for the treatment of chronic erosive and atrophic gastritis with an etiological factor of bile reflux. Increasedmucosal prostaglandin E2 and reduced glutathione by DA-9601 treatment may be therapeutic mechanisms for chronic erosive and atrophic gastritis.

We present photonics technology based on a bulk-Si substrate for cost-sensitive dynamic random-access memory(DRAM)optical interface *** summarize the progress on passive and active photonic devices using a local-crystallized Si waveguide fabricated by solid phase epitaxy or laser-induced epitaxial growth on bulk-Si *** process of integration of a photonic integrated circuit(IC)with an electronic IC is demonstrated using a 65 nm DRAM periphery process on 300 mm wafers to prove the possibility of seamless integration with various complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor *** the bulk-Si photonic devices,we show the feasibility of high-speed multidrop interface:the Mach–Zehnder interferometer modulators and commercial photodetectors are used to demonstrate four-drop link operation at 10 Gb∕s,and the transceiver chips with photonic die and electronic die work for the DDR3 DRAM interface at 1.6 Gb∕s under a 1∶4 multidrop configuration.

＜正＞ Protein and peptide array chips are developed using photolithography method for the identification of ligands activities . We prepared a chitosan grafted glass chip for peptide synthesis and found that the chip had an ideal surface for peptide synthesis and protein binding assay as well. The modified surfaces were characterized by contact angle measurement, atomic force microscopy （AFM）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. AIM: To analyze whether prompt and appropriate empirical antibiotic(AEA) use is associated with mortality in cirrhotic patients with bacteremia. METHODS: A total of 102 episodes of bacteremia in 72 patients with cirrhosis were analyzed. AEA was defined as a using or starting an antibiotic appropriate to the isolated pathogen at the time of bacteremia. The primary endpoint was 30-d mortality. RESULTS: The mortality rate at 30 d was 30.4%(31/102 episodes). Use of AEA was associated with better survival at 30 d(76.5% vs 46.9%, P = 0.05), and inappropriate empirical antibiotic(IEA) use was an independent factor associated with increased mortality(OR = 3.24; 95%CI: 1.50-7.00; P = 0.003, adjusted for age, sex, ChildPugh Class, gastrointestinal bleeding, presence of septic shock). IEA use was more frequent when the isolated pathogen was a multiresistant pathogen, and when infection was healthcare-related or hospital-acquired. CONCLUSION: AEA use was associated with increased survival of cirrhotic patients who developed bacteremia. Strategies for AEA use, tailored according to the local epidemiological patterns, are needed to improve survival of cirrhotic patients with bacteremia.
