目的探讨科罗索酸对阿霉素诱导的H9c2心肌细胞的保护作用及其机制。方法筛选并确定科罗索酸浓度,建立1μmol/L阿霉素诱导H9c2心肌细胞损伤模型,加入不同浓度科罗索酸共同处理24 h,MTT法检测细胞活性,Hoechst 33342染色法检测细胞核凋亡形态,Annexin V-FITC/PI双染法检测细胞凋亡率,DCFH-DA探针检测细胞内ROS水平,铁离子比色法检测细胞内铁水平,Western blot法检测细胞Bax、Bcl-2、cleaved-caspase3、Nrf2、GPX4及Ptgs2蛋白表达。结果科罗索酸能够提高阿霉素诱导的H9c2心肌细胞的活力及存活率(P<0.05),降低ROS、Fe^(2+)水平及凋亡率(P<0.05);上调Bcl-2、Nrf2及GPX4蛋白表达(P<0.05),下调Bax、cleaved-caspase3及Ptgs2蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论科罗索酸能抑制阿霉素诱导的H9c2心肌细胞ROS水平及细胞凋亡,并激活Nrf2/GPX4通路抑制细胞铁死亡。

In this paper, we study the public goods games with punishment by adopting the well-known approximate best response dynamics. It shows that the evolution of cooperation is affected by two aspects when other parameters are fixed. One is the punishment mechanism which can avoid the dilemma of lacking investment, and the other is the degree of rationality. Theoretical analysis and numerical results indicate that the existence of punishment mechanism and distribution of rationality are the keys to the enhancement of cooperation level. We also testify that they can heavily influence the payoffs of system as well. The findings in this paper may provide a deeper understanding of some social dilemmas.

As the epitome of the modern regenerative medicine, stem cells were proposed in the basic sense no more than 200 years ago. However, the concept of "stem cells" existed long before the modern medical description. The hypothesis that all things, including our sentient body, were generated from a small origin was shared between Western and Chinese people. The ancient Chinese philosophers considered Jing(also known as essence) as the origin of life. In Chinese medicine(CM), Jing is mainly stored in Kidney(Shen) and the so-called Shen-Jing(Kidney essence). Here, we propose that Shen-Jing is the CM term used to express the meaning of "origin and regeneration". This theoretical discovery has at least two applications. First, the actions underlying causing Shen-Jing deficiency, such as excess sexual intercourse, chronic diseases, and aging, might damage the function of stem cells. Second, a large number of Chinese herbs with Shen-Jing-nourishing efficacy had been proven to affect stem cell proliferation and differentiation. Therefore, if Shen-Jing in CM is equivalent with stem cells in regenerative medicine, higher effective modulators for regulating stem-cell behaviors from Kidney-tonifying herbs would be expected.

Background Adipose-derived stem cells （ADSCs） are capable of differentiating into cardiomyogenic and endothelial cells in vitro. We tested the hypothesis that transplantation of ADSCs into myocardial scar may regenerate infracted myocardium and restore cardiac function. Methods ADSCs were isolated from the fatty tissue of New Zealand white rabbits and cultured in Iscove＇s modified dulbecco＇s medium. Three weeks after ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery of rabbits, either a graft of untreated ADSCs （UASCs, n=14）, 5-azacytidine-pretreated ADSCs （AASCs, n=13）, or phosphate buffer saline （n=13） were injected into the infarct region. Transmural scar size, cardiac function, and immunohistochemistry were performed 5 weeks after cell transplantation. Results ADSCs in culture demonstrated a fibroblast-like appearance and expressed CD29, CD44 and CD105. Five weeks after cell transplantation, transmural scar size in AASC-implanted hearts was smaller than that of the other hearts. Many ADSCs were differentiated into cardiomyocytes. The AASCs in the prescar appeared more myotube-like. AASCs in the middle of the scar and UASCs, in contrast, were poorly differentiated. Some ADSCs were differentiated into endothelial cells and participate in vessel-like structures formation. All the ADSC-implanted hearts had a greater capillary density in the infarct region than did the control hearts. Statistical analyses revealed significant improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction, myocardial performance index, end-diastolic pressure, and peak ＋dP/dt, in two groups of ADSC-implanted hearts relative to the control hearts. AASC-implanted hearts had higher peak -dP/dt values than did control, higher ejection fraction and peak ＋dP/dt values than did UASC-implanted hearts. Conclusions ADSCs transplanted into the myocardial scar tissue formed cardiac islands and vessel-like structures, induced angiogenesis and improved cardiac function. 5-Azacytidine pretreatment before

Biological control(biocontrol) is a safe, sustainable approach that takes advantage of natural enemies such as predators, parasitic insects or pathogens to manage pests in agroecosystems. Parasitoid wasps, a very large evolutionary group of hymenopteran insects, are well-known biological control agents for arthropod pests in agricultural and forest ecosystems. Here, we summarize the recent progress on the application of parasitoid wasps in biocontrol in China for the last five years. These include species diversity of parasitoid wasps, identification of dominant parasitoid wasps associated with insect pests and biocontrol practices(three types of biological control, i.e., classical, augmentative and conservation biological control) in several Chinese agroecosystems. We then treat different mass-rearing and release technologies and the commercialization of several parasitoid wasp species. We also summarize other work that may have a potential use in biocontrol, including the effect of plant volatiles on parasitoids and recent advance in the molecular mechanisms underlying the host regulation by parasitoid wasps. Future research area and applied perspectives are also discussed, noting that advances in biocontrol technologies in Chinese agriculture informs research at the global level.

Walkaway VSP cannot obtain accurate velocity field,as it asymmetrically reflects ray path and provides uneven coverage to underground target,thereby presenting issues related to imaging *** this study,we propose combining traveltime tomography and prestack depth migration for VSP of an angle-domain walkaway,in a bid to establish accurate two-dimensional and three-dimensional(3 D)velocity ***,residual curvature was defined to update velocity,and an accurate velocity field was *** establish a high-precision velocity model,we deduced the relationship between the residual depth and traveltime of common imaging gathers(CIGs)in walkaway *** renewal velocity using the least squares method,a four-parameter tomographic inversion equation was derived comprising formation dip angle,incidence angle,residual depth,and sensitivity *** the angle domain,the reflected wave was divided into up-and down-transmitted waves and their traveltimes were *** systematic cumulative method was employed in prestack depth migration of a complex *** prestack depth migration,the offset-domain CIGs were obtained,and dip angle was established by defining the stack section ***–Kutta ray tracing was employed to calculate the ray path from the reflection point to the detection point,to determine the incident angle,and to subsequently calculate the ray path from the reflection point to the irregular *** offset-domain residual depths were mapped to the angle domain,and a new tomographic equation was established and *** in the double complex area of the Tarim Basin showed the four-parameter tomographic inversion equation derived in this paper to be both correct and practical and that the migration algorithm was able to adapt to the complex surface.

Objective：To report the results of repair of skin defects in the extremities with arterialized venous flap harvested from the lateral aspect of the dorsum of the ***：Six cases of skin and soft tissue defects over the foot and hands were resurfaced by free arterialized venous flaps,including five patients with skin defects of the hands,and one with defects at the dorsum of the *** flaps were harvested from the lateral aspect of the dorsum of the foot with the sizes ranging from 2 cm×5.5 cm to 6 cm×11 *** veins at the proximal margin of the flap were retained,one of which was anastomosed to a recipient bed artery to provide arterial inflow and the other was anastomosed to a recipient bed vein for venous ***：All flaps demonstrated mild edema and survived *** appeared on four *** this technique,we achieved good functional and cosmetic results in this ***：Dorsalis pedis arterialized venous flap with rich vascular communications could enhance peripheral perfusion and decrease congestion of venous flaps,thereby improves reliability and utility for extremity reconstruction.
