Flexible and transparent thin-film silicon solar cells were fabricated and optimized for building-integrated photovoltaics and bifacial operation.A laser lift-off method was developed to avoid thermal damage during the transfer of light-scattering structures onto colorless polyimide substrates and thus enhance front-incidence photocurrent,while a dual n-type rear window layer was introduced to reduce optical losses,facilitate electron transport for rear incidence,and thus enhance performance during bifacial *** introduction of the window layer increased the rear-to-front power conversion efficiency ratio to~86%.The optimized bifacial power conversion efficiency for front and rear irradiances of 1 and 0.3 sun,respectively,equaled 6.15%,and the average transmittance within 500–800 nm equaled 36.9%.Additionally,the flexible and transparent solar cells fabricated using laser lift-off exhibited good mechanical reliability(i.e.,sustained 500 cycles at a bending radius of 6 mm)and were therefore suitable for building-integrated photovoltaics.

Despite the enormous interest in inorganic/polymer composite solid-state electrolytes(CSEs)for solid-state batteries(SSBs),the underlying ion transport phenomena in CSEs have not yet been ***,we address this issue by formulating a mechanistic understanding of bi-percolating ion channels formation and ion conduction across inorganic-polymer electrolyte interfaces in CSEs.A model CSE is composed of argyrodite-type Li_6PS_5Cl(LPSCl)and gel polymer electrolyte(GPE,including Li~+-glyme complex as an ion-conducting medium).The percolation threshold of the LPSCl phase in the CSE strongly depends on the elasticity of the GPE ***,manipulating the solvation/desolvation behavior of the Li~+-glyme complex in the GPE facilitates ion conduction across the LPSCl-GPE *** resulting scalable CSE(area=8×6(cm×cm),thickness~40μm)can be assembled with a high-mass-loading Lini_(0.7)Co_(0.15)Mn_(0.15)O_(2)cathode(areal-mass-loading=39 mg cm~(-2))and a graphite anode(negative(n)/positive(P)capacity ratio=1.1)in order to fabricate an SSB full cell with bi-cell *** this constrained cell condition,the SSB full cell exhibits high volumetric energy density(480 Wh L_(cell)~(-1))and stable cyclability at 25℃,far exceeding the values reported by previous CSE-based SSBs.

为了准确确定岩体力学参数,通过综合分析多种地质强度指标(GSI)量化方法,提出了一种改进的GSI值量化和修正方法。首先,利用测线法估算结构面平均间距(d)和岩体块度指数(RBI)的改进型岩体块度率(RBR),根据岩体三维结构面网络,获得岩体体积节理数(J_v)和岩体结构等级(SR),然后采用上述参数和结构表面条件(SCR)及结构表面特性参数(J_c)进行了GSI值的定量化处理。为了克服GSI体系的缺点,考虑结构面产状和地下水对岩体力学性质的影响,提出了GSI值的修正方法和公式。以某铅锌矿体的矿岩体为例,根据改进的GSI值量化和修正方法及Hoek-Brown强度准则来确定矿岩体力学参数,通过与原位变形试验的对比分析,验证了该方法的精确性和可行性。该方法为从室内岩石力学试验合理地获取节理岩体力学参数提供了理论及实现的依据。

Endoscopic epinephrine injection is relatively easy,quick and ***,it has a low rate of com-plications,and it is widely used for the management of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal *** have been several case reports of gastric ischemia after en-doscopic injection *** intra-arterial in-jection may result in either spasm or thrombosis,leading to subsequent tissue ischemia or necrosis,although the stomach has a rich vascular supply and the vascular reserve of the intramural *** addition to endoscopic injection therapy,smoking,hypertension and atherosclerosis are risk factors of gastric ischemia. We report a case of gastric ischemia after submucosal epinephrine injection in a 51-year-old woman with hy-pertension and liver cirrhosis.

Objective: To classify four new Sparassis strains(CLM1, CKM1, CKM2, and KJM1) using the internal transcribed spacer sequence and to elucidate their β-glucan content and mycelial ***: Two different microbiological media were used to determine growth rate. The β-glucan contents were analyzed using the Megazyme Mushroom and Yeast Beta-Glucan kit. To determine the genetic relationships, phylogenetic trees were constructed using ClustalX. Multiple sequence alignments were printed and shaded with the BOXSHADE 3.21 program. Results: In this study, four new Sparassis strains were isolated from the southern region of the Korea Peninsula. They were all classified into the Sparassis latifolia clade as a monophyletic group based on the internal transcribed spacer sequence. Mycelial growth rate of the CLM1 strain was highest in potato dextrose agar and potato dextrose agar larch. The β-glucan content of the CLM1 strain was highest at 29.5%(w/w). A high degree of sequence divergence was detected in the RnA polymerase second largest subunit II gene(RPB2) within Sparassis spp. tested. The putative amino acid sequences of the RPB2 had a distinct sequence. The nucleotide sequences of the RPB2's intron were also divergent among Sparassis spp., even though their nucleotide length was well conserved within Sparassis latifolia. Conclusions: These results indicate that the nucleotide sequences and the amino acid sequences of RPB2 can be used to identify individual Sparassis sp. The Sparassis strain CLM1 may be best for developing a remedy to prevent or treat cancer and other chronic diseases.

AIM:To verify that CD markers are available for detecting cancer stem cell populations and to evaluate their clinical significance in colon ***:Immunohistochemistry for CD133,CD24 and CD44 was performed on the tissue microarray of 523 colorectal *** records were reviewed and clinicopathological analysis was ***:In colorectal adenocarcinoma,128 of 523 cases(24.5%) were positive and 395 cases(75.5%) were negative for CD133 *** hundred and sixty-four of 523 cases(50.5%) were positive and 259 cases(49.5%) were negative for CD24 *** hundred and two of 523 cases(96%) were negative and 21 cases(4%) were positive for CD44 *** clinicopathological analysis,CD133 expression was present more in male patients(P = 0.002) and in advanced T stage cancer(P = 0.024).Correlation between CD24 expression and clinicopathological factors was seen in the degree of differentiation(P = 0.006).Correlation between CD44 expression and clinicopathological factors was seen in the tumor size(P = 0.001).Survival was not significantly related to CD133,CD24 and CD44 ***:CD markers were related to invasiveness and differentiation of colorectal ***,CD expression was not closely related to survival.
