Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

With the rapid development of economy, industrial and agricultural pollutants have caused great damage to the ecological environment and the normal development of organisms, posing a serious threat to global public health. Therefore, rapid and sensitive detection of pollutants is very important for environmental safety and people’s health. A stable multi-response fluorescence sensor(RhB@1) with dual emission characteristics was constructed by embedding Rh B guest molecules in Zn-MOF using a simple one-pot method. XRD, IR, XPS, Raman and other characterization methods were used to demonstrate the formation of composite materials. The sensor has two fluorescence emission peaks at 415 nm and 575nm under the excitation of 316 nm. It has high sensitivity and low detection limit(7.94 and 7.82 nmol/L,respectively) in the detection of fluazinam(FLU) and Fe^(3+). The mechanism of fluorescence quenching may be due to the synergistic effect of IFE and PET. Outstandingly, when ascorbate acid(AA) was added to the quenching system of Fe^(3+) and Rh B@1, its fluorescence gradually recovered, forming the unique“on-off-on” sensor. Therefore, RhB@1 has a fast fluorescence response and good stability, making it potentially useful in practical application and biosensors. More significantly, using Fe^(3+)and AA as chemical input signals, a binary intelligent logic gate device has been developed based on the “on-off-on” response mode of RhB@1, which extends the application of logic gate switching devices in the chemical field. In addition, a visual portable test paper with good selectivity and high sensitivity was developed, which can be used for rapid detection of FLU, showing its broad application prospect.

Geochemical compositions can be used to determine the tectonic setting of sedimentary basins,while where the link of source to sink is no longer preserved,detrital zircon age patterns can aid in resolving the original basin *** metasedimentary Legoupil Formation,located at Cape Legoupil and the Schmidt Peninsula,could give a hint for the tectonic evolution of Antarctic *** this contribution,we constrain the sedimentary provenance of the Legoupil Formation through geochemistry and detrital zircon U-Pb *** petrography and geochemical features indicate that the provenance of the Legoupil Formation could be felsic *** zircon grains record a steady supply of Permian and Ordovician material into the Legoupil *** youngest concordant zircon ages of 262 Ma suggest that the depositional time of Legoupil Formation is no older than Late *** detrital zircon age spectrum of Legoupil Formation suggests that the Legoupil Formation sediments should be derived from regional sources endemic to western Gondwana prior to its *** with the previous studies,geochemistry and detrital zircons reflect an active continental margin tectonic setting and the detrital zircon spectra of Legoupil Formation are similar to the ones deposited in forearc tectonic setting.

Aqueous Zn metal batteries (AZMBs) have gained widespread attention due to their high theoretica specific capacity,good safety,and low *** Zn anodes suffer from serious problems of dendrites and side reactions,which should be solved by modifying the Zn anode (Zn host,protective layer),electrolyte,and *** materials with structurally tunable and physicochemical stability properties have been widely used in the study of Zn anode protection and have also been reviewed in the past ***,review reports on carbon-based Zn anodes for Zn anode protection from new perspectives are still urgently ***,the timeliness of the review reports is very valuable for researchers to timely and accurately understand the dynamics of the research ***,this review firs reports the significance of AZMBs and summarizes the current main challenges that should be solved for practical ***,the ways to construct long-life Zn anodes using carbon materials from the perspectives of modified carbon materials with gradient properties (gradient zincophilicity,gradient electrical conductivity,and multigradient deposition) as protective layers/hosts to guide Zn ions toward bottom-up gradient Zn deposition are *** addition,the recent advances of carbon materials for electrolyte and separator modifications are ***,the remaining challenges and future perspectives of carbon materials in AZMBs Zn anode protection are briefly outlined.

lipids are an important global commodity and industrial raw *** of the lipids consumed worldwide are derived from *** 2017,the total production of vegetable oils and animal fats was estimated at 206.1 million tons per year,with vegetable oils accounting for∼87%of this total(Mielke,2017).Oilseed crops,a major source of vegetable oils,store triglycerides primarily in seeds and fruits,with variation in the specific types of oils produced(Zanetti et al.,2013).A comprehensive understanding of the genes and mechanisms associated with lipid biosynthesis in various oilseed crops is essential for improving oil content traits in these crops through molecular biology and breeding(Xu and Shanklin,2016).

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an inflammatory disease accompanied by abnormal synovial microenvironment(SM).Sesquiterpene lactones(SLs)are the main anti-inflammatory ingredients of many traditional herbs utilized in RA treatment.α-Methylene-γ-butyrolactone(α-M-γ-B)is a core moiety that widely exists in natural *** study was designed to investigate the anti-arthritic potential ofα-M-γ-B as an independent small molecule in vitro and in vivo.α-M-γ-B exhibited stronger electrophilicity and anti-inflammatory effects than the other six analogs.α-M-γ-B inhibited the production of pro-inflammatory mediators via repolarizing M1 macrophages into M2 *** transcriptome sequencing suggested thatα-M-γ-B regulated the immune system ***,α-M-γ-B attenuated collagen type II-induced arthritic(CIA)phenotype,restored the balance of Tregs-macrophages and remodeled SM via repolarizing the synovial-associated macrophages in CIA ***,althoughα-M-γ-B did not prevent the trans-nucleus of NF-κB it interfered with the DNA binding activity of NF-κB via direct interaction with the sulfhydryl in cysteine residue of NF-κB p65,which blocked the activation of NF-κ*** of NF-κB reduced the M1 polarization of macrophage and suppressed the synovial hyperplasia and angiogenesis.α-M-γ-B failed to ameliorate CIA in the presence of N-acetylcysteine or when the mice were subjected to the macrophage-specific deficiency of *** conclusion,α-M-γ-B significantly attenuated the CIA phenotype by directly targeting NF-κB p65 and inhibiting its DNA binding *** results suggest thatα-M-γ-B has the potential to serve as an alternative candidate for treating *** greater electrophilicity ofα-M-γ-B,the basis for triggering strong anti-inflammatory activity,accounts for the reason whyα-M-γ-B is evolutionarily conserved in the SLs by medical plants.

Metal coordination polymer have increasingly attracted intense attention for their charming structures and potential applications in luminescence,catalysis,gas absorption and separation,magnetism,*** Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymers {[Zn(dppa)(bpy)(HO)]·HO}n(1),{[Zn(dppa)(phen)]·HO}n(2),[Cd(H2 dppa)(bpy)]n(3),{[Cd(dppa)(dye)]·HO}n(4),{Cd(dppa)(HO)]·HO}n(5),{[Cd2(dppa)(bpe)(HO)]·HO}n(6) and [Cd5(dppa)2(tib)2(H2 O)6]n(7)(H4 dppa=5-(3’4’-dicarboxylphenoxy)isophthalic acid,phen=1,10-phenanthroline,bpy= 2,2’-bipyridine,dye=2,2’-dipyridylamine,bpe=1,2-bis(4-pyridy)ethane,tib=1-tetrazole-4-imidazole-benzene),were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses,IR spectroscopy,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** 1-3 are 1 D ring *** 4 shows a 2 D bilayer network based on quarnuclear cadmium cluster linked by(dppa)*** 5 displays a 2 D bilayer network structure based on trinuclear cadmium cluster,in which(dppa)4-ion shows two different coordination *** from the above compounds,polymer 6 possesses a 3 D network structure based on dinuclear cadmium units cross-linked by(dppa)4-ions and bpe *** 7 forms 2 D network structure containing a 1 D channel and Cd-O polyhedra chain inserting in 2 D *** 1-7,weak hydrogen bonding and π…π stacking contacts link the discrete 1 D chains or 2 D network to form high-dimensional supramolecular ***,in 1-7,(dppa)4-ligand display eight different coordination modes and conformations,which may show a natural synergy in structural diversity of the resultant *** addition,the thermal stabilities and photoluminescence properties were also studied.

The ever-growing energy demand and environmental issues have stimulated the development of sustainable energy ***,an efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical transformation technology was proposed to prepare highly graphitized carbon materials from an abundant natural resource-lignin （LG）.The preparation process mainly includes pyrolytic carbonization of raw LG material and electrochemical conversion of amorphous carbon ***,with the assistance of Co catalyst,the graphitization degree of the products was significantly improved,in which the mechanism was the removal of heteroatoms in LG and the rearrangement of carbon atoms into graphite ***,tunable microstructures （nanoflakes） under catalytic effects could also be observed by controlling the electrolytic *** with the products CN1 （without catalyst） and CN5 （with 10%catalyst）,the specific surface area are 158.957 and202.246 m2g-1,*** used as the electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,CN5 delivered a competitive specific capacity of～350 m Ah g-1（0.5 C） compared with commercial *** strategy proposed in this work provides an effective way to extract value-added graphite materials from lignin and can be extended to the graphitization conversion of any other amorphous carbon precursor materials.

Background:Pregnancy in women with pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)is a fatal condition,despite the effectiveness of PAH-specific *** coverage status and effect of specific therapies in pregnant patients with PAH without cardiac shunts in China remain *** investigate this issue,we conducted a multicenter retrospective study in northern ***:The study included 85 patients who were admitted to 4 clinical centers in Shandong Province between October 2010 and August *** endpoint events included(1)maternal death and/or(2)major adverse cardiac events,both occurring during pregnancy or within 6 weeks ***:Although the overall mortality rate was encouraging(11.8%),the number of patients receiving PAH-specific therapies was extremely low(28.2%).Moreover,only 15.3%of patients received adequate duration of PAH-specific therapy(≥4 weeks)before delivery,and this subgroup showed the lowest major adverse cardiac events rate(7.7%)compared with that in the untreated(19.7%)and short-time treated groups(lity ***-term PAH-specific therapy does not guarantee favorable maternal *** screening,early identification,and timely intervention are expected to improve maternal outcomes in pregnant women with PAH.
