Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)can cause liver fibrosis and lead to cirrhosis and *** the effectiveness of antiviral therapy to reverse liver fibrosis is limited,We aimed to evaluate the effect of An-Luo-hua-Xian pill(ALHX)on fibrosis regression in CHB patients treated with entecavir(ETV).Methods:Treatment-naïve patients with CHB were randomly treated with ETV alone or combined with ALHX(ETV+ALHX)between October 1,2013 and December 31,***,laboratory,and liver histology data before and after 78 weeks of treatment were *** Ishak fibrosis score(F)was used and fibrosis regression required a decrease in F of≥1 after ***:A total of 780 patients were enrolled,and 394 with a second liver biopsy after treatment were included in the per-protocol population,132 in ETV group and 262 in ETV+ALHX *** 78 weeks of treatment,the fibrosis regression rate in the ETV+ALHX group was significantly higher than that of the ETV group at baseline F≥3 patients:124/211(58.8%)vs.45/98(45.9%),p=*** percentage of patients with a decreased liver stiffness measurement(LSM)was higher in the ETV+ALHX group:156/211(73.9%)vs.62/98(63.%),p=*** regression analysis showed that ETV combined with ALHX was associated with fibrosis regression[odds ratio(OR)=1.94,p=0.018],and a family history of hepatocellular carcinoma was on the contrary.(OR=0.41,p=0.031).Conclusions:ETV combined with ALHX increased liver fibrosis regression in CHB patients.

The professor Wei-hua ZHANG’s experiences in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with"warmingunblocking needling method"was introduced in this *** believes that obstruction is the crucial in pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea no matter of the excess or the deficiency *** and unblocking principle is the essential in ***,an unique therapeutic method is innovated,named warming-unblocking needling method,including three-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Sanyinjiao(三阴交SP6),two-layer rotating warming-unblocking technique at Zhongji(中极CV3)and one-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Ciliao(次髎BL32).In this set of needling procedure,acupoint is viewed as a three-dimensional hierarchical structure.A layered and multidirectional needling technique is adopted at main acupoints to enhance the sensations of diqi and to generate heat effect in the ***,moxibustion is combined to intensify warming and unblocking ***,the supplementary acupoints are used in response to *** of the acupoints coordinately warm up the uterus,promote meridian circulation and stop ***,this therapeutic method achieves relatively excellent effect and deserves to be promoted in practice.

Objective to analyze the rule of drug use in treating lung cancer disease by using the theory of fuzheng and dispelling evil in traditional Chinese medicine by data ***:By following ***'s outpatient department,we collected the prescription for the treatment of lung cancer by using frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster ***:746 prescriptions were included in this study,commonly used drugs 170 *** Chinese medicine with a high frequency of use were Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa),Maorenshen(Actinidia valvata Dunn),Shishangbai(Selaginella doederleinii Hieron),Shijianchuan(Salvia chinensis Benth),huangqi(Astragali Radix),Sanyeqing(Tetrastlgma hemsleyanum),Baimaoteng(HerbaSolani),Zhuling(Polyporus),Nvzhenzi(Ligustrum lucidum Ait)*** the analysis of association rule,we find out the core prescription according to the support degree(10%,20%,30%)and the confidence degree,and set the correlation degree to 8 and punishment degree to ***:The core prescription efficacy of the drug group was analyzed and the theoretical connotation of preventive treatment of disease was ***:The core prescription of preventive treatment of disease is to clear up heat and detoxification on the basis of strengthening the spleen,replenishing qi and tonifying *** use of blood supplements and yin tonics throughout the course is reduced during *** treatments also pay attention to the function of spleen and stomach of lung cancer patients,and adjust heat and detoxification force according to different conditions of patients and pay attention to the relief of patients’emotions.

Objective:To study the effect of the YI QI hua YU recipe on Schwann cells in a neuromuscular junction after compression of the L5 nerve root in ***:Using immunohistochemistry, confocal laser scanning techniques and the polyclonal antibody S-100 as a Schwann cell marker, motor endplates were visualized with fluorescein-conjugated a-bungarotoxin(a-BTX). The effects of the YI QI hua YU recipe on Schwann cells in a neuromuscular junction were observed at 10d? 20d? 30d?and 60d after the L5 nerve root was ***:The aggregates ,sprouts and extension of terminal Schwann cells during degeneration, the amount of overlap of terminal Schwann cells with endplates and the reformation of neuromuscular junctions during regeneration were superior in cells treated with the YI QI hua YU recipe than in control ***:The YI QI hua YU recipe can promote the increase of Schwann cells and enhance regeneration. It can also accelerate the reformation of neuromuscular junctions and reduce regeneration time.

Local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.

BACKGROUND: Hepatic fibrosis is the common patholo gical change in various chronic liver diseases,and its major cause is the imbalance between the production and degra dation of the extracellular matrix, which is mainly com posed of collagens. Dan-Shao-hua-Xian ( DSHX) cap sule, a traditional Chinese herbal compound, has shown marked preventive effects on hepatic fibrosis in rats in our previous studies. The present study was designed to further investigate its therapeutic actions on hepatic fibrosis in rats and its possible mechanisms. METHODS: Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divid- ed into normal control group, hepatic fibrosis group, non DSHX-treated group, low-dose-treated group, and high dose-treated group. The rat models of hepatic fibrosis were established by subcutaneous injecton of CC14 , drinking al- cohol , giving diet of hyperliprosis and hypoprotein for 8 weeks. The two DSHX-treated groups were treated respec- tively with low dose (0.5 g/kg) and high dose (1.0 g/kg) of DSHX capsule p. o. everyday for 8 weeks. At the end of the experiment, liver indexes were calculated in each group in addition to the levels of the serum hyaluronic acid and alanine aminotransferase. Their degree of hepatic fibrosis and urinary excretion of hydroxyproline and expression of collagen , were detected. RESULTS: Comparison of the indexes of the hepatic fibro- sis group and non-DSHX-treated group revealed that the liver indexes, levels of serum hyaluronic acid and alanine aminotransferase, and stage of hepatic fibrosis were all sig- nificantly reduced in the two DSHX treated groups. The urinary excretion of hydroxyproline was increased and the expression of collagen I and HI in liver tissue was lessened. These alterations were more obviously observed in the high-dose-treated group. CONCLUSION: DSHX capsule has certain therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis in rats.
