Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(PC-HER)provides a solution to energy crisis and environmental ***,different graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))-based van der Waals(vdW)type II homojunctions have been fabricated and g-C_(3)N_(4)/Kdoped g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets have an outstanding PC-HER rate of 1,243μmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1)under visible light,higher than that of bulk g-C_(3)N_(4),doped g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets,and mixed *** enhanced PC-HER performance can be ascribed to the cooperative effects of the shortened bandgap,enlarged specific surface area,matched type II energy band structure,“face to face”vdW charge interaction,and peculiarly partite positions of the conduction and valence bands in different ***,the type II junctions were found superior to binary type II *** study highlights the synergistic effect of different strategies in improving the PC-HER capacities of g-C_(3)N_(4),especially the application of particular vdW junctions,and provides new insights to the structures and mechanism.

Nitrogen-doped carbon(N-C)materials have demonstrated exceptional performances in activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for environmental ***,accommodating higher nitrogen contents remains challenging in N-C due to the thermodynamic instability of C-N *** this study,we proposed an innovative epitaxial growth approach to synthesize two-dimensional N-C *** the abundant amino groups supplied by the polymer dots as growing sites,we successfully attained a high nitrogen level and spontaneously introduced abundant structural defects in the carbon *** resulting N-C nanosheets exhibited outstanding catalytic activity for the activation of PMS toward selective oxidation of diethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate(1,4-DHP)into diethyl2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate,which serves as a valuable intermediate in the synthesis of various pharmaceutical *** experimental and characterization investigations verified that the nitrogen sites and defects are the primary active sites for PMS activation and selective oxidation of 1,*** work offered an efficient approach for the fabrication of high-nitrogen-loading carbon materials for catalytic oxidation reactions.

Van der Waals(VDW)heterojunctions in a 2D/2D contact provide the highest area for the separation and transfer of charge *** this work,a top-down strategy with a gas erosion process was employed to fabricate a 2D/2D carbon nitride VDW heterojunction in carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))with carbon-rich carbon *** created 2D semiconducting channel in the VDW structure exhibits enhanced electric field exposure and radiation absorption,which facilitates the separation of the charge carriers and their ***,compared with bulk g-C_(3)N_(4)and its nanosheets,the photocatalytic performance of the fabricated carbon nitride VDW heterojunction in the water splitting reaction to hydrogen is improved by 8.6 and 3.3 times,respectively,while maintaining satisfactory ***,the finite element method(FEM)was employed to evaluate and clarify the contributions of the formation of VDW heterojunction to enhanced photocatalysis,in agreement quantitatively with experimental *** study provides a new and effective strategy for the modification and more insights to performance improvement on polymeric semiconductors in photocatalysis and energy conversion.

Solar energy-induced catalysis has been attracting intensive interests and its quantum efficiencies in plasmon-mediated photothermal catalysis(P-photothermal catalysis)and external heat-coupled photocatalysis(E-photothermal catalysis)are ultimately determined by the catalyst structure for photo-induced energetic hot ***,different catalysts of supported(TiO_(2)-P25 and Al_(2)O_(3))platinum quantum dots are employed in photo,thermal,and photothermal catalytic dry reforming of *** experimental and computational results unveil different active sites(hot zones)on the two catalysts for photo,thermal,and photothermal *** hot zones of P-photothermal catalysis are identified to be the metal-support interface on Pt/P25 and the Pt surface on Pt/Al_(2)O_(3),***,a change of the active site to the Pt surface on Pt/P25 is for the first time observed in E-photothermal catalysis(external heating temperature of 700℃).The hot zones contribute to the significant enhancements in photothermal catalytic reactivity against *** study helps to understand the reaction mechanism of photothermal catalysis to exploit efficient catalysts for solar energy utilization and fossil fuels upgrading.

Vitamin D is responsible for enhancing intestinal absorption of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphate and zinc by involving in the metabolism. However, its use in additive field is limited by its low aqueous solubility and chemical stability. So trace amounts of VD3 was wrapped in β-CD molecule by the method of saturated aqueous vacuum drying, in order to improve its stability, uniformity and solubility in food and feed additive. The inclusion complex was characterized by NMR, IR techniques and compared with original VD3 in the aspect of stability and bioavailability. Results of orthogonal design experiments show that the optimum technology of inclusion is that the feed ratio of β-CD to VD3 is 15:1, being stirred for 5 hours at 80°C. Dispersion of VD3 in the inclusion complex is more uniform, while stability and absorption rate of inclusion complex are significantly higher than original VD3.

Depression is a major contributor to poor global health and disability,with a recently increasing *** drug therapy is commonly used to treat depression,conventional antidepressant drugs have several disadvantages,including slow onset,low response rates and severe adverse ***,developing effective therapies for depression remains *** various aetiological theories of depression exist,the underlying mechanisms of depression are complex,and further research is ***,oxidative stress(OS)-induced lipid peroxidation has been demonstrated to trigger *** OS and ferroptosis are pivotal mechanisms implicated in the pathogenesis of neurological disorders,and investigation of the mediators involved in these processes has emerged as a prominent and active research *** previous study revealed that regulatory proteins involved in ferroptosis are implicated in the pathogenesis of depression,and antidepressant drugs could reverse depressive symptoms by inhibiting ferroptosis in vivo,suggesting an important role of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of ***,our current comprehensive review offers an up-to-date perspective on the intricate mechanisms involved,specifically concerning ferroptosis and OS in the context of depression,along with promising prospects for using molecular mediators to target *** delineate the key targets of molecular mediators involved in OS and ferroptosis implicated in depression,most notably reactive oxygen species and iron *** the pivotal role of OS-induced ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of neurological disorders,delving deeper into the underlying subsequent mechanisms will contribute significantly to the identification of novel therapeutic targets for depression.

AIM： To investigate the scheme of inducing the diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DNP） symptoms by combine Chinese traditional medicine with modern medicine. METHODS： Patient hospitalized on April 1, 2005. Main symptoms in hospitalization： His bilateral fingers and toe tips felt stabbing pain, numb, cold, assuming a type of sock set which alleviated after he had a rest and aggravated after exercise. He had also got the symptom of dizziness, asthenia, eating little food, very thin bowel and body pain which had influence on his sleeping. Physical examination in hospital： The bilateral lower limbs which got a hyperpathia did not swell. The bilateral dorsum pedis artery pulsation was atlenuative. The skin temperature was not high. Other nerve system examination had been discovered abnormal. Diagnosis： Traditional Chinese medical diagnosis： Xiaokebing （blood stasis for insufficiency of qi, blockage of meridian and collaterals）. Modern medical diagnosis： Diabetes type 2, DNP, diabetic lower limbs artery obliteration, diabetic foot （0 level）, diabetic retinopathy, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Carried on the former therapy plan that continued to use insulin to control blood glucose, depressed blood pressure and total plasma lipoprotein etc. Meanwhile used the therapy of bilateral feet medicinal bath （San/ing 30 g, Ezhu 30 g, Ruxiang 30 g, Moyao 30 g, Zhichuanwu 30 g, Zhicaowu 30 g, Weilingxian 30 g, Mugua 30 g, Sangzhi 30 g）, boiled in water, 1 dose everyday, soak feet twice a day, 20-30 minutes once, 〈 37 ℃. RESULTS： Seven days later, the pain of bilateral feet alleviated obviously, and the bilateral dorsum pedis artery pulsation enhanced. Blood glucose and total plasma lipoprotein had no changes. CONCLUSION ： The symptoms of DNP such as pain, coldness, numbness of the lower limbs can be induced by combining feet medicinal bath （fumigation-soaking） treatment with modern medicine.

加氢裂化装置加工渣油加氢柴油的工业试验

为实现渣油加氢柴油的高附加值利用,发挥加氢裂化装置在压减柴油产量方面的作用,开展了加氢裂化装置加工渣油加氢柴油的工业试验。加氢裂化装置负荷率为56%,掺炼21.4%的渣油加氢柴油后,部分渣油加氢柴油可以转化为非柴油组分,表观转化率为48.34%;加氢裂化柴油产品的硫、氮质量分数未受明显的影响,分别为1.3μg/g和低于0.3μg/g,相对于柴油加氢改质装置的柴油产品性质略有改善;加氢裂化柴油产品十六烷值为62.7,提高了17左右;柴油总产量降低14.09 t/h。采用加氢裂化装置加工渣油加氢柴油,优化了渣油加氢柴油加工路线,有效压减柴油组分,提高了柴油产品质量,为渣油加氢柴油的高附加值利用提供工业案例。
