Electroless CoFeB films with good soft magnetic properties were fabricated on polyester plastic substrate from sodium tartarate as a complexing *** plating rate of electroless CoFeB films is a function of concentration of sodium tetrahydroborate,pH of the plating bath,plating temperature and the metallic *** estimated regression coefficient b0-b3 confidence interval,residual error r and confidence interval rint were confirmed by a computer *** optimal composition of the plating bath was obtained and the dynamic electromagnetic parameters of films were measured in the 2-10 GHz *** 2 GHz,the μ＇,μ″ of the electroless CoFeB films were 304 and 76.6,respectively,as the concentration of reducer is 1 g/*** hysteresis loop of the deposited CoFeB films show a remanence close to the saturation magnetization and coercivity of about 55.7-127.4 A/*** loops along the hard axis display low anisotropic field Hk of 2 388-3 582 A/m.

We constructed a single C-Bezier curve with a shape parameter for G^2 joining two circular arcs. It was shown that an S-shaped transition curve, which is able to manage a broader scope about two circle radii than the Bezier curves, has no curvature extrema, while a C-shaped transition curve has a single curvature extremum. Regarding the two kinds of curves, specific algorithms were presented in detail, strict mathematical proofs were given, and the effectiveness of the method was shown by examples This method has the following three advantages：（1） the pattern is unified; （2） the parameter able to adjust the shape of the transition curve is available; （3） the transition curve is only a single segment, and the algorithm can be formulated as a low order equation to be solved for its positive root. These advantages make the method simple and easy to implement.

Smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)is a mesh-free method which is powerful for large deformation computation of ***,the algorithm for the simulation of frictional contact which is common in geotechnical engineering is still quite immature due to the boundary *** this study,the cause of boundary deficiency in the SPH simulation for frictional contact is ***,based on mathematical derivation,the method to correct boundary deficiency related to frictional contact is discussed theoretically,where the frictional contact algorithm is established by dividing the computational domain into several subdomains according to the existing contact boundaries and by using contact forces as bridges of these subdomains to fulfil problem solving,and the value of correction coefficient is obtained by comparing the SPH outcome of the contact particles with that calculated through Newton’s second law of *** the same time,from the perspective of numerical computation,an optimized value for the correction coefficient is proposed,and a thorough investigation is performed on the cubic spline kernel function and quintic spline kernel function,whose correction coefficients are found to be 2.0 and[2.0,2.16],***,numerical tests are carried out to verify the proposed *** outcome of the study is helpful to providing theoretical support for the research of frictional contact simulation within the framework of SPH.

AIM:To construct a yeast expression system of human augmenter of liver regeneration (hALR) and to examine its bioactivity in v/***: With PCR and gene recombination techniques, cDNA of open reading frame of hALR was obtained from recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1-hALR and inserted into plasmid pPIC9. The cDNA of hALR from recombinant plasmid pPIC9-hALR demonstrated by sequencing was subcloned into plasmid pPIC9K. The recombinant plasmid pPIC9KhALR was transformed into GSl15 with electroporation. hALR was expressed by GSl15 under the induction of 5 mL/L methanol and purified with ultrafiltration after it was analyzed by 15% SDS-PAGE and Western blot. The effects of hALR on in vitro proliferation of QGY and HepG2 cells were evaluated by ^3H-TdR methods. RESULTS: The correctness and integrity of recombinant plasmids pPIC9-hALR and pPIC9K-hALR were identified by restriction digestion, PCR and sequencing methods, respectively, hALR as a secretive protein was successfully expressed by GSl15. Its molecular weight was about 15 ku and the target protein was about 60% of the total protein in the supernatant from GSl15 with plasmid pPIC9K-hALR. The results of Western blot of hALR showed the specific band. The high qualitative hALR was obtained through ultrafiltration, hALR could stimulate in vitro proliferation of QGY and HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, but there was a difference in reactivity to hALR between 0GY and HepG2. CONCLUSION: The hALR as a secretive protein can be successfully expressed by GSl15. It may stimulate in vitro proliferation of QGY and HepG2 cells at a dose-dependent manner. But QGY and HepG2 cells have different reactivities to hALR.

Anaerobic ammonia oxidation（Anammox） process is a novel and promising wastewater nitrogen removal process. The feasibility of transition of Anammox from denitrification and the performance of lab-scale Anammox biofilm reactor were investigated with sludge dewatering effluent. The results showed that Anammox process could be successfully started up after cultivation of denitrification biofilm and using it as inoculum. The transition of Anammox from denitrification was accomplished within 85 d. Anammox process was found suitable to remove ammonia from sludge dewatering effluent. The effluent ammonia concentration was detected to be 23.11 mgN/L at HRT of 28 h when influent ammonia concentration was fed 245 mgN/L, which was less than that for the national discharge standard Ⅱ （25 rngN/L） of China. Volumetric total nitrogen loading rate was up to 584.99 mg TN/（L. d） at HRT of 17 h, while influent concentrations were kept 243.25 mg NH4＊ -N/L and 288.31 mg NO2^- -N/L.

We discuss black hole solutions of Einstein-Λ gravity in the presence of nonlinear electrodynamics in dS *** the correlation of the thermodynamic quantities respectively corresponding to the black hole horizon and cosmological horizon of dS spacetime and taking the region between the two horizons as a thermodynamic system,we derive effective thermodynamic quantities of the system according to the first law of thermodynamics,and investigate the thermodynamic properties of the system under the influence of nonlinearity parameter α.It is shown that nonlinearity parameter α influences the position of the black hole horizon and the critical state of the system,and along with electric charge has an effect on the phase structure of the system,which is obvious,especially as the effective temperature is below the critical *** critical phase transition is proved to be second-order equilibrium phase transition by using the Gibbs free energy criterion and Ehrenfest equations.

Effects of hot compression deformation temperature on the microstructure and properties of Al–Zr–La alloys

The main goal of this study is to investigate the microstructure and electrical properties of Al–Zr–La alloys under different hot compression deformation temperatures. In particular, a Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator was used to carry out multi-pass hot compression tests. For five-pass hot compression deformation, the last-pass deformation temperatures were 240, 260, 300, 340, 380, and 420°C, respectively, where the first-pass deformation temperature was 460°C. The experimental results indicated that increasing the hot compression deformation temperature with each pass resulted in improved electrical conductivity of the alloy. Consequently, the flow stress was reduced after deformation of the samples subjected to the same number of passes. In addition, the dislocation density gradually decreased and the grain size increased after hot compression deformation. Furthermore, the dynamic recrystallization behavior was effectively suppressed during the hot compression process because spherical Al;Zr precipitates pinned the dislocation movement effectively and prevented grain boundary sliding.

The recently discovered,extremely proton-rich nuclide 18 Mg exhibits ground-state decay via two sequential two-proton(2p)emissions through the intermediate nucleus,*** study investigates the structure and the initial 2p decay mechanism of^(18)Mgby examining the density and correlations of the valence protons using a three-body Gamow coupled-channel *** results show that the ground state of^(18)Mgis significantly influenced by the continuum,resulting in a significant s-wave ***,based on the current framework,this does not lead to a significant deviation in mirror symmetry in either the structure or spectroscopy of the 18Mg-18C ***,the time evolution analysis of the^(18)Mgground state suggests a simultaneous 2p emission during the first step of *** observed nucleon-nucleon correlations align with those of the light-mass 2p emitters,indicating a consistent decay behavior within this nuclear region.
