设计合成了一系列以邻菲罗啉为第二配体的离子型环金属铱配合物,通过核磁共振和质谱分析对其结构进行了表征,通过紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和循环伏安法对其光物理性质进行了研究,并测试了其电致化学发光性能。结果表明:配合物1[(pq)2Ir(phen)](PF6)和2[(dpq)2Ir(phen)](PF6)波峰在554.5 nm和566.5 nm处,发射黄色光;3[(pqcm)2Ir(phen)](PF6)和4[(pqca)2Ir(phen)](PF6)波峰在621 nm和618.5nm处,发射红色光。几种配合物的荧光量子效率在2.5%~7.9%之间,配合物1的量子效率最高,为7.9%。配合物1的电致发光效率是最好的,在相同条件下为三联吡啶钌([Ru(bpy)3]2+)的9.50倍,表明该铱配合物在电致化学发光领域有很好的应用潜力。

Na-metasomatite uranium deposits are an important type of large-tonnage low-grade uranium deposit. They are characterized by an intimate association between uranium minerals and albite， and by the common development of syn-ore hydrothermal zircons. Similar to other types of uranium deposits， constraining an accurate age of mineralization remains a challenge for the Na-metasomatite type ones. In this study， we present for the first time， an approach that combines age dating results from the syn-ore albites (40Ar-39Ar) and hydrothermal zircons （U-Pb） for a typical Na-metasomatite uranium deposit， the Xinshuijing deposit in the Longshoushan metallogenic belt of northwest China. The hydrothermal zircon U-Pb and albite40Ar-39Ar ages are consistent with each other （378-366 Ma; within error）， but also identical to the previously reported uraninite chemical U-Pb ages （approximately 370 Ma）. The coupled application of hydrothermal zircon U-Pb and albite40Ar-39Ar age dating is thus regarded as a robust approach for constraining the age of mineralization for Na-metasomatite uranium deposits. An age gap of approximately 70 m.y. between uranium mineralization （～ 370 Ma） and host granitoid emplacement （about 440 Ma） suggests no direct genetic linkage between the two. Further exploration in the surrounding metamorphic units is therefore suggested， rather than only focusing on the host granitoids， especially where intensive wallrock alteration and structural features are pervasive. The varied hydrothermal zircon δ18O isotope compositions are attributed to the significant fluid-wallrock interaction during the uranium mineralization， which is consistent with our previous fluid inclusion and geochemical studies. Our study highlights the importance of selecting appropriate isotopic dating methods， which is informed by detailed paragenetic and geochemical analysis of dateable minerals formed before or coeval to the main-stage uranium mineralization. BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain *** To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of *** Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November ***-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(P<0.00001),left ventricular ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,P<0.00001]and 6-min walk test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,P<0.00001),and reduced N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/L[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,P<0.00001],brain natriuretic peptide by 80.95 ng/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,P<0.00001),and left ventricular endsystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,P<0.00001).Regarding safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

Background:Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)poses a significant challenge to liver transplantation(LT).The underlying mechanism primarily involves overactivation of the immune *** shock protein 110(HSP110)functions as a molecular chaperone that helps stabilize protein ***:An IRI model was established by performing LT on Sprague-Dawley rats,and HSP110 was silenced using ***-eosin staining,TUNEL,immunohistochemistry,ELISA and liver enzyme analysis were performed to assess IRI following *** blotting and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were conducted to investigate the pertinent molecular ***:Our findings revealed a significant increase in the expression of HSP110 at both the mRNA and protein levels in the rat liver following LT(P<0.05).However,when rats were injected with siRNAHSP110,IRI subsequent to LT was notably reduced(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of liver enzymes and inflammatory chemokines in rat serum were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Silencing HSP110 with siRNA resulted in a marked decrease in M1-type polarization of Kupffer cells in the liver and downregulated the NF-κB pathway in the liver(P<0.05).Conclusions:HSP110 in the liver promotes IRI after LT in rats by activating the NF-κB pathway and inducing M1-type polarization of Kupffer *** HSP110 to prevent IRI after LT may represent a promising new approach for the treatment of LT-associated IRI.

Flood frequency in river source regions is significantly affected by rainfall and snowmelt as part of climatic changes.A traditional univariate flood frequency analysis cannot reflect the complexity of floods,and when used in isolation,it can only underestimate flood *** effective flood prevention and mitigation,it is essential to consider the combined effects of precipitation and *** functions can effectively quantify the joint distribution relationship between floods and their associated variables without restrictions on their distribution *** study uses copula functions to consider a multivariate probability distribution model of flood peak flow(Q)with cumulative snowmelt(CSm)and cumulative precipitation(CPr)for the Hutubi River basin located in northern Xinjiang,*** joint frequencies of rainfall and snowmelt floods are predicted using copula models based on the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 *** results show that Q has a significant positive correlation with 24-d CSm(r=0.559,p=0.002)and 23-d CPr(r=0.965,p<0.05).Flood frequency will increase in the future,and mid-(2050e2074)and long-term(2075e2099)floods will be more severe than those in the near-term(2025e2049).The probability of flood occurrence is higher under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP1-2.6 scenarios than under *** during the historical period(1990e2014)led to extreme floods,and increasing future precipitation trends are found to be *** increases with rising temperatures and occurs earlier than estimated,leading to an earlier flood period in the basin and more frequent snowmelt *** Q under the joint return period is larger than that during the same univariate return *** difference indicates that neglecting the interaction between precipitation and snowmelt for floods leads to an underestimation of the flood risk(with underestimations ranging from 0.3%to 22%).The underestimations decrease with an increase
