If progress is to be made toward improving geohazard management and emergency decision-making,then lessons need to be learned from past geohazard information.A geologic hazard report provides a useful and reliable source of information about the occurrence of an event,along with detailed information about the condition or factors of the *** such reports,however,can be a challenging process because these texts are often presented in unstructured long text formats,and contain rich specialized and detailed *** text classification is commonly used to mine disaster text data in open domains(e.g.,news and microblogs).But it has limitations to performing contextual long-distance dependencies and is insensitive to discourse *** deficiencies are most obviously exposed in long text ***,this paper uses the bidirectional encoder representations from Transformers(BERT),to model long ***,utilizing a softmax layer to automatically extract text features and classify geohazards without manual *** latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA)model is used to examine the interdependencies that exist between causal variables to visualize *** proposed method is useful in enabling the machine-assisted interpretation of text-based ***,it can help users visualize causes,processes,and other geohazards and assist decision-makers in emergency responses.

Genetic manipulation(either restraint or enhancement)of the biosynthesis pathway ofα-linolenic acid(ALA)in seed oil is an important goal in Brassica napus *** is a tetraploid plant whose genome often har-bors four and six homologous copies,respectively,of the two fatty acid desaturases FAD2 and FAD3,which con-trol the last two steps of ALA biosynthesis during seed oil *** this study,we compared their promoters,coding sequences,and expression levels in three high-ALA inbred lines 2006L,R8Q10,and YH25005,a low-ALA line A28,a low-ALA/high-oleic-acid accession SW,and the wildtype *** expression levels of most FAD2 and FAD3 homologs in the three high-ALA accessions were higher than those in ZS11 and much higher than those in A28 and *** three high-ALA accessions shared similar sequences with the pro-moters and CDSs of BnFAD3.C4 and *** A28 and SW,substitution of three amino acid residues in BnFAD2.A5 and BnFAD2.C5,an absence of BnFAD2.C1 locus,and a 549 bp long deletion on the BnFAD3.A3 promoter were *** proﬁle of BnFAD2 mutation in the two low-ALA accessions A28 and SW is different from that reported in previous *** mutations in BnFAD3 in the high-ALA accessions are reported for theﬁrst *** identifying the sites of these mutations,we provide detailed information to aid the design of mole-cular markers for accelerated breeding schemes.

Rechargeable magnesium-metal batteries(RMBs)have gained much attention due to their abundant resources as well as high ***,the high charge density of Mg^(2+)is one of the main reasons for the slow kinetics performance of RMBs,and modulation of the charge density is an important strategy to improve the kinetics and electrochemical performance of ***,we report on the conductive polymer polyaniline(PANI)for RMBs,which is found to have excellent kinetics and high discharge voltage when storing MgCl^(+).In the storage of MgCl^(+),PANI exhibits a high average discharge voltage platform is 2.3 V ***^(2+)/Mg,which is higher than that in storage of Mg^(2+).We demonstrated the reversible intercalation/de-intercalation of MgCl^(+)in PANI accompanying with the reversible transformation between the quinone ring(C–C,–N=)and the benzene ring(C=C,–NH–)during charging and *** functional theory calculation reveals that PANI exhibit higher voltages(2.25 V vs.1.82 V)along with lower diffusion energy barriers(1.27 eV vs.1.55 eV)for MgCl^(+)storage compared to Mg^(2+)*** work refines the storage mechanism of PANI in RMBs and provides new guidelines for the application of PANI in RMBs.

昌九高铁为时速350 km的高速铁路,其南昌扬子洲跨赣江中支主桥根据通航、防洪要求跨度采用(78+134+152+134+78) m,该桥为国内首座高速铁路公铁混层合建的大跨径平行弦连续钢桁梁桥,同时该主梁为首座采用带双层挑臂的钢桁梁断面。为掌握该类型桥梁的关键技术及总结该类型桥的设计经验,开展系列研究,运用数值分析的方法,进行结构静动力分析及车桥耦合分析。结果表明:(1)带双层挑臂的钢桁梁断面具有剪力滞效应小、结构整体性强、跨越能力大、腹杆及横梁受力小、行车视野好及造价经济等优点,带双层挑臂的钢桁梁断面为公铁合建桥的适宜断面形式;(2)带双层挑臂的钢桁梁桥,墩顶处上层桥面系、跨中处上层桥面系及跨中处下层桥面系,其轴力主要由桥面板承担,分别占比为61.4%、68.7%及60.0%,墩顶处下层桥面系轴力主要由下弦杆承担,占比为72.5%;(3)带双层挑臂的钢桁梁剪力滞系数为墩顶上桥面(1.49)>跨中下桥面(1.38)>跨中上桥面(1.13);(4)带双层挑臂的平行弦连续钢桁梁桥能满足时速350 km公铁合建桥的行车运行要求,结构静动力性能良好,适用跨径能达150 m及以上。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the bacterial communities of biting midges and ticks collected from three sites in the Poyang Lake area,namely,Qunlu Practice Base,Peach Blossom Garden,and huangtong Animal Husbandry,and whether vectors carry any bacterial pathogens that may cause diseases to humans,to provide scientific basis for prospective pathogen discovery and disease prevention and *** Using a metataxonomics approach in concert with full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing and operational phylogenetic unit(OPU)analysis,we characterized the species-level microbial community structure of two important vector species,biting midges and ticks,including 33 arthropod samples comprising 3,885 individuals,collected around Poyang *** A total of 662 OPUs were classified in biting midges,including 195 known species and 373 potentially new species,and 618 OPUs were classified in ticks,including 217 known species and 326 potentially new ***,OPUs with potentially pathogenicity were detected in both arthropod vectors,with 66 known species of biting midges reported to carry potential pathogens,including Asaia lannensis and Rickettsia bellii,compared to 50 in ticks,such as Acinetobacter lwoffii and Staphylococcus *** found that Proteobacteria was the most dominant group in both midges and ***,the outcomes demonstrated that the microbiota of midges and ticks tend to be governed by a few highly abundant *** sp7 was predominant in biting midges,while Coxiella sp1 was enriched in ***,Coxiella spp.,which may be essential for the survival of Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann,were detected in all tick *** identification of dominant species and pathogens of biting midges and ticks in this study serves to broaden our knowledge associated to microbes of arthropod *** Biting midges and ticks carry large numbers of known and potentially novel bacteria,and carry a wide

针对某高级轿车研制的CDC减振器原理样机,通过实验测试及其数据分析,建立了考虑CDC系统时滞影响的非线性系统模型。分别对单、双电磁阀两种模式CDC减振器进行了研究。充分考虑复杂多变的车辆实际运行工况及系统非线性因素(包括路面激励较大时可能导致的悬架缓冲块撞击,以及轮胎跳离地面等情况),基于建立的非线性车辆系统模型及不同激励水平输入下的非线性系统仿真,研究了减振器系统时滞对车辆性能的影响。结合NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化结果,设计了一个改进的天棚控制算法,分别对单、双阀减振器进行了车辆性能分析与对比。研究结果表明,采用最优天棚控制的双阀CDC减振器相比于单阀CDC减振器有更好的控制效果,且对CDC系统时滞适应能力更强。研究结果可为自主研发的减振器设计和改进提供指导,并为CDC半主动悬架控制算法设计提供重要依据。

Magnetic-biased chiral molecules enabling highly oriented photovoltaic perovskites

The interaction between sites A, B and X with passivation molecules is restricted when the conventional passivation strategy is applied in perovskite（ABX3） photovoltaics. Fortunately, the revolving A-site presents an opportunity to strengthen this interaction by utilizing an external field. Herein, we propose a novel approach to achieving an ordered magnetic dipole moment, which is regulated by a magnetic field via the coupling effect between the chiral passivation molecule and the A-site（formamidine ion） in *** strategy can increase the molecular interaction energy by approximately four times and ensure a well-ordered molecular arrangement. The quality of the deposited perovskite film is significantly optimized with inhibited nonradiative recombination. It manages to reduce the open-circuit voltage loss of photovoltaic devices to 360 mV and increase the power conversion efficiency to 25.22%. This finding provides a new insight into the exploration of A-sites in perovskites and offers a novel route to improving the device performance of perovskite photovoltaics.
