In-memory computing(IMC), leveraging emerging memories, holds significant promise in overcoming memory limitations and improving energy efficiency. However, the prevailing IMC array structure based on serially connected transistors and memory cells(1T1R/2T2R), along with the signed weight mapping scheme, can lead to asymmetrical weight sensing issues(AWS) due to electrical asymmetry within the1T1R/2T2R structure, particularly in highly scaled cells where the transistor's resistance becomes significant. In this paper, we propose and fabricate an electrically symmetric memory cell based on a physically isolated 2T2R structure for IMC. This design aims to enhance the precision and density of RRAM-based IMC arrays. The 2T2R cells are manufactured using the back-end-of-line(BEOL) process of a commercial40 nm technology platform. The feasibility of this design is verified through measured and simulated results,showcasing its capability to address the issue of AWS. Compared to conventional 2T2R cells, this design achieves a considerably smaller transistor footprint without compromising accuracy, while also improving integration density by 42.2%. These innovative memory cell advancements have the potential to further advance high-energy-efficient IMC technology.

Effect of Tanshinone IIA on High Glucose-induced Apoptosis and Oxidative Stress Damage in Vascular Endothelial Cells

Objective: The primary cause of microvascular disease in diabetic complications is long-term hyperglycemia, wherein the damage and apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells play a significant role. Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate(STS) has been found to have beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. This study aimed to investigate the impact of STS on high glucose-induced apoptosis and oxidative stress damage in vascular endothelial cells, as well as its potential protective mechanisms. Methods:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were divided into five groups:low-glucose group, high-glucose group, and three STS groups(STS-a, STS-b, and STS-c). The low-glucose group was incubated with DMEM low-sugar medium containing 5.5 mmol·L-1glucose, while the high-glucose group was treated with 33.3mmol·L-1glucose. The STS groups were exposed to 10, 30, and 50 μg·m L-1of STS,respectively. Each group was cultured for 72 h, and the MTT method was utilized to assess cell proliferation. Additionally, flow cytometry was employed to monitor changes in cell apoptosis and cellular oxidative stress indicators at 24, 48, and 72 h of cell culture in each group. Results: As time went on, the cell proliferation ability and apoptosis rate of each group gradually increased. The high-glucose group exhibited lower proliferation ability compared to the other groups. The STS-c group demonstrated the highest OD value for proliferation ability(24 h: 1.19±0.12; 48 h: 1.20±0.13; 72 h:1.25 ±0.12), but it was still lower than that of the low-sugar group. Notably, the high-glucose group had the highest cell apoptosis rate, while the low-glucose group had the lowest. The apoptosis rate of the STS-c group(24 h: 8.02±0.13; 48 h: 10.10±0.12;72 h: 13.18 ±0.11)% was between that of the low-glucose group and the high-glucose group, and lower than the STS-a and STS-b groups. Elbow wear is a major threat to the multiphase pipeline transportation industry,which has a negative impact on the stable operation of the transportation *** order to find the wear reduction methods of elbows in the fluidization pipeline transportation system for 2000-meter-deep coal resources,the swirler was installed upstream of the elbows,and wear simulations and tests of three kinds of elbows were carried *** results showed that the maximum wear rate(MWR)of elbows increased and then decreased along the elbow *** to the different directions of gravity,the heavy wear position(HWP)of the horizontal-vertical(H-V)elbow was in front of the vertical-horizontal(V-H)*** the downstream portion of the horizontal-horizontal(H-H)elbow was still a horizontal pipe,the HWP of the H-H elbow almost covered the whole *** swirler placed upstream of the elbows could make the particles at the elbow move to the intrados of the elbows,resulting in less collision between the particles and the extrados of the elbows,thus reducing the wear of the *** wear reduction effects of swirlers on three different elbows were favorably connected with the guide vane angle(GVA)and negatively correlated with the guide vane length(GVL),decreased first and then increased as the guide vane height(GVH)increased,and were little affected by the guide vane number(GVN)and the guide vane thickness(GVT).The mathematical models between the MWR of the elbows and guide vane parameters were *** bench tests,the wear reduction effect of three kinds of elbows under the optimal guide vane parameters was 58.4%,76.9%,and 78.6%,*** errors between the bench test results and the simulation results were around 10%.

WeldNet:A voxel-based deep learning network for point cloud annular weld seam detection

Weld seam detection is an important part of automated *** present,few studies have been conducted on annular weld seams,and a lot of defects exist in the point cloud model of the tube sheet obtained by RGB-D cameras and photography *** at the above problems,this paper proposed an annular weld seam detection network named WeldNet where a voxel feature encoding layer was adaptively improved for annular weld seams,the sparse convolutional network and region proposal network(RPN)were used to detect annular weld seam position,and an annular weld seam detection loss function was ***,an annular weld seam dataset was established to train the *** with the random sampling consistency(RANSAC)method,WeldNet has a higher detection accuracy,as well as a higher detection success rate which has increased by 23%.Compared with U-Net,WeldNet has been proven to achieve a better detection result,and the intersection over the union of the weld seam detection is improved by 17.8%.

The successful observation of gravitational waves has provided humanity with an additional method to explore the universe,particularly black *** this study,we utilize data from LIGO and Virgo gravitational wave observations to test the first law of black hole mechanics,employing two different *** consider the secondary compact object as a perturbation to the primary black hole before the merger,and the remnant black hole as a stationary black hole after the *** the pre-merger and post-merger analysis,our results demonstrate consistency with the first law,with an error level of approximate 25%at a68%credibility level for *** the full inspiral-merger-ringdown analysis,our results show consistency with the first law of black hole mechanics,with an error level of about 6%at a 68%credibility level and 10%at a 95%credibility level for ***,we observe that the higher the mass ratio of the gravitational wave source,the more consistent our results are with the first law of black hole ***,our study sheds light on the nature of compact binary coalescence and their implications for black hole mechanics.

To address the hazardous by-product of zinc smelting and resource utilization of jarosite residue,this study applies an electric field-assisted hot acid treatment to completely recycle iron(Fe).This innovative approach aims to enhance the leaching efficiency of Fe from jarosite *** introduction of an electric field changes the charge distribution on the surface of the particles to enhance ions and electrons exchange and promotes the collision between particles to strengthen reaction *** on the above,the leaching efficiency of Fe in jarosite under sulfuric acid attack has improved *** result shows that Fe leaching efficiency reaches 98.83%,which is increased by 28%under the optimal experimental conditions:current density of 30 mA·cm^(-2),H_(2)SO_(4) concentration of 1.5 mol·L^(-1),solid-liquid ratio of 70 g·L^(-1),temperature of 80℃ and time of 12 *** kinetics calculations show that the apparent activation energy is 16.97 kJ·mol^(-1) and the leaching of jarosite residue is controlled by a mixture of chemical reaction and diffusion,as well as the temperature and concentration of the leaching solution have an influence on *** work provides a feasible idea for the efficient leaching of Fe from jarosite residue.
