Large-area superconducting nanowires fabricated based on laser exposure on photoresist

To realize large-scale micro/nanofabrication process in superconducting devices,the nano laser direct writing(NLDW)as a potential tool was *** this paper,thermal effect induced laser-matter(superconducting film)interaction based on laser direct writing on Nb films and laser exposure on photoresist were investigated by simulation and *** avoid nanoscale thermal effect on superconducting films,large-scale superconducting nanoarrays with the area up to 100μm×100μm based on laser exposure on photoresist were *** with laser direct writing on superconducting films,which lead to the degradation of superconducting performance such as critical current,transition temperature,the superconducting nanoarrays based on laser exposure on photoresist maintain excellent superconducting performance without *** that,by further optimizing the process parameters and the thickness of photoresist,the nanowires with the width down to nanometers are *** with the traditional electron beam and ion beam process,to some extent,the nanowires fabrication process based on NLDW provides a more efficient and cost-effective path for the fabrication of large-area superconducting devices/circuits.

With the advancement of modern science and technology, large scientific facilities are increasingly oriented toward demand and application, and can be used for basic research as well as serving multiple disciplines. Developing large scientific facilities and related analytical technologies enhances understanding of large scientific facilities and popularizes their application in research across multiple disciplines. The combination of light or neutron sources from large scientific facilities and advanced analytical technologies can be achieved for materials structure information, dynamics study of chemical reactions, high dissociation of biomolecules, 3D visualization of energy materials or biological samples, etc. We first introduce the progress of domestic large scientific facilities of synchrotron radiation(SR) and free electron lasers(FELs) with different wavelengths and neutron *** further discuss the comparison between Chinese and typical foreign facilities in X-ray radiation from X-ray tubes, synchrotrons, X-ray FELs, and neutron sources based on physical parameters of light and neutron sources. In addition, we focus on the technological progress and perspectives combined with advanced X-ray radiation and neutron sources of large scientific facilities in China, especially in the nanoscience fields of energy catalysis and biological science. We hope that this roadmap will provide references on technology and methods to experimental users, as well as prospects for future development of technologies based on large research infrastructure facilities. Comprehensive studies and guidelines for basic research to practical application in various disciplines can be made with the assistance of large scientific facilities.

Interplay between the Indonesian Throughflow and the South China Sea Throughflow

Analysis both based on the wind stress and ocean assimilation dataset shows that the interannual variability of the Indonesian Throughflow and the South China Sea (Luzon Strait) Throughflow is out of phase. Wind anomaly forcing in the equatorial Pacific plays an important role in setting up this phase relation. During El Ni o events, the westerly wind bursts intensify the Northern Equator Current and induce a northward shift of its bifurcation point. As a result, the partition of volume transport between the Kuroshio and the Mindanao Current is changed, with the Kuroshio transport decreased and the Mindanao Current increased. The undershooting/overshooting phenomena occur at the Luzon Strait and the Sulawesi-Mindanao passage, caused by variability of these two currents. Water transport from the Pacific to the South China Sea increases with the Kuroshio transport decreased, and transport from the Pacific to the Indian Ocean decreases with the Mindanao Current transport increased. The situation is reversed during La Ni a. Therefore, the ocean dynamic meaning is profound to study the interannual variability relationship between the Indonesian Throughflow and the Luzon Strait Throughflow.

China has experienced unprecedented urbanization in the past decades,resulting in dramatic changes in the physical,limnological,and hydrological characteristics of lakes in urban ***,the spatiotemporal dynamics in distribution and abundance of urban lakes in China remain poorly ***,we characterized the spatiotemporal change patterns of urban lakes in China’s major cities between 1990 and 2015 using remote-sensing data and landscape *** results showed that the urban lake landscape patterns have experienced drastic changes over the past 25 *** total surface area of the urban lakes has decreased by 17,620.02 ha,a decrease of 24.22%,with a significant increase in the landscape fragmentation and a reduction in shape *** defined three lake-shrinkage types and found that vanishment was the most common lake-shrinkage pattern,followed by edge-shrinkage and tunneling in terms of lake ***,we also found that urban sprawl was the dominant driver of the lake shrinkage,accounting for 67.89%of the total area loss,and the transition from lakes to cropland was also an important factor(19.86%).This study has potential for providing critical baseline information for government decision-making in lake resources management and urban landscape design.

With the continuous appearance and expansion of high-strength hydrogels in emerging fields such as industry,medicine,and green development,the synthesis and application of high-strength hydrogels have developed dramatically and achieved remarkable results from the aspects of raw materials,preparation methods,and reinforcement ***,there is still a lack of systematic reviews on high-strength ***,we first discuss the advantages of natural and synthetic materials,and the characteristics of high-strength hydrogels prepared from different raw materials;we then expound on the influence mechanism of physical interactions or chemical bonds on the strength of the hydrogel from three aspects:physical cross-linking,chemical cross-linking,and dynamic chemical cross-linking;at last,we systematically expound the strengthening strategies,including double network/multi-network,nanocomposite,topology,supramolecular polymerization,and characteristics and strengthening mechanisms of such high-strength *** addition,based on the development status of high-strength hydrogels,we combined the application requirements and the existing drawbacks of high-strength hydrogels to propose their possible development directions in the future.

Bitumen formation of Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation in the central Sichuan and its implication for hydrocarbon accumulation

Based on organic petrology,organic geochemistry and SEM method,type,formation period and source of bitumens in the Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation in the central Sichuan Basin were well investigated,and combined with fluid inclusions and tectonic evolution characteristics,the hydrocarbon accumulation history of the gas reservoir of the Longwangmiao Formation in the Anyue gasfield was also *** result shows that all bitumens in the Longwangmiao Formation was from the Lower Cambrian source rocks,it had multiple genetic types which was dominated by the pyrolysis genetic type;the bitumens were formed into three stages,i.e.,the bitumen of the oxidized water-washing type in the first stage,the bitumen of the precipitated type in the second stage,and the bitumen of the pyrolyzed type in the third stage;the gas reservoir in the Anyue gasfield experienced five stages of hydrocarbon charging,including two stages of liquid hydrocarbon charging,charging of the kerogen pyrolysis gas in the Late Triassic-Early Jurassic,charging of the crude oil pyrolysis gas in the Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous and charging of the dry gas charging in the Himalayan trap reformation and adjustment process.

Influence of synthesis temperatures on the crystalline grain growth and morphology of lanthanum magnesium hexaaluminate

Lanthanum magnesium hexaaluminate（LaMgAl（11）O（19）, LMA） was prepared at different temperatures by solid-state reaction. Phase compositions and crystal morphologies of specimens synthesized at different temperatures were investigated using X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. It was observed that the crystalline grain size of LMA was not only dependent on the preparation temperature but also on its powder morphology. In the temperature range of 1300 e1550℃, LMA showed platelet grain and the average crystalline grain size increases with the increase in temperature. At1600℃, if the powder was sintered for two times, the equiaxed grain could be found with the decrease in grain space, resulting in the reduction of the crystalline grain size. Styles of specimens（powder or disk） might have no obvious influence on morphologies and sizes of LMA crystalline grains which were synthesized with the well-dispersed raw material mixtures. The synthesis temperature played a key role in influencing the free space for the formation and growth of crystalline grains.

水稻(Oryza sativa)是世界上最重要的粮食作物,然而病害问题一直威胁着水稻生产,增强水稻的抗病性是确保水稻生产安全的有效途径。抗病性是一个极其复杂的过程,水稻利用自身防御体系应对病害胁迫时,会产生一系列防御性生理生化反应,其防御酶活性会随之呈现显著变化,这种变化在植物响应逆境胁迫中具有重要意义。本研究综述了6种常见防御酶,即超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶在水稻应对病害胁迫中的活性变化趋势,指出了水稻防御酶研究中存在的问题,并展望了相关研究的发展趋势。

作为中耳非化脓性炎症, 分泌性中耳炎是耳鼻咽喉科临床工作中的常见疾病, 其主要临床特征为鼓室积液以及传导性聋。该病的发生发展涉及咽鼓管功能障碍、腭帆张肌功能不良、乳突气化不良、变态反应等多种机制。而鼻咽癌患者放疗后存在较高的分泌性中耳炎发生率, 并且该类患者的病情特点往往更为复杂且预后欠佳。本文就鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎形成机制及治疗研究进展进行综述, 为相关临床工作提供参考。
