Effect of annealing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of warm-rolled Mg-Zn-Gd-Ca-Mn alloys

The basal texture of traditional magnesium alloy AZ31 is easy to form and exhibits poor plasticity at room *** address these problems,a multi-micro-alloyed high-plasticity Mg-1.8Zn-0.8Gd-0.1Ca-0.2Mn(wt%)alloy was developed using the unique role of rare earth and Ca solute *** addition,the influence of the annealing process on the grain size,second phase,texture,and mechanical properties of the warm-rolled sheet at room temperature was analyzed with the goal of developing high-plasticity mag-nesium alloy sheets and obtaining optimal thermal-mechanical treatment *** results show that the annealing temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure and properties due to the low alloying content:there are small amounts of larger-sized block and long string phases along the rolling direction(RD),as well as several spherical and rodlike particle phases inside the *** increas-ing annealing temperature,the grain size decreases and then increases,and the morphology,number,and size of the second phase also change *** particle phase within the grains vanishes at 450℃,and the grain size increases *** the full recrystal-lization stage at 300-350℃,the optimum strength-plasticity comprehensive mechanical properties are presented,with yield strengths of 182.1 and 176.9 MPa,tensile strengths of 271.1 and 275.8 MPa in the RD and transverse direction(TD),and elongation values of 27.4%and 32.3%,***,there are still some larger-sized phases in the alloy that influence its mechanical properties,which offers room for improvement.

Bark beetles are an economically and ecologically important insect group,with aggregation behavior and thus host colonization success depends on pheromone-mediated *** some species,such as the major invasive forest pest in China,red turpentine beetle(Dendroctonus valens),gut microbiota participates in pheromone production by converting tree monoterpenes into pheromone ***,how variation in gut microenvironment,such as pH,affects the gut microbial composition,and consequently pheromone production,is *** this study,we fed wild caught *** with 3 different pH media(main host diet with natural pH of 4.7;a mildly acidic diet with pH 6 mimicking the beetle gut pH;and highly acidic diet with pH 4),and measured their effects on the gut pH,bacterial community and production of the main aggregation and anti-aggregation pheromone(verbenone).We further tested the verbenone production capacity of 2 gut bacterial isolates in different pH environments(pH 6 and 4).Compared to natural state or main host diet,feeding on less acidic diet(pH 6)diluted the acidity of the gut,whereas feeding on highly acidic diet(pH 4)enhanced *** changes in gut pH reduced the abundance of dominant bacterial genera,resulting in decreased verbenone ***,the highest pheromone conversion rate of the bacterial isolates was observed in pH mimicking the acidity in beetle *** together,these results indicate that changes in gut pH can affect gut microbiota composition and pheromone production,and may therefore have the potential to affect host colonization behavior.

目的:观察通窍活血逐水方治疗急性大面积脑梗死(LHI)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳排标准的60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予通窍活血逐水方,连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者治疗后3个月的改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分,治疗前后神经功能缺损症状[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS评分)],头颅CT梗死直径、中线移位,血渗透压水平,以及治疗期间病死率、去骨瓣手术率、总住院时间、重症加强护理病房住院时间及安全性情况。结果:治疗组3个月mRS评分、病死率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在第7天的NIHSS评分、头颅CT中线移位显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),第7天血渗透压水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,有1例患者因腹泻减药半量,其他患者无严重不良反应发生。治疗组每天大便平均次数显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通窍活血逐水方能够减轻LHI脑水肿,改善患者神经功能,降低病死率。

目的探讨血压、血糖、血脂和血清尿酸在儿童超重肥胖与左心室肥厚(LVH)间的中介作用,为心血管疾病儿童早期防控提供科学依据。方法采用方便整群抽样方法,于2017年11月至2018年1月在山东省淄博市桓台县1所公立学校选取1400名6~11岁儿童开展基线调查。根据体质量指数(BMI)分类标准,将研究对象分为非超重肥胖组(787名)和超重肥胖组(613名)。采用R软件的mediation包分析代谢相关指标在儿童超重肥胖与LVH关联间的中介作用。结果超重肥胖组儿童的BMI-Z评分(2.0±0.8)、收缩压(SBP)(109.1±8.9)mmHg、舒张压(DBP)(65.4±6.8)mmHg、空腹血糖(FPG)(4.8±0.5)mmol/L、胰岛素(INS)(11.3±7.6)μU/mL、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)(0.7±0.2)g/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(2.4±0.7)mmol/L、总胆固醇(TC)(4.2±0.9)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)(0.9±0.4)mmol/L、血清尿酸(SUA)(321.2±91.4)μmol/L水平均高于非超重肥胖组[(-0.2±0.7)、(104.3±8.8)mmHg、(62.2±6.2)mmHg、(4.7±0.6)mmol/L、(6.1±4.2)μU/mL、(0.6±0.2)g/L、(2.2±0.6)mmol/L、(4.1±0.7)mmol/L、(0.7±0.2)mmol/L、(278.6±74.7)μmol/L],超重肥胖组儿童的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(1.5±0.3)mmol/L低于非超重肥胖组(1.7±0.4)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为53.66,9.88,9.19,3.60,16.32,7.36,5.11,2.55,11.08,9.58,-10.31,P值均<0.05)。调整性别、年龄、睡眠时间、运动时间、视屏时间、蔬果和碳酸饮料摄入量等潜在混杂因素后,超重肥胖儿童发生LVH的风险是非超重肥胖儿童的8.72倍(OR=8.72,95%CI=5.45~14.66,P<0.01)。中介分析显示,INS、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、ApoB、SUA部分介导了儿童超重肥胖与LVH之间的关联,其中INS和TG中介效应相对较大,占比分别为28.05%和13.71%。结论INS、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、ApoB和SUA是儿童超重肥胖与LVH关联间的中间危险因素。控制儿童期代谢指标处于健康水平可能有利于减轻超重肥胖儿童的心血管疾病负担。

为弥补矿井突(涌)水蔓延过程试验研究空白,科学揭示矿井巷道系统中水流蔓延规律,提出了矿井巷道系统突(涌)水蔓延过程物理仿真试验方法,并深入探讨了突(涌)水蔓延范围演变规律、巷道水深分布规律、水速影响特征以及巷道局部水流流动效应.基于巷道类型、布置方式、几何和结构特征,设计了矿井巷道系统试验原型,并依据重力相似准则按1∶10的比尺建立了矿井巷道系统突(涌)水蔓延过程正态试验模型.根据突(涌)水位置分布及其流量曲线演变特征分析,建立了多组试验工况,采用重力式循环供排水系统实现了不同工况下突(涌)水蔓延过程.研究结果表明:巷道水流蔓延具有以突(涌)水点为中心按高程分布的分区分级演变特性;巷道水深时变关系与突(涌)水流量呈正相关,正相关性下蔓型水深比上涨型水深显著;巷道整体水速与突(涌)水流量曲线增长幅度有关,增幅越大蔓延水速越快,累积突(涌)水量越多.单流程水速与突(涌)水量、水深和巷道坡度呈正相关,与巷道断面宽度呈负相关,其中水速对水深和巷道坡度变化最敏感;巷道局部结构突变位置下蔓水流会发生偏转效应,沿程或沿断面呈现水深和流速双值分布特性.试验结果与实际井下涌水数据相吻合,在水害智能防控与应急救援工程实践中具有广泛的应用价值.

A clear microscopic understanding of exchange bias is crucial for its application in magnetic recording, and further progress in this area is desired. Based on the results of our first-principles calculations and Monte Carlo simulations,we present a theoretical proposal for a stacking-dependent exchange bias in two-dimensional compensated van der Waals ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayer heterostructures. The exchange bias effect emerges in stacking registries that accommodate inhomogeneous interlayer magnetic interactions between the ferromagnetic layer and different spin sublattices of the antiferromagnetic layer. Moreover, the on/off switching and polarity reversal of the exchange bias can be achieved by interlayer sliding, and the strength can be modulated using an external electric field. Our findings push the limits of exchange bias systems to extreme bilayer thickness in two-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures, potentially stimulating new experimental investigations and applications.

为探索洱海流域小农户养老方式的选择偏好及影响因素,采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取洱海流域40岁以上的村民290位,进行问卷调查获取数据;基于286份有效问卷运用卡方检验和二元Logistic回归,从40岁以上人员对养老相关问题的看法,分析小农户养老方式选择偏好的差异;以安德森行为模型为理论框架,探究倾向性因素、使能因素、需求性因素对洱海流域小农户养老方式选择偏好的影响。结果显示:洱海流域小农户目前以家庭养老作为主要的养老方式,倾向性因素是养老方式选择偏好最主要的影响因素,需求性因素次之。建议多方主体积极引导当地农户转变传统的养老观念,积极探索适合当地小农户的多元的养老方式,加大养老工作方面资金的投入力度。
