OBJECTIVE:To conduct a systematic review to assess the clinical effectiveness of scalp acupuncture(SA) for ***:Literature searches were performed in7 databases up to 16 August 2014,and all the randomized controlled trials(RCTs) in which SA therapy was administered to stroke patients were *** quality was assessed using the Jadad score,the Cochrane risk of bias assessment,and the Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of ***:Of a total of 2086 papers,21 RCTs were ***-analysis revealed significant differences in the total efficacy rates of the SA group and the body acupuncture(BA) group vs the medication group(P < 0.002,P < 0.000 001,respectively),the SA plus BA group vs the BA group(P < 0.001);in the motor function of the SA plus BA group vs the BA group(P = 0.077);and in the nerve function of the SA group vs the SA plus BA group(P < 0.0001).CONCLUSION:The results of our systematic review showed that SA therapy may exhibit effects in treatment efficacy and in the recovery of motor and nervous functions in patients with acute to chronic ***,because of the lack of methodological quality,the thoroughly planned clinical studies are still required.

We investigated the radiologic developmental process of the arcuate fasciculus（AF） using subcomponent diffusion tensor imaging（DTI） analysis in typically developing volunteers. DTI data were acquired from 96 consecutive typically developing children, aged 0–14 years. AF subcomponents, including the posterior, anterior, and direct AF tracts were analyzed. Success rates of analysis（AR） and fractional anisotropy（FA） values of each subcomponent tract were measured and compared. AR of all subcomponent tracts, except the posterior, showed a significant increase with aging（P 〈 0.05）. Subcomponent tracts had a specific developmental sequence： First, the posterior AF tract, second, the anterior AF tract, and last, the direct AF tract in identical hemispheres. FA values of all subcomponent tracts, except right direct AF tract, showed correlation with subject＇s age（P 〈 0.05）. Increased AR and FA values were observed in female subjects in young age（0–2 years） group compared with males（P 〈 0.05）. The direct AF tract showed leftward hemispheric asymmetry and this tendency showed greater consolidation in older age（3–14 years） groups（P 〈 0.05）. These findings demonstrated the radiologic developmental patterns of the AF from infancy to adolescence using subcomponent DTI analysis. The AF showed a specific developmental sequence, sex difference in younger age, and hemispheric asymmetry in older age.

BACKGROUND Pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(CMs) have become one of the most attractive cellular resources for cell-based therapy to rescue damaged cardiac *** We investigated the regenerative potential of mouse embryonic stem cell(ESC)-derived platelet-derived growth factor receptor-α(PDGFRα)+ cardiac lineagecommitted cells(CLCs), which have a proliferative capacity but are in a morphologically and functionally immature state compared with differentiated *** induced mouse ESCs into PDGFRα+ CLCs and αMHC+ CMs using a combination of the small molecule cyclosporin A, the rho-associated coiled-coil kinase inhibitor Y27632, the antioxidant Trolox, and the ALK5 inhibitor *** implanted PDGFRα+ CLCs and differentiated αMHC+ CMs into a myocardial infarction(MI) murine model and performed functional analysis using transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) and histologic *** Compared with the untreated MI hearts, the anterior and septal regional wall motion and systolic functional parameters were notably and similarly improved in the MI hearts implanted with PDGFRα+ CLCs and αMHC+ CMs based on *** histologic analysis, the untreated MI hearts contained a thinner ventricular wall than did the controls, while the ventricular walls of MI hearts implanted with PDGFRα+ CLCs and αMHC+ CMs were similarly thicker compared with that of the untreated MI hearts. Furthermore, implanted PDGFRα+ CLCs aligned and integrated with host CMs and were mostly differentiated into α-actinin+ CMs,and they did not convert into CD31+ endothelial cells or αSMA+ mural *** PDGFRα+ CLCs from mouse ESCs exhibiting proliferative capacity showed a regenerative effect in infarcted myocardium. Therefore, mouse ESC-derived PDGFRα+ CLCs may represent a potential cellular resource for cardiac regeneration.

A facile synthetic strategy based on a water-based process is developed for the preparation of metal-organic framework (MOF)-derived materials by revisiting the hydrolyzed non-porous metal-organic frameworks (h-MOF). The poor water stability of MOF has been recognized as key limitations for its commercialization and large-scale applications because the hydrolysis resulted in the complete loss of their functionalities. However, we found that the negative effect of hydrolysis on MOF can be nullified during the heat treatment. As similar to the intact MOF, h-MOF can be used as a precursor for the preparation of MOF-derived materials from porous MOF-derived carbons (MDCs) to MDC@ZnO composites. The property of h-MOF-derived materials is almost equivalent to that of MOF-derived materials. In addition, h-MOF turned the weakness of water instability to the strength of facile water-based process for hybridization. With the demonstration of the hybrid composite between h-MDC@ZnO and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) as a prototype example, it exhibited superior electrochemical performance when evaluated as an electrode material for lithium-ion batteries.

Ultra-flexible organic photovoltaics(OPVs)are promising candidates for next-generation power sources owing to their low weight,transparency,and ***,obtaining ultra-flexibility under extreme repetitive mechanical stress while maintaining optical transparency remains challenging because of the intrinsic brittleness of transparent ***,we introduce straindurable ultra-flexible semitransparent OPVs with a thickness below 2μ*** conformal surface coverage of nanoscale thin metal electrodes(<10 nm)is achieved,resulting in extremely low flexural rigidity and high strain ***-depth optical and electrical analyses on ultrathin metal electrodes showed that the devices maintain over 73%of their initial efficiency after 1000 cycles of repetitive compression and release at 66%compressive strain,and the average visible light transmittances remain higher than 30%.To our knowledge,this is the first systematical study on mechanical behaviors of strain-durable ultra-flexible ST-OPVs through precise adjustment of each ultrathin electrode thickness toward the emergence of next-generation flexible power sources.

The cerebellum has a complex network and relates to various clinical functions including ataxia, gait disturbance, hearing and vision, cognition and affective control. Cerebellar peduncles are the structure connecting the cerebellum to the brain stem and the cerebrum. There exist three cerebellar peduncles. The superior cerebellar peduncle （SCP） involves vestibular sense and proprio- ception connecting to the thalamocortical pathway. The middle cerebellar peduncle （MCP） is the largest structure among the three cerebellar peduncles conveying impulses from the cerebral cortex to the cerebellum through corticopontocerebellar tract.

Apocrine carcinoma is a rare malignant adnexal neoplasm. The differential diagnosis between apocrine carcinoma and cutaneous metastasis is often difficult. Here, we report a case of locally recurrent penile apocrine carcinoma initially diagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma of the colon. A 75-year-old man with a history of surgical resection due to sigmoid colon cancer and penile metastasis two years prior to this study presented with a nodule at the left penile base. He underwent a wide local resection of the penile mass under a suggested preoperative diagnosis of extra-mammary Paget＇s disease （EMPD） associated with previous sigmoid colon cancer. However, the previously and currently resected penile masses were identified as primary apocrine carcinoma upon hematoxylin and eosin （H＆E） staining and immunohistochemical staining. Although the incidence is extremely rare, both clinicians and pathologists should be alert to the possibility of synchronous double primary apocrine carcinoma in cancer patients with malignant cutaneous lesions.

气候变化威胁人类的生存.化石燃料的过度使用导致CO_(2)持续排放是引起全球变暖和气候变化的主要因素,须尽快减少CO_(2)排放.捕获CO_(2)并将其转化为高附加值的燃料和化学品从而循环利用是减少CO_(2)净排放的有效措施.其中,CO_(2)催化加氢制甲酸(HCOOH)是碳捕获与利用(CCU)的有效途径之一,其产物HCOOH可用于防腐剂、牲畜饲料抗菌剂和食品添加剂,也可作为氢载体和直接甲酸燃料电池的燃料.目前,工业上生产HCOOH的工艺包括两个步骤:甲醇和CO在强碱条件下反应生成甲酸甲酯(HCO_(2)CH_(3)),随后水解为HCOOH.该工艺利用来自化石燃料的两种原料,排放出大量CO_(2),同时在水解步骤中使用了过量的酸性水,因此对生态环境产生一定的危害.近年来,以CO_(2)为可再生原料合成HCOOH被广泛研究,人们探索了电化学、光化学、生物和热化学反应等多种途径将CO_(2)还原为HCOOH,以期实现CO_(2)循环利用.上述方法距实际应用尚有一定距离,其中,CO_(2)催化加氢制HCOOH过程最先进,它与当前许多化学工业过程相似.由于CO_(2)分子的化学稳定性,CO_(2)加氢生成HCOOH在热力学上不利,可通过有机碱和无机碱形成甲酸-碱配合物,推动反应向生成HCOOH方向移动.然而,从甲酸基配合物中提取HCOOH需要额外的分离步骤,因此在无碱条件下直接将CO_(2)加氢生成HCOOH非常重要.本课题组致力于研究无碱条件下g-C_(3)N_(4)负载的Pd(记为Pd/CN)催化剂催化CO_(2)加氢合成HCOOH,前期研究(***.,2016,52,14302-14305和***.,2021,396,395-401)发现,通过控制Pd负载量可改变催化剂中Pd单原子/Pd纳米团簇的比例,且当两种状态Pd达到最佳比例时,催化剂催化活性最高.这表明在无碱CO_(2)加氢过程中,Pd单原子与纳米团簇间存在协同作用.此外,最近有关于单原子和纳米团簇在负载金属催化剂中不同作用的报道,如NixMg1-xO催化逆水气变换反应,Ir1/In_(2)O_(3)和Pd/Fe_(3)O_(4)催化CO_(2)加氢制乙醇反应等,这些工作得出相似的结论:单原子金属对CO_(2)活化有效,而纳米团簇对H_(2)活化有效.这对于设计以CO_(2)和H_(2)为反应物的金属催化剂很重要.本工作旨在考察类似的机理是否适用于Pd/CN催化剂在无碱条件下催化CO_(2)加氢制HCOOH过程.通过控制Pd负载量,合成了含有不同比例Pd单原子和Pd纳米团簇的Pd/CN催化剂,Pd与g-C_(3)N_(4)表面碱性位间的强静电相互作用使合成含有大量Pd单原子的Pd/CN催化剂成为可能.在Pd/CN催化剂催化无碱CO_(2)加氢制HCOOH过程中,当两种状态Pd达到最佳比例时,Pd单原子和Pd纳米簇之间存在协同作用,此时催化剂活性最高.实验表明,Pd纳米簇主要通过解离吸附参与H_(2)活化,Pd单原子对CO_(2)活化更有效.在最佳单原子比(单原子数/(单原子数+纳米簇)为41%)时,该催化剂表现出最高的活性,优于文献报道的相似反应条件下Pd催化剂活性.这些发现将为以CO_(2)和H_(2)分子为反应物的反应的催化剂设计提供一定的参考.
