AIM：To investigate the incidence and general characteristics of sports-related eye injuries in patients visiting the Emergency Department. AIM:To investigate the survival outcomes of secondaryhepatectomy for recurrent colorectal liver metastases(CRLM).METHODS:From October 1994 to December 2009,patients with CRLM who underwent surgical treatment with curative intent were *** were divided into two groups:patients who underwent primary hepatectomy(Group 1)and those who underwent secondary hepatectomy for recurrent CRLM(Group 2).RESULTS:Survival and prognostic factors were analyzed.A total of 461 patients were included:406patients in Group 1 and 55 patients in Group *** a median 39-mo(range,3-195 mo)follow-up,there was a significant difference between Groups 1 and 2in terms of disease-free survival(P=0.029)although there was no significant difference in overall survival(P=0.206).Secondary hepatectomy was less effective in patients with multiple recurrent CRLM than primary hepatectomy for initial CRLM(P=0.008).Multiple CRLM and radiofrequency ablation therapy were poor prognostic factors of secondary hepatectomy in multivariate Cox regression analysis(P=0.006,P=0.004,respectively).CONCLUSION:Secondary hepatectomy for single recurrent CRLM is as effective as primary surgical treatment for single recurrent ***,secondary hepatectomy for multiple recurrent CRLM is less effective than that for single recurrent CRLM.

Background： Until now, various types of combined therapy with nucleotide analogs and pegylated interferon （Peg-INF） in patients with hepatitis B patients have been tried. Howe6ver, studies regarding the benefits of de novo combination, late-add on, and sequential treatmentare very limited. The objective of the current study was to identify the efficacy of sequential treatment of Peg-INF after short-term antiviral treatment. Methods： Between June 2010 and June 2015, hepatitis 13 e antigen （HBeAg）-positive patients （n = 162） received Peg-IFN for 48 weeks （mono-treatment group, n = 81） and entecavir （ETV） for 12 weeks with a 48-week course of Peg-IFN starting at week 5 of ETV therapy （sequential treatment group, n = 81）. The primary endpoint was HBeAg seroconversion at the end of follow-up period after the 24-week treatment. The primary endpoint was analyzed using Chi-square test, Fisher＇s exact test, and regression ***： HBeAg seroconversion rate （18.2% vs. 18.2%, t = 0.03, P = 1.000） and seroclearance rate （19.7% vs. 19.7%, t = 0.03, P = 1.000） were same in both mono-treatment and sequential treatment groups. The rate of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） normalization （45.5% vs. 54.5%, t = 1.12, P = 0.296） and serum hepatitis B virus （HBV）-DNA 〈2000 U/L （28.8% vs. 28.8%, t = 0.10, P = 1.000） was not different in sequential and mono-treatment groups at 24 weeks of Peg-INF. Viral response rate （HBeAg seroconversion and serum HBV-DNA 〈2000 U/L） was not different in the two groups （12.1% vs. 16.7%, t = 1.83, P = 0.457）. Baseline HBV-DNA level （7 log10 U/ml vs. 7.5 log10 U/ml, t = 1.70, P = 0.019） and hepatitis B surface antigen titer （3.6 log10 U/ml vs. 4.0 log10 U/ml, t = 2.19, P = 0.020） were lower and predictors of responder in mono-treatment and sequential treatment groups, respectively. Conclusions： The current study shows no differences in HBeAg seroconversion rate, ALT normalization, and HBV-DNA levels between mono-therapy and sequential therapy regimens.

In this study,hourly and daily records since 2005 and correlation,regression and composite methods were used to analyze the long-term evolution of surface O and PMconcentrations at the rural station of Shangdianzi（SDZ）and urban station of Baolian（BL）over Beijing and their relationships with meteorological *** results show that the mean concentrations of PM（O）decreased（increased）at the urban and rural stations over the last *** linear trends of the annual mean concentrations of PMat BL and SDZ were-31.8 ug/m/10yr（-4.3%/yr）(p<0.01)and-13.3 ug/m/10yr（-2.9%/yr）(p<0.05),*** winter,the mean wind speed（W）and relative humidity（RH）were the most closely correlated with O at both stations,whereas RH and sunshine hours（S）were most closely correlated with *** correlation coefficients and explained variances in spring and autumn were generally less than those in winter and greater than those in ***,increase in precipitation can significantly reduce the PMconcentration in both urban and rural areas in Beijing,whereas trace and light precipitation more effectively decreases the O *** of PM（O）on haze days increased by 114%（3%）and 162%（20%）compared with that on non-haze days at the urban and rural stations,*** result suggests that haze is a major manifestation of air pollution in Beijing.

Based on the hourly PM2.5 concentrations,meteorological variable records and ERA-Interim reanalysis data,a series of diagnostic analyses were conducted to explore the possible meteorological causes for the severe haze pollution that occurred in Beijing in November-December *** the online-coupled WRF-Chem model and GFS data,the predictability of hourly and daily PM2.5 concentrations was *** results showed that,in the context of pollutant emission,the severe haze pollution in downtown Beijing in November-December 2015 was primarily attributed to anomalous local meteorological conditions,which were caused and strengthened by anomalous large-scale atmospheric *** abnormal changes in the upper troposphere appeared to trigger the anomalies in the middle-lower troposphere and the local *** numerical simulations can capture the spatial distribution patterns of the PM2.5 concentrations for predictions of 1 to 10 days in *** PM2.5 concentration trends in downtown Beijing were generally consistent with the predictions on both daily and hourly time-scales,although the predictability decreased gradually as the lead times *** predictability of the daily mean PM2.5 concentration was slightly higher than that of the hourly *** statistical indices suggested that the predictions of daily and hourly mean PM2.5 concentrations were generally skillful and reliable for maximum lead times of 8 and 5 days,respectively.

＜正＞ The epoxy molding compound （EMC） and copper clad laminate sheets （CCLS） made of epoxy resins have been widely used as a semiconductor packaging materials and printed circuit boards, respectively, because they can easily meet the normal requirements in thermal, mechanical, electrical properties and flame resistance. However, it is very difficult to improve their performance due to their structural limitations without any new materials. Nowadays, therefore, many efforts have been carried out to introduce the newly developed phenolic novolac hardening system and polymer layered silicates nanocomposites. In this work we studied the effects of the montmorillonite with different organic groups such as benzyl dimethyl octadecyl ammonium, bis（2-hydroxy-ethyl） methyl tallow ammonium, trimethyl stearyl ammonium modified. Also we investigated the evidence the evidence of the power ultrasonication effects on the nano-scale structure.
