Relation of overexpression of S phase kinase-associated protein 2 with reduced expression of p27 and PTEN in human gastric carcinoma

AIM： TO investigate the significance of S phase kinase- associated protein 2 （Skp2） expression in human gastric carcinoma and the relation between expressions of Skp2, p27 and PTEN. METHODS： Immunohistochemical analysis was performed on 138 gastric carcinoma specimens, their paired adjacent mucosa specimens, 102 paired lymphatic metastatic carcinoma tissue specimens, 30 dysplasia specimens, 30 intestinal metaplasia specimens, 10 chronic superficial gastritis specimens and 5 normal gastric mucosa specimens for Skp2 expression and on 138 gastric carcinoma specimens for p27 and PTEN expression. RESULTS： Skp2 labeling frequency was significantly higher in intestinal rnetaplasia （12.68±0.86） and adjacent rnucosa （19.324±1.22） than in normal gastric rnucosa （0.53±0.13） and chronic superficial gastritis （0.47±0.19）（P = 0.000）, in dysplasia （16.74±0.82）than in intestinal metaplasia （P = 0.000）; in gastric primary carcinoma （31.34±2.17） than in dysplasia and adjacent rnucosa （P = 0.000）, in metastasis gastric carcinoma in lymph nodes （39.76±2.00） than in primary gastric carcinoma （P = 0.037）, respectively. Skp2 labeling frequency was positively associated with differentiation degree （rho = 0.315, P = 0.000）, vessel invasion （rho = 0.303, P = 0.000） and lymph node metastasis （rho = 0.254, P = 0.000） of gastric cancer. Expression of Skp2 was negatively associated with p27 （rho = -0.451, P = 0.000） and PTEN （rho = -0.480, P = 0.000） expression in gastric carcinoma, p27 expression was positively associated with PTEN expression in gastric carcinoma （rho = 0.642, P = 0.000）.CONCLUSION： Skp2 overexpression may be involvedin carcinogenesis and progression of human gastric carcinoma in vivo, possibly via p27 proteolysis. PTEN may regulate the expression of p27 by negatively regulating Skp2 expression.

Convertible hydrogel supercapacitors have emerged as promising energy storage devices in switches,diodes,and ***,inherent weaknesses in ionic conductivity,mechanical properties,and water retention of hydrogel electrolytes seriously hinder their *** by the hardness conversion of sea cucumber skin,a conductivity and mechanics dual-tunable salt gel electrolyte is successfully *** salt gel presents a reversible switching of conductors-insulators and a mechanical regulation between softness and hardness via the dissolution-crystallization transition of sodium acetate trihydrate(SAT).Meanwhile,the salt gels spontaneously grow a layer of“armor”through saturated phase-change salt crystals effectively reducing water evaporation of hydrogel ***,this phase-change soft-rigid conversion strategy will expand the capabilities of gel-based flexible supercapacitors(area capacitance:258.6 mF cm^(-2)),and the capacitance retention rate could still reach 86.9%after 3000 cycles at high ***,the salt gel supercapacitor is potentially used in over-heat alarm *** is anticipated that the strategy of conductivity and mechanics of dual-tunable salt gel would provide a new perspective on the development of energy storage devices,wearable electronics,and flexible robots.

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)O_(2)F (VP) is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framework and high specific *** functional theory (DFT) and finite element simulations show that incorporating SO_(4)^(2-)into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(1.95)(SO_(4))_(0.05)O_(2)F(VPS-1) is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g^(-1)) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g^(-1)capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.

In response to the rise of the energy storage industries such as new energy vehicles and the wide application of lithium in various fields worldwide,the global demand for lithium resources has been in explosive *** order to further comprehensively understand the global supply and demand pattern,development and utilization status,genesis of ore deposits and other characteristics of lithium resources,based on the achievements of many researchers at home and abroad,this paper systematically summarized the lithium supply and demand situation,resource endowment,deposit classification and distribution,typical geological characteristics,metallogenic factors and metallogenic regularity of terrestrial brine-type lithium deposits which are the main types of development and utilization all over the *** review shows that brine-type lithium resource and(or)reserves in the plateau salt lakes are huge and play an important *** addition,the mineralization potential of the underground brine-type lithium deposit is broad *** potential resources of underground brines are enormous,and the geothermal spring water type is also worthy of *** lithium deposits are mainly controlled by the subduction and collision of regional plate tectonics,arid climate and provenance *** of the scientific research on underground brines in the future is expected to provide another significant support for the global demand for lithium resources.

Robust, ultra-flexible, and multifunctional MXene-basedelectromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding nanocomposite filmsexhibit enormous potential for applications in artificial intelligence,wireless telecommunication, and portable/wearable electronic *** this work, a nacre-inspired multifunctional heterocyclic aramid(HA)/MXene@polypyrrole (PPy) (HMP) nanocomposite paper withlarge-scale, high strength, super toughness, and excellent tolerance tocomplex conditions is fabricated through the strategy of HA/MXenehydrogel template-assisted in-situ assembly of PPy. Benefiting from the"brick-and-mortar" layered structure and the strong hydrogen-bondinginteractions among MXene, HA, and PPy, the paper exhibits remarkable mechanical performances, including high tensile strength (309.7 MPa),outstanding toughness (57.6 MJ m−3), exceptional foldability, and structural stability against ultrasonication. By using the template effect ofHA/MXene to guide the assembly of conductive polymers, the synthesized paper obtains excellent electronic conductivity. More importantly,the highly continuous conductive path enables the nanocomposite paper to achieve a splendid EMI shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of 54.1 dBat an ultra-thin thickness (25.4 μm) and a high specific EMI SE of 17,204.7 dB cm2g−1. In addition, the papers also have excellent applicationsin electromagnetic protection, electro-/photothermal de-icing, thermal therapy, and fire safety. These findings broaden the ideas for developinghigh-performance and multifunctional MXene-based films with enormous application potential in EMI shielding and thermal management.

As the bed depth increases,sintering yield increases,but the productivity *** reveal the reasons for the decrease in productivity and explore targeted solutions,the bed resistance of mixtures,wet zone,and combustion zone was analyzed in the *** results showed that the decreased porosity of mixture resulted in the increased bed resistance by 160.56%when the bed depth increased from 600 to 1000 *** improving porosity of 1%by adding loosening bars with optimized size and distribution,the bed resistance decreased,and the productivity increased by 5%.The increase in bed depth increased the thickness of the wet zone from 120 to 680 mm and the resistance from 1.56 to 8.83 *** using a three-stage intensive mixer and pre-adding water for granulation,the moisture of mixture was reduced by 0.6%,and the sintering productivity increased by 4%.Besides,the high bed resistance is mainly caused by the increase in the thickness of the combustion zone from 31.9 to 132.7 mm,and the bed resistance increased from 0.70 to 5.62 *** bed resistance of the combustion zone at 900 mm was increased by 90.51%compared to 700 *** optimization of the distribution of coke breeze,the thickness of combustion zone at the lower layer decreased from 132.7 to 106.84 mm and permeability improved significantly.

Graph-structured data are pervasive in the real-world such as social networks,molecular graphs and transaction *** neural networks(GNNs)have achieved great success in representation learning on graphs,facilitating various downstream ***,GNNs have several drawbacks such as lacking interpretability,can easily inherit the bias of data and cannot model casual ***,counterfactual learning on graphs has shown promising results in alleviating these *** approaches have been proposed for counterfactual fairness,explainability,link prediction and other applications on *** facilitate the develop-ment of this promising direction,in this survey,we categorize and comprehensively review papers on graph counterfactual *** divide existing methods into four categories based on problems *** each category,we provide background and motivating ex-amples,a general framework summarizing existing works and a detailed review of these *** point out promising future research directions at the intersection of graph-structured data,counterfactual learning,and real-world *** offer a comprehensive view of resources for future studies,we compile a collection of open-source implementations,public datasets,and commonly-used evalu-ation *** survey aims to serve as a“one-stop-shop”for building a unified understanding of graph counterfactual learning cat-egories and current resources.

It is very appealing that 5-hydroxymethylfurfural（HMF） is electrocatalytical oxidized as 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid（FDCA） linking to non-classical cathodic hydrogen（H2） ***,the electrocatalysts for electrocatalytic HMF oxidative reaction（e-HMFOR） have been facing low Faradaic efficiency（FE） and high water splitting ***,we propose a strategy of the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction by constructing a Co-Ni paired site,where the Co site is in charge of adsorbing for HMF while the electrons are transferred to the Ni site,thus giving the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction superior electrocata lytic performances for e-HMFOR and water *** optimizing conditions,the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction has high conversion of 99.7%,high selectivity of 99.9%,and high FE of 98.4% at 1.3 V,as well as low cell voltage of 1.31 V at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH+0.1 M *** study offers a potential insight for e-HMFOR to high value-added FDCA coupling water splitting to produce H2in an economical manner.

The oral cavity is a complex physiological community encompassing a wide range of *** of oral microbiota can lead to various oral infectious diseases,such as periodontitis and tooth decay,and even affect systemic health,including brain aging and neurodegenerative *** studies have highlighted how oral microbes might be involved in brain aging and neurodegeneration,indicating potential avenues for intervention *** this review,we summarize clinical evidence demonstrating a link between oral microbes/oral infectious diseases and brain aging/neurodegenerative diseases,and dissect potential mechanisms by which oral microbes contribute to brain aging and *** also highlight advances in therapeutic development grounded in the realm of oral microbes,with the goal of advancing brain health and promoting healthy aging.
