Aliphatic C–h groups are among the most abundant yet least reactive functional groups in organic molecules. Nature has evolved metalloenzymes such as those of the cytochrome p450 superfamily that efficiently activate individual tertiary（3） and secondary （2） C（sp3）–h bonds in complex molecules with the highest level of regio-and stereoselectivity [1], thus encouraging studies aimed at engineering artificial metalloenzymes for synthetic applications [2].

This paper highlights the crucial role of Indonesia’s GNSS receiver network in advancing Equatorial plasma Bubble(EpB)studies in Southeast and East Asia,as ionospheric irregularities within EpB can disrupt GNSS signals and degrade positioning *** by the Indonesian Geospatial Information Agency(BIG),the Indonesia Continuously Operating Reference Station(Ina-CORS)network comprises over 300 GNSS receivers spanning equatorial to southern low-latitude ***-CORS is uniquely situated to monitor EpB generation,zonal drift,and dissipation across Southeast *** provide a practical tool for EpB research,by sharing two-dimensional rate of Total Electron Content(TEC)change index(ROTI)derived from this *** generate ROTI maps with a 10-minute resolution,and samples from May 2024 are publicly available for further scientific *** preliminary findings from the ROTI maps of Ina-CORS are ***,the Ina-CORS ROTI maps reveal that the irregularities within a broader EpB structure persist longer,increasing the potential for these irregularities to migrate farther ***,we demonstrate that combined ROTI maps from Ina-CORS and GNSS receivers in East Asia and Australia can be used to monitor the development of ionospheric irregularities in Southeast and East *** have demonstrated the combined ROTI maps to capture the development of ionospheric irregularities in the Southeast/East Asian sector during the G5 Geomagnetic Storm on May 11,*** observed simultaneous ionospheric irregularities in Japan and Australia,respectively propagating northwestward and southwestward,before midnight,whereas Southeast Asia’s equatorial and low-latitude regions exhibited irregularities *** sharing ROTI maps from Indonesia and integrating them with regional GNSS networks,researchers can conduct comprehensive EpB studies,enhancing the understanding of EpB behavior across Southeast and East Asia and contributing significantly to ionosphe

The photon polarization parameter of the proton-deuteron radiative capture process at thermal proton energies is calculated up to leading order(LO),using pionless effective field theory(EFT).In order to make a comparative study of this model,we compare our results for the photon polarization parameter with the realistic Argonne(AV14)and Argonne v18(AV18)modern nucleon-nucleon potentials and Urbana IX or Tucson-Melbourne three-nucleon *** theoretical description of the ^(2)h(p,γ)^(3)he reaction at thermal energies is complicated by the presence of the Coulomb *** the s-wave capture contribution to the thermal energy of this reaction is ***-body currents give small but significant contributions to some of the observables in the proton-deuteron radiative capture cross section at thermal neutron *** result is in good agreement with the available experimental data and potential models'calculation at this order.

Two-way concrete slabs are widely used around the world for the construction of many types of infrastructures and common buildings. The optimal sensor placement(OSp) in slabs with various opening positions is the most important issue in structural health monitoring(ShM) to increase reliability. In this study, a novel approach of OSp was evaluated to obtain the number and placement of sensors using examination of the closed loop performance. The nonlinear finite element(NFE) was used to discretize the mechanism behavior of slab. Multi-Objective Optimization based on the coordinate modal assurance criterion(COMAC) and cost considerations was considered in the optimization processes. All of the analysis, discretization and optimization process was designed and developed as a novel approach in Matlab by the author under the name ‘FEMS-COMAC’(FEM analysis of slab with COMAC). The points in the finite element method(FEM) mesh were classified as line by line information along the slab. The OSp in each line was optimized according to the objective function. The slabs with various width, thickness, aspect ratio and opening position were selected as case studies. The results of the OSp using the COMAC algorithm around the slab openings were compared with the novel ‘FEMS-COMAC’ method. The statistical analysis according Mann-Whitney criteria shows that there were significant differences between them in some of the case studies(mean p-value=0.54).

We discuss the bosonization of a relativistic very dense Fermi gas in a magnetic field and the consequent Bose-Einstein condensation of the resulting relativistic vector gas of charged particles. The model may be applied to paired spin-up electrons. We show that such systems may maintain self-consistently magnetic fields of order 10(10) - 10(13) G. That pairing could be the origin of large magnetic fields in some white dwarfs and neutron stars. For fields large enough (similar to10(13) for white dwarfs), the system becomes unstable and collapses.

The undercooling dependence of the solidification mechanism was systematically explored by the electrostatic levitation(ESL)*** the experiments,the maximum undercooling reached up to 406 K(0.26 T_L)and the growth velocity of the primary TiNi phase was in-situ determined at various *** the initial increase of alloy undercooling,the value of growth velocity sluggishly rose followed by a power *** this case,the primary TiNi phase preferentially developed as the equiaxed dendrite,then the remnant liquid participated as Ti_(2)Ni andα-Ti phases on the grain *** the undercooling exceeded the critical value of 350 K,the growth velocity of the primary phase displayed a sharply increase ***,the TEM results demonstrated that the precipitation of the intermetallic Ti_(2)Ni compound was gradually restrained during the rapid solidification and the R-phase existing in the TiNi matrix at large undercooling implied that the martensitic transformation was incomplete.

The fundamental assumption of 210pbsediment dating is the stable flux of 210pbse, which was derived from atmosphere and then transferred into sediments via lake water. When the sedimentation rate is relatively constant, the 210pbse activity in sediments will be exponentially reduced with sedimentation age. 210pbse in lake water is incorporated into sediments mainly via organic particulates. If the sedimentation flux of organic matter in lake water is suddenly in- creased, 210pbse will be significantly deposited and then transferred into sediments. On the one hand such sudden purification effect is obviously unfit for the fundamental assumption of 210pbse dating; on the other hand, the sudden enhancement of 210pbse flux would be indicative of the conspicuous variation of primary productivity of lake water. This problem will be discussed in accordance with the variation trend of 210pbex in the vertical profile of recent sediments of Lake Chenghai, Yunnan province. The sediment core was collected from the deep-water area of Lake Chenghai in June 1997. The vertical profile of 137 Cs activity is characterized by a tree-peak pat- tern. This profile gave reliable ages, and also showed the stability of sediment accumulation in the recent ten years. The vertical profile of210pbse activity displays a specific distribution of peaks, and is similar to the vertical profile of Corg. This phenomenon seems to be related to the mecha- nism of constraining the transfer of 210pbse into lake sediments. The average atomic ratios of horg/Corg and Corg/Norg in Lake Chenghai sediments are 5.51 and 7.04, respectively, indicating that the organic matter was predominantly derived from the remains of endogenic algae. In terms of the three-stage evolutionary characteristics of organic matter in sediments, i.e., “deposition-de- composition-accumulation”, the sedimentation fluxes （F（Corg）） of organic carbon （Corg） since 1970 were calculated by modeling. This work has two main purposes：（i） introducing the basic concepts of molecular dynamics analysis to material scientists and engineers, and （ii） providing a better understanding of instrumented indentation measurements, presenting an example of nanoindentation and scratch test simulations. To reach these purposes, three-dimensional molecular dynamics （MD） simulations of nanoindentation and scratch test technique were carried out for generic thin films that present BCC crystalline structures. Structures were oriented in the plane （100） and placed on FCC diamond substrates. A pair wise potential was employed to simulate the interaction between atoms of each layer and a repulsive radial potential was used to represent a spherical tip indenting the sample. Mechanical properties of this generic material were obtained by varying the indentation depth and dissociation energy. The load-unload curves and coefficient of friction were found for each test; on the other hand, dissociation energy was varied showing a better mechanical response for films that present grater dissociation energy. Structural change evolution was observed presenting vacancies and slips as the depth was varied.
