An efficient approach is proposed for the equivalent linearization of frame structures with plastic hinges under nonstationary seismic *** concentrated plastic hinges,described by the Bouc-Wen model,are assumed to occur at the two ends of a linear-elastic beam *** auxiliary differential equations governing the plastic rotational displacements and their corresponding hysteretic displacements are replaced with linearized differential ***,the two sets of equations of motion for the original nonlinear system can be reduced to an expanded-order equivalent linearized equation of motion for equivalent linear *** solve the equation of motion for equivalent linear systems,the nonstationary random vibration analysis is carried out based on the explicit time-domain method with high ***,the proposed treatment method for initial values of equivalent parameters is investigated in conjunction with parallel computing technology,which provides a new way of obtaining the equivalent linear systems at different time *** on the explicit time-domain method,the key responses of interest of the converged equivalent linear system can be calculated through dimension reduction analysis with high *** examples indicate that the proposed approach has high computational efficiency,and shows good applicability to weak nonlinear and medium-intensity nonlinear systems.

Saccharides are a sort of ubiquitous and vital molecules within the whole ***,the application of saccharides analysis with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI-MS)is restricted by their low ionization efficiency and the instability of the sialic acid *** strategy based on nonreductive amination provides a good solution,however,this is often time consuming and may result in sample loss due to removal of excessive derivatization ***,hydralazine(HZN)was utilized as a reactive matrix for labeling reducing saccharides directly on MALDI target which eliminated tedious sample preparation and avoided sample *** optimization,effective and reproducible on-MALDI-target derivatization of neutral and acidic saccharides was achieved in both positive and negative *** with 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid(DHB)and 9-aminoacridine(9-AA),HZN improved the detection sensitivity of reducing saccharides and provided more abundant fragment ions in MS/MS ***,26 kinds of neutral glycans and 5 kinds of sialic glycans were identified from ovalbumin(OVA)and bovine fetuin,*** with the statistical models,this strategy could be used to distinguish and predict samples of 6 brands of beer,and discriminate 2 kinds of beer fermentation *** addition,HZN was applied for quantitative analysis of glucose in urine samples,and the obtained urine glucose concentrations of diabetic patients were consistent with the clinical test results,showing the potential of qualitative and quantitative analysis of reducing saccharides in complex samples.

Developing fluorescence porous probe for detecting and eliminating Cu^(2+) contamination in water or biosystem is an essential research project that has attracted considerable ***,improving the fluorescence detecting efficiency while enhancing the adsorption capacity of the porous probe is of great ***,a bifunctional two-dimensional imine-based porous covalent organic framework(TTP-COF)probe was designed and synthesized from 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene(TAPB)and 2,4,6-Triformylphloroglucinol(TP)***-COF displayed rapid detection of Cu^(2+)(limit of detection(LOD)=10 nmol·L^(−1) while achieving a high adsorption capacity of 214 mg·g^(−1)(pH=6)at room temperature with high reusability(>5 cycles).The key roles and contributions of highπ-conjugate and delocalized electrons in TABP and functional–OH groups in TP were *** importantly,the fluorescence quenching mechanism of TTP-COF was studied by density functional theory theoretical calculations,revealing the crucial role of intramolecular hydrogen bonds among C=N and–OH groups and the blocking of the excited state intramolecular proton transfer process in detecting process of Cu^(2+).

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common subtype of liver *** primary treatment strategies for HCC currently include liver transplantation and surgical ***,these methods often yield unsatisfactory outcomes,leading to a poor prognosis for many *** underscores the urgent need to identify and evaluate novel therapeutic targets that can improve the prognosis and survival rate of HCC *** To construct a radiomics model that can accurately predict the EZH2 expression in *** Gene expression,clinical parameters,HCC-related radiomics,and fibroblastrelated genes were acquired from public databases.A gene model was developed,and its clinical efficacy was assessed *** sensitivity analysis was conducted with identified hub *** features were extracted and machine learning algorithms were employed to generate a radiomics model related to the hub genes.A nomogram was used to illustrate the prognostic significance of the computed Radscore and the hub genes in the context of HCC patient *** EZH2 and NRAS were independent predictors for prognosis of HCC and were utilized to construct a predictive gene *** model demonstrated robust performance in diagnosing HCC and predicted an unfavorable prognosis.A negative correlation was observed between EZH2 expression and drug *** EZH2 expression was linked to poorer prognosis,and its diagnostic value in HCC surpassed that of the risk model.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,also showed superior efficiency in predicting EZH2 *** Radscore was higher in the group with high EZH2 expression.A nomogram was constructed to visually demonstrate the significant roles of the radiomics model and EZH2 expression in predicting the overall survival of HCC *** EZH2 plays significant roles in diagnosing HCC and therapeutic efficacy.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,ef

绿色创新是实现资源型城市经济可持续发展的有力支撑,探究产业结构升级与政府生态环境注意力对资源型城市绿色创新效率的影响机理,对于破除资源型城市产业发展路径锁定具有重要意义。基于2006—2020年中国115个地级资源型城市面板数据,运用产业结构层次指数、文本分析法与超效率SBM模型,表征并刻画资源型城市产业结构升级、政府生态环境注意力与绿色创新效率的时空演化特征,通过多元线性回归评估资源型城市产业结构升级与政府生态环境注意力提升对绿色创新效率的影响及作用路径。研究发现:(1)资源型城市产业结构升级与政府生态环境注意力增加显著提升了城市绿色创新效率,该结论经过多重稳健性检验后依然成立。(2)从产业结构升级与政府生态环境注意力提升对绿色创新效率的作用效果上看,中、西部城市优于东部城市,再生型、成熟型城市优于衰退型和成长型城市,森林型城市优于油气型、钢铁型、有色金属型和煤炭型城市。(3)资源型城市产业结构升级与政府生态环境注意力增强通过提升经济效益、社会效益和环境效益三个渠道影响城市绿色创新效率的动态变化。

长江经济带发展战略的深入实施离不开科技创新与绿色发展的协调发展和共同进步。基于城市群视域,采用熵权法、超效率SBM模型、耦合协调度模型以及Tobit模型等方法,从多维度视角探讨2010~2019年长江经济带三大城市群85个城市科技创新与生态效率的耦合协调关系及其时空演变特征,并对二者耦合协调度的主要影响因素进行分析。结果表明:(1)长江经济带整体科技创新水平呈平稳上升趋势,生态效率水平呈降-升-降-升的“W”型变动趋势。科技创新与生态效率耦合协调度呈先升后降的倒“U”型波动上升趋势,且三大城市群空间差异性明显,呈现长三角城市群>长江中游城市群>成渝城市群的空间分布格局;(2)整体耦合协调发展水平存在显著的空间自相关特征,且多数城市表现为低低集聚,其中长三角城市群呈显著的“东高西低”型空间集聚特征,长江中游城市群与成渝城市群空间集聚特征不显著;(3)经济发展水平、劳动力集聚、对外开放程度以及产业结构对整体耦合协调水平有显著正向影响。基于以上结论,提出加大长江经济带生态环境保护力度、重视区域发展异质性、引进培育创新人才以及积极开展对外开放交流等政策建议。

独词句是一种特殊的语言现象,它在形式上极度简化,却能完成一个句子的功能。目前国内的独词句研究主要在非主谓句范畴内开展,国外则是在叹词范畴内讨论。本文总结独词句的研究现状,包括对独词句性质与地位的传统认识,分析传统认识存在的问题,说明独词句研究的关键在于解决其形式与功能上的不匹配。对此,弗雷格的命题函数理论与维特根斯坦的语言游戏论可以提供解决独词句问题的新思路,据此建立起独词句的新研究范式,推进独词句研究的深入发展。

唯物史观是揭示人类社会历史客观发展规律的历史观和方法论,是历史学科诸核心素养得以达成的理论保证。在唯物史观素养培育中,课堂历史叙事应遵从唯物史观由物质实践出发解释观念的基本逻辑,即以聚焦历史现象为起点,透视现象、由果溯因剖析历史因素,搭建不同历史现象与因素之间的深层关联,逐步引申历史观念,实现从具象层面到抽象层面,从知识层面到实践层面的递进,使唯物史观“润物无声”地在学生心底扎根生长。
