基于便携式地物波谱仪与岸基光谱成像仪数据,模拟获取了近岸海上油膜的反射率光谱数据与高光谱影像数据。通过对反射率数据及其一阶导数等的分析,提出了油膜区别于海水的光谱特征,利用基于端元波谱提取的光谱角度填充（SAM,spectral angle mapping）分类方法对高光谱影像数据进行了油膜提取。结果表明,海水、薄油膜、厚油膜在可见光-近红外范围内反射特征差异较大,在1000~2500 nm的近红外波段仅有厚油膜区分度较高。

Mpox virus (MPXV) belongs to the family Poxviridae,subfamily Chordopoxvirinae,and genus Orthopoxvirus,which also includes Variola virus(VARV),Cowpox virus (CPXV),and Vaccinia virus(VACV).Clinical symptoms of mpox are similar to smallpox but are relatively milder^([1]).MPXV was first isolated from crab-eating monkeys in the tropical rainforests of Africa in 1958^([2]).The first human case of MPXV infection was reported in the Congo in1970^([3]).Following the eradication of smallpox in1977,mpox has emerged as one of the prominent viral members of the Poxviridae family,significantly impacting public health^([4]),mainly prevalent in Central and West *** from May 2022.

Background The performance of intravenous tenecteplase in patients who had an acute ischaemic stroke with large/medium vessel occlusion or severe stenosis in an extended time window remains unknown. We investigated the promise of efficacy and safety of different doses of tenecteplase manufactured in China, in patients who had an acute ischaemic stroke with large/ medium vessel occlusion beyond 4.5- hour time window. Methods The CHinese Acute tissue- Based imaging selection for Lysis In Stroke- Tenecteplase was an investigator- initiated, umbrella phase IIa, open- label, blinded- endpoint, Simon’s two- stage randomised clinical trial in 13 centres across China's Mainland. Participants who had salvageable brain tissue on automated perfusion imaging and presented within 4.5-24 hours from time of last seen well were randomised to receive 0.25 mg/ kg tenecteplase or 0.32 mg/kg tenecteplase, both with a bolus infusion over 5-10 s. The primary outcome was proportion of patients with promise of efficacy and safety defined as reaching major reperfusion without symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage at 24-48 hours after thrombolysis. Assessors were blinded to treatment allocation. All participants who received tenecteplase were included in the analysis. Results A total of 86 patients who had an acute ischaemic stroke identified with anterior large/medium vessel occlusion or severe stenosis were included in this study from November 2019 to December 2021. All of the 86 patients enrolled either received 0.25 mg/kg (n=43) or 0.32 mg/kg (n=43) tenecteplase, and were available for primary outcome analysis. Fourteen out of 43 patients in the 0.25 mg/kg tenecteplase group and 10 out of 43 patients in the 0.32 mg/kg tenecteplase group reached the primary outcome, providing promise of efficacy and safety for both doses based on Simon’s two- stage design. Pulmonary fibrosis, a progressive chronic disease with a high mortality rate, has limited treatment options. Currently, lung transplantation remains the only effective treatment. Here we report that a small RNA, HJT-sRNA-m7, from a Chinese herbal medicine Hong Jing Tian(HJT, RHODIOHAE CRENULATAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA, Rhodiola crenulata) can effectively reduce the expressions of fibrotic hallmark genes and proteins both in alveolar in vitro and in mouse lung tissues in vivo. We also discovered over one hundred oil-soluble chemicals from HJT decoctions, most of which are found in lipid extracts from other Chinese herbals decoctions, including Pu Gong ying(PGY, TARAXACI HERBA, Taraxacum mongolicum), Chuan xin Lian(CXL, changed to "ANDROGRAPHIS HERBA, Andrographis paniculata"), and Jin Yin Hua(JYH, lonicera japonica or Honeysuckle). We identified the active component in these decoctions as two forms of phosphocholines, PC(18:0/18:2) and PC(16:0/18:2). These PCs potentially could form liposomes with small RNAs to enter human alveolar and gastric cells. Our experimental results suggest an unprecendent lipid complex route through which botanic small RNA can enter human *** results provide an innovative treatment strategy for oral delivery of siRNAs as therapeutic medication.
