Urinary incontinence (UI) is a common problem *** has a major impact on physical and social activities and interpersonal *** is common in women,but is under-reported and *** affects the quality of life of female patients *** and moxibustion have been proposed as potentially effective interventions for female ***,for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world,the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies initiated a project to develop a clinical practice guideline (CPG) for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat female *** CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology,referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline *** the development of the CPG,the guideline development group (GDG) played an important *** clinical questions,recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by GDG using the modified Delphi *** CPG contains ten recommendations about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions for ten clinical questions,which include nine conditional recommendations for the intervention and one conditional recommendation for either the intervention or the *** CPG also provides one protocol for conventional filiform needle therapy,two therapy protocols for deep needling stimulation on lumbosacral acupoints,and four moxibustion therapy protocols,based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG.

Acupuncture is one of the most effective complementary therapies for allergic rhinitis(AR)and has been recommended by several clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)for ***,these CPGs mentioned acupuncture without making recommendations for clinical implementation and therapeutic protocols,therefore limiting the applicability of acupuncture therapies for ***,for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world,the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies have initiated a project to develop the CPG for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat *** CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)methodology,referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline *** the development of the CPG,the guideline development group(GDG)played an important *** clinical questions,recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by the GDG using the modified Delphi *** CPG contains recommendations for 15 clinical questions about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion *** include one strong recommendation for the intervention based on high-quality evidence,three conditional recommendations for either the intervention or standard care,and 11 conditional recommendations for the intervention based on very low quality of *** CPG also provides one filiform needle acupuncture protocol and five moxibustion protocols extracted based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG.

Effect of Low-temperature Imidization on Properties and Aggregation Structures of Polyimide Films with Different Rigidity

Oyster(Crassostrea gigas),the main ingredient of oyster sauce,has a strong umami *** this study,three potential umami peptides,FLNQDEEAR(FR-9),FNKEE(FE-5),and EEFLK(EK-5),were identified and screened from the alcoholic extracts of the oyster using nano-HPLC-MS/MS analysis,i Umami-Scoring Card Method(i Umami-SCM)database and molecular docking(MD).Sensory evaluation and electronic tongue analysis were further used to confirm their *** threshold of the three peptides ranged from 0.38 to 0.55 mg/m *** with umami receptors T1R1/T1R3 indicated that the electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bond interaction were the main forces ***,the Phe592 and Gln853 of T1R3 were the primary docking site for MD and played an important role in umami *** with two Glu residues at the terminus had stronger umami,especially at the *** results contribute to the understanding of umami peptides in oysters and the interaction mechanism between umami peptides and umami receptors.

Effect of low-degree astigmatism on the objective visual quality

AIM:To evaluate the effect of low-degree astigmatism on objective visual quality through the Optical Quality Analysis System(OQAS).METHODS:This study enrolled 46 participants(aged 23 to 30y,90 eyes)with normal or corrected-to-normal *** cylindrical lenses(0,0.5,0.75,1.0,and 1.25 D)were placed at the axial direction(180°,45°,90°,and 135°)in front of the eyes with the best correction to form 16 types of regular low-degree *** was used to detect the objective visual quality,recorded as the objective scattering index(OSI),OQAS values at contrasts of 100%,20%,and 9%predictive visual acuity(OV100%,OV20%,and OV9%),modulation transfer function cut-off(MTFcut-off)and Strehl ratio(SR).The mixed effect linear model was used to compare objective visual quality differences between groups and examine associations between astigmatic magnitude and objective visual quality ***:Apparent negative relationships between the magnitude of low astigmatism and objective visual quality were *** increase of OSI per degree of astigmatism at 180°,45°,90°,and 135°axis were 0.38(95%CI:0.35,0.42),0.50(95%CI:0.46,0.53),0.49(95%CI:0.45,0.54)and 0.37(95%CI:0.34,0.41),*** decrease of MTFcut-off per degree of astigmatism at 180°,45°,90°,and 135°axis were-10.30(95%CI:-11.43,-9.16),-12.73(95%CI:-13.62,-11.86),-12.75(95%CI:-13.79,-11.70),and-9.97(95%CI:-10.92,-9.03),*** the same astigmatism degree,OSI at 45°and 90°axis were higher than that at 0°and 135°axis,while MTFcut-off were ***:Low astigmatism of only 0.50 D can significantly reduce the objective visual quality.

The Efficacy and Safety of Drug-Coated Balloons in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

The incidence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is increasing year by year, which seriously endangers human health around the world. The preferred treatment strategy for AMI patients is the use of drug-eluting stents (DES), as there is ample evidence to suggest that stent implantation can reduce major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs). With the application of drug-coated balloons (DCBs) and the enhancement of the concept of interventional without implantation, the question is whether DCBs can be safely and effectively used in patients with AMI? The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety and effectiveness of DCBs in the treatment of AMI. A retrospective review of clinical data was conducted on 55 AMI patients who underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) from January 2020 to December 2021. Of these patients, 25 were treated with DCBs and 30 were treated with DESs. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) was used to measure the minimum lumen diameter, lumen stenosis, and coronary artery dissection before and after surgery, and angina pectoris attacks and various MACEs were recorded at 1, 6, and 12 months after surgery. The results showed that there were no significant differences in clinical baseline data between the two groups. However, the minimum lumen diameter of the DCB group immediately after the operation was smaller than that of the DES group, and the stenosis degree of the lumen in the DCB group was higher than that in the DES group. The incidence of coronary artery dissection in the DCB group was significantly higher than that in the DES group, but the majority of them were type B. At 1, 6, and 12 months after treatment, there was no significant difference in the occurrence of MACEs between the two groups. In conclusion, DCBs is a safe and effective treatment for AMI. However, the incidence of coronary artery dissection in DCB patients is higher than that in DES patients, but the majority of them are type B. .

Prediction of suitable water content in granulation of sintering mixture based on Litster's model

Nitrogen-doped carbon dots as photocatalysts for organic synthesis:Effect of nitrogen content on catalytic activity

Regulating the doping of carbon dots(CDs)and the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is essential to selectively control their application in photocatalytic organic *** study successfully synthesized five newly developed nitrogen-doped carbon dots(CDs 1-5)with varying nitrogen content,which have the ability to generate ROS when exposed to light radiation,specifically superoxide anion radicals(O_(2)•-)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).The utilization of the aforementioned nitrogen-doped CDs as photocatalysts enables the realization of their potential in facilitating efficient photocatalytic organic ***,it was observed that the photocatalytic efficiency exhibited a gradual decrease when the nitrogen content in the CDs *** order to provide more evidence for this claim,we employed a set of five CDs in the context of photocatalytic dehalogenation ofα-bromoacetophenone,photocatalytic oxidative coupling reaction of amines to imines,photooxidation reaction of sulfides to sulfoxides,and cross-dehydrogenation coupling(CDC)reaction,in which it was further observed that there was a steady decrease in the yields of photocatalytic organic reactions as the nitrogen content in CDs ***,CDs 1 exhibited the best photocatalytic efficiency,thereby reinforcing the hypothesis that a higher nitrogen content corresponds to a decreased catalytic *** study not only investigates the impact of the nitrogen content on the catalytic performance of CDs,but also offers valuable insights for the future utilization of CDs for photocatalytic organic reactions in water.
