Using Hodge theory and Banach fixed point theorem,Liu and Zhu developed a global method to deal with various problems in deformation *** this note,the authors generalize Liu-Zhu's method to treat two deformation problems for non-Kahler *** apply the ■■-Hodge theory to construct a deformation formula for(p,q)-forms of compact complex manifold under deformations,which can be used to study the Hodge number of complex manifold under *** the second part of this note,by using the ■■-Hodge theory,they provide a simple proof of the unobstructed deformation theorem for the non-Kahler Calabi-Yau ■■-manifolds.

Recent years have witnessed a paradigm shift with the advent of perovskites,a class of materials with a distinct CaTiO_(3)-type crystalline structure that show remarkable promise across a wide array of applications,including photovoltaics,photodetectors,lighting,lasers,and so *** them,the development of two-dimensional(2D)perovskites has garnered significant attention due to their tunable structures(mainly Dion-Jacobson and Ruddlesden-Popper structures)and enhanced stability in comparison with their 3D counterparts[1].Amidst the burgeoning research on perovskites,on the other side,all-organic perovskites stand out as a particularly intriguing subset[2].Unlike traditional perovskites that typically comprise all-inorganic(e.g.,CsPbBr_(3))or organic-inorganic hybrid components(e.g.,(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4)),all-organic perovskites are composed entirely of carbon-or nitrogen-based molecules.

Tumor vaccine therapy offers significant advantages over conventional treatments, including reduced toxic side effects. However, it currently functions primarily as an adjuvant treatment modality in clinical oncology due to limitations in tumor antigen selection and delivery methods. Tumor vaccines often fail to elicit a sufficiently robust immune response against progressive tumors, thereby limiting their clinical efficacy. In this study, we developed a nanoparticle-based tumor vaccine, OVA@HA-PEI, utilizing ovalbumin (OVA) as the presenting antigen and hyaluronic acid (HA) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) as adjuvants and carriers. This formulation significantly enhanced the proliferation of immune cells and cytokines, such as CD3, CD8, interferon-gamma, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha, in vivo, effectively activating an immune response against B16-F10 tumors. In vivo fluorescence flow cytometry (IVFC) has already become an effective method for monitoring circulating tumor cells (CTCs) due to its direct, noninvasive, and long-term detection capabilities. Our study utilized a laboratory-constructed IVFC system to monitor the immune processes induced by the OVA@HA-PEI tumor vaccine and an anti-programmed death-1 (PD-1) antibody. The results demonstrated that the combined treatment of OVA@HA-PEI and anti-PD-1 antibody significantly improved the survival time of mice compared to anti-PD-1 antibody treatment alone. Additionally, this combination therapy substantially reduced the number of CTCs in vivo, increased the clearance rate of CTCs by the immune system, and slowed tumor progression. These findings greatly enhance the clinical application prospects of IVFC and tumor vaccines.

Background Tuberculosis (TB) remains a pressing public health issue, posing a significant threat to individuals'' well-being and lives. This study delves into the TB incidence in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, aiming to gain deeper insights into their epidemiological characteristics and explore macro-level factors to enhance control and *** TB incidence data in Chinese mainland from 2014 to 2021 were sourced from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System (NNDRS). A two-stage distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM) was constructed to evaluate the lag and non-linearity of daily average temperature (℃, Atemp), average relative humidity (%, ARH), average wind speed (m/s, AWS), sunshine duration (h, SD) and precipitation (mm, PRE) on the TB incidence. A spatial panel data model was used to assess the impact of demographic, medical and health resource, and economic factors on TB *** A total of 6,587,439 TB cases were reported in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, with an average annual incidence rate of 59.17/100,000. The TB incidence decreased from 67.05/100,000 in 2014 to 46.40/100,000 in 2021, notably declining from 2018 to 2021 (APC =-8.87%, 95%CI: -11.97, -6.85%). TB incidence rates were higher among males, farmers, and individuals aged 65 years and older. Spatiotemporal analysis revealed a significant cluster in Xinjiang, Qinghai, and Xizang from March 2017 to June 2019 (RR= 3.94,P 71.73%), low sunshine duration (< 6.18 h) increased the risk of TB incidence, while extreme low wind speed (< 2.79 m/s) decreased the risk.
