Intranasal iron administration induces iron deposition,immunoactivation, and cell-specific vulnerability in the olfactory bulb of c57BL/6 mice

Iron is the most abundant transition metal in the brain and is essential for brain development and neuronal function;however, its abnormal accumulation is also implicated in various neurological disorders. The olfactory bulb(OB), an early target in neurodegenerative diseases, acts as a gateway for environmental toxins and contains diverse neuronal populations with distinct roles. This study explored the cell-specific vulnerability to iron in the OB using a mouse model of intranasal administration of ferric ammonium citrate(FAc). Olfactory function was assessed through olfactory discrimination tests, while iron levels in OB tissues, cerebrospinal fluid(cSF), and serum were quantified using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(IcP-MS), immunohistochemical staining,and iron assays. Transcriptomic changes and immune responses were assessed using RNA sequencing and immune cell infiltration analysis. Results showed that intranasal FAc administration impaired olfactory function,accompanied by iron deposition in the olfactory mucosa and OB, as well as damage to olfactory sensory ***, these effects occurred without elevations in cSF or serum iron levels. OB iron accumulation activated multiple immune cells, including microglia and astrocytes,but did not trigger ferroptosis. Spatial transcriptomic sequencing of healthy adult mouse OBs revealed significant cellular heterogeneity, with an abundance of neuroglia and neurons. Among neurons, GABAergic neurons were the most prevalent, followed by glutamatergic and dopaminergic neurons, while cholinergic and serotonergic neurons were sparsely distributed. Under iron-stressed conditions, oligodendrocytes, dopaminergic neurons, and glutamatergic neurons exhibited significant damage, while GABAergic neurons remained *** findings highlight the selective vulnerability of neuronal and glial populations to iron-induced stress,offering novel insights into the loss of specific cell types in the OB during iron

“一人一策”是中国政府在公共管理实践中发展出的具有普遍实践和理论意义的政策理念。“一人一策”的有效性在于,政府面对多变的政策环境和政策客体,坚持人本导向,将一种灵活性强、灵敏度高的“需求—决策—资源”动态对接机制嵌入政策方案,于常态化运行中实现了对三种张力的调节:一是政策议程的滞后性与社会问题亟待解决的紧迫性之间的时间张力;二是行动者作为集体的一般性公共需求与个体化公共需求之间的利益张力;三是公共资源配置中公平与效率之间的价值张力。文章梳理了中国公共政策实践中“一人一策”的演进历程,分析了“一人一策”如何对公共政策进行有效调适,提出了政策调适分析框架,探讨了未来发展议程。

关键元素超常富集与战略资源效应

构成战略资源的关键元素有56个,大部分关键元素地壳丰度低,需要数十倍至上千倍的超常富集才能成矿,导致其矿产资源分布极不均匀。因此,圈定元素超常富集区是战略资源找矿预测和发现大型矿床的关键。超常富集核心是元素的富集强度,可以... 详细信息

构成战略资源的关键元素有56个,大部分关键元素地壳丰度低,需要数十倍至上千倍的超常富集才能成矿,导致其矿产资源分布极不均匀。因此,圈定元素超常富集区是战略资源找矿预测和发现大型矿床的关键。超常富集核心是元素的富集强度,可以用成矿富集系数(m.a.i)、矿床规模吨位指数(t.a.i)和异常富集系数(a.c.i)定量刻画富集强度。对贵金属、有色金属、黑色金属、稀有金属、稀散金属、稀土和放射性等35个战略资源矿种进行统计分析,可以得出:成矿富集系数大于1000的元素有锑、铋、铼和金,>100~1000的元素有银、钨、锡、铬、锂、铯、碲、铟、铀和铂族元素(PGE),>10~100的元素有铜、镍、铬、铍、铷、钪、铌、钽、锆和原生稀土矿,≤10的元素有铁、铝、钛和离子吸附型稀土。富集达到大型以上矿床最低矿床规模吨位指数要达到10^(7),一般要达到10^(10)。异常富集系数要达到2以上。元素超常富集还体现在异常空间分布面积>100~1000 km^(2),具有3层以上异常结构,至少存在4个元素组合。元素富集量和潜在资源量,可以用面金属量和体金属量进行定量预测。元素超常富集导致大规模成矿效应,而且在成矿物质背景(源)、成矿过程(运)和最终就位(储)整个富集过程中留下了异常轨迹,可以从定性和定量角度刻画元素超常富集规律,为预测和发现矿床提供找矿标志。

Lowering the synthesis temperature of boron nitride nanotubes(BNNTs)is crucial for their *** primary reason for adopting a high temperature is to enable the effective activation of highmelting-point solid *** this study,we developed a novel approach for efficiently activating boron by introducing alkali metal compounds into the conventional MgO–B *** approach can be adopted to form various low-melting-point AM–Mg–B–O growth *** growth systems have improved catalytic capability and reactivity even under low-temperature conditions,facilitating the synthesis of BNNTs at temperatures as low as 850℃.In addition,molecular dynamics simulations based on density functional theory theoretically demonstrate that the systems maintain a liquid state at low temperatures and interact with N atoms to form BN *** findings offer novel insights into the design of boron activation and are expected to facilitate research on the low-temperature synthesis of BNNTs.

The macrophage-mediated inflammatory response is crucial for the recovery of skeletal muscle following ***,macrophage-based therapeutic targets need to be explored for ischemic *** the current study,we found that the mRNA levels of scavenger receptor A1(Sr-a1)were elevated in patients with critical limb ischemia,based on an analysis of the Gene Expression Omnibus *** then investigated the role and underlying mechanisms of macrophage SR-A1 in a mouse hindlimb ischemia(HLI)*** with the Sr-a1^(fl/fl)mice,the Lyz^(cre+)/Sr-a1^(flox/flox)(Sr-a1~(ΔMΦ))mice showed significantly reduced laser Doppler blood flow in the ischemic limb on day seven after ***,histological analysis revealed that the ischemic limb of the Sr-a1~(ΔMΦ)mice exhibited more severe and prolonged necrotic morphology,inflammation,fibrosis,decreased vessel density,and delayed regeneration than that of the control Sr-a1~(fl/fl)***,restoring wild-type myeloid cells to the Sr-a1 knockout mice effectively improved the Doppler perfusion in the ischemic limb and mitigated skeletal muscle damage seven days after *** with these in vivo findings,co-cultivating macrophages with the mouse myoblast cell line c2c12 revealed that the Sr-a1^(-/-)bone marrow macrophages significantly inhibited myoblast differentiation in ***,SR-A1 enhanced the skeletal muscle regeneration in response to HLI by inhibiting oncostatin M production via suppression of the NF-κB signaling *** findings indicate that SR-A1 may be a promising candidate protein to improve tissue repair and regeneration in peripheral ischemic arterial disease.

Multi-wavelength Study for Gamma-Ray Nova V1405 cas

Novae are found to have GeV to TeV γ-ray emission,which reveals the shock acceleration from the white ***,V1405 cas was reported to radiate suspicious γ-ray by Fermi-LAT with low signi?cance （4.1σ） after the optical *** observations reveal that it is one of the?ve brightest novae surrounded by low-density ionized gas *** we report a continuous search for GeV γ-ray from *** γ-ray was *** V1405 cas the?ux level is lower than other well-studied Fermi novae,and the γ-ray maximum appears at t0+145 days.γ-ray of V1405 cas is used to search potential γ-ray *** γ-ray periodicity was found during the time of *** comparing multi-wavelength data,the γ-ray upper limit to optical?ux ratio with a value at around 10-4is obtained to constrain the shock ***-term analysis from Swift-XRT gets X-ray spectral in the post-shock phase,which indicates that V1405 cas became a super-soft *** best-?t black body temperature at the super soft state is 0.11–0.19 keV.

构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求。中华民族共同体理论体系兼具政治性和学术性,具有为中华民族共同体的历史发展与现实建设提供核心理论支撑,以及建构中华民族共同体自主知识体系的双重功能定位,表现为以指导思想体系为核心、以理论研究体系为支撑、以资源要素体系为外延的圈层结构框架。以西方民族理论为标尺的不适用性和理论研究匹配时代发展的不充分性,共同制约当前中华民族共同体理论体系建设成效。在新时代新征程上构建中华民族共同体理论体系,应当实现科学性与完备性的有机统一。加强中华民族共同体理论体系建设,要运用科学理论和完备知识对内对外讲清、讲好、讲透中华民族故事,坚持“大历史观”和“大时代观”,夯实中华民族共同体理论体系的圈层结构,不断强化面向中华民族共同体的系统性、原创性理论供给能力,将理论体系的理论资源优势转化为各族人民坚定理论认同的实践优势。构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系,应当准确把握并适应党的民族工作新的阶段性特征,正确处理好共同性与差异性、自主创新与观照世界、“等不得”与“急不得”三对矛盾关系。
