BACKGROUND As the primary microtubule organizing center in animal cells,centrosome abnormalities are involved in human colon *** To explore the role of centrosome-related genes(CRGs)in colon *** CRGs were collected from public *** clustering analysis was performed to separate the Cancer Genome Atlas *** Cox and least absolute shrinkage selection operator regression analyses were performed to identify candidate prognostic CRGs and construct a centrosome-related signature(CRS)to score colon cancer patients.A nomogram was developed to evaluate the CRS risk in colon cancer *** integrated bioinformatics analysis was conducted to explore the correlation between the CRS and tumor immune microenvironment and response to immunotherapy,chemotherapy,and targeted ***-cell transcriptome analysis was conducted to examine the immune cell landscape of core prognostic *** A total of 726 CRGs were collected from public databases.A CRS was constructed,which consisted of the following four genes:TSC1,AXIN2,COPS7A,and *** cancer patients with a high-risk signature had poor *** with a high-risk signature exhibited decreased levels of plasma cells and activated memory CD4+T *** treatment response,patients with a high-risk signature were resistant to immunotherapy,chemotherapy,and targeted ***7A expression was relatively high in endothelial cells and ***1 expression was high in endothelial cells,fibroblasts,and malignant *** We constructed a centrosome-related prognostic signature that can accurately predict the prognosis of colon cancer patients,contributing to the development of individualized treatment for colon cancer.

Norovirus(NoV)is regarded as one of the most common causes of foodborne diarrhea in the *** is urgent to identify the pathogenic microorganism of the diarrhea in short *** this work,we developed an electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode detection for NoV based on the excellent dual catalytic properties of copper peroxide/COF-NH_(2)nanocomposite(CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)).For the colorimetric detection,NoV can be directly detected by the naked eye based on CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)as a laccase-like nonazyme using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition *** colorimetric assay displayed a wide and quality linear detection range from 1 copy/mL to 5000 copies/mL of NoV with a low limit of detection(LOD)of 0.125 copy/*** the electrochemical detection of NoV,CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)showed an oxidation peak of copper ion from Cu^(+)to Cu^(2+)using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition *** electrochemical assay showed a linear detection range was 1-5000 copies/mL with a LOD of 0.152 copy/***'s worthy to note that this assay does not need other electrical signal molecule,which provide the stable and sensitive electrochemial detection for *** electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode detection was used to detect NoV in foods and faceal samples,which has the potential for improving food safety and diagnosing of NoV-infected diarrhea.

Potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs)are widely regarded as highly promising energy storage devices,due to their exceptional energy density,impressive power density,and abundant potassium ***,restricted by the inherent capacitive storage mechanism,the carbon cathodes possess a much lower specific capacity than battery-type ***,designing high-performance carbon cathodes is extremely urgent for the development of ***,N,O codoped porous carbon(NOPC)was fabricated through the NaCl hard template method and combined KOH/melamine chemical activation technique,displaying the characteristics of abundant N/O content(4.7 at%/16.9 at%),ultrahigh specific surface area(3092 m^(2)g^(-1))and hierarchical pore *** designed NOPC cathode delivers a high specific capacity(164.4 mAh.g^(-1)at 0.05 A.g^(-1))and superior cyclability(95.1%retention ratio at 2 A·g^(-1)over 2500 cycles).Notably,the adjustable ratio of micropores to mesopores facilitates the achievement of the optimal bal-ance between capacity and rate ***,the pseudocapacitance can be further augmented through the incorporation of N/O functional *** expected,the graphite//NOPC based PIHC possesses a high energy density of 113 Wh·kg-at 747 W·kg^(-1)and excellent capacity retention of 84.4% fter 400 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(-1).This work introduces a novel strategy for designing carbon cathodes that enhances the electrochemical performance of PIHCs.

Two-dimensional(2D)carbon nitride sheets(CNs)with atomically thin structures are regarded as one of the most promising materials for solar energy ***,due to their substantially enlarged bandgap caused by the strong quantum size effect and their incomplete polymerisation with a large number of non-condensed surface amino groups,the practical applicability of CNs in photocatalysis is *** this study,CNs with broad visible-light absorption were synthesised using a 5-min fast thermal *** removal of uncondensed amine groups reduces the bandgap of CNs from 3.06 eV to 2.60 eV,increasing their absorption of visible ***,the CNs were distorted after annealing,which can differentiate the spatial positions of electrons and holes,enhancing the visible-light absorption *** a result,when exposed to visible light,the photocatalytic hydrogen production activity of atomically thin 2D CNs rose by 8.38 *** research presents a dependable and speedy method for creating highly effective visible-light photocatalysts with narrowed bandgaps and improved visible-light absorption.

Drought is a major threat to alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)*** discovery of important alfalfa genes regulating drought response will facilitate breeding for drought-resistant alfalfa ***,we report a genome-wide association study of drought resistance in *** identified and functionally characterized an MYB-like transcription factor gene(MsMYBH),which increases the drought resistance in *** with the wild-types,the biomass and forage quality were enhanced in MsMYBH overexpressed *** RNA-seq,proteomics and chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis showed that MsMYBH can directly bind to the promoters of MsMCP1,MsMCP2,MsPRX1A and MsCARCAB to improve their *** outcomes of such interactions include better water balance,high photosynthetic efficiency and scavenge excess H_(2)O_(2)in response to ***,an E3 ubiquitin ligase(MsWAV3)was found to induce MsMYBH degradation under long-term drought,via the 26S proteasome ***,variable-number tandem repeats in MsMYBH promoter were characterized among a collection of germplasms,and the variation is associated with promoter ***,our findings shed light on the functions of MsMYBH and provide a pivotal gene that could be leveraged for breeding drought-resistant *** discovery also offers new insights into the mechanisms of drought resistance in alfalfa.

为进一步提升跨模态检索性能,提出自注意力相似度迁移跨模态哈希网络模型。设计了一种通道空间混合自注意力机制强化关注图像的关键信息,并使用共同注意力方法加强模态信息交互,提高特征学习质量;为在哈希空间重构相似关系,采用迁移学习的方法利用实值空间相似度引导哈希码的生成。在3个常用的数据集MIRFLICKR-25K、IAPR TC-12和MSCOCO上与深度跨模态哈希(DCMH)、成对关系引导的深度哈希(PRDH)、跨模态汉明哈希(CMHH)等优秀方法进行对比实验,结果显示哈希码长度为64 bit的条件下,所提模型在3个数据集图像检索文本任务的平均精确度均值(MAP)达到72.3%,文本检索图像任务的MAP达到70%,高于对比方法。

目的初步探讨光学基因组图谱技术(OGM)在杜氏肌营养不良(DMD)中的诊断价值。方法对1例疑似DMD的患儿进行OGM分析,以期发现致病的分子基础。结果 1例男性患儿,7月龄时发现肌酸激酶显著升高,临床疑诊DMD。经多重连接依赖性探针扩增分析(MLPA)和全外显子组测序检测均未发现致病性基因变异。21月龄独走不稳,易摔跤,查体发现双侧腓肠肌肥大、肌力低下。2岁时通过OGM识别出DMD基因内一个长约711kb的臂内倒位,涉及该基因44~55号区段的12个外显子,实现了该患儿的分子诊断。结论 OGM技术能够成功识别出DMD基因的倒位突变,有望成为该病的补充诊断手段。

Significant spatiotemporal variation in human livelihood patterns and its relationship to trans-Eurasian exchange and climate change in north China during the late Neolithic and Bronze Age, has been intensively studied in recent years, but the comprehensive influence of natural and social factors on this variation is not well understood. Therefore, we analyze archaeobotanical, zooarchaeological and carbon isotopic data from late Neolithic and Bronze Age sites in agricultural, pastoral, and agro-pastoral regions of north China. Our results demonstrate human subsistence strategies transformed at different speeds in these three geographic areas after wheat, barley, and sheep, goats, and cattle were introduced into north China. Introduced crops and livestock dominated human livelihoods in pastoral regions and became important subsistence in areas above ~1500 m a.s.l. in agro-pastoral regions after ~3600 BP. In agricultural regions, indigenous millet crops were the most important subsistence throughout 6000– 2200 BP, but wheat use increased significantly around 2700 BP. Our study suggests that the introduction of new crops and herbivorous livestock related to the prehistoric trans-Eurasian exchange, and their adaptive advantage in high-cold environments might have rapidly facilitated human adaptability and social development in pastoral regions and northwest margin of agro-pastoral regions during the Bronze Age.
